^///^ is it really? the entire creative writing class in high school was on staff of some sort but I wasn't a lead editor or anything. I actually went to meetings and stuff in college though I was doing visual art which wasn't much work.

I think it is. It is good to be a part of a team, and something like a lit magazine implies natural talent.
