Johnny Depp plays a gypsy and it's about this French Church-obsessed town that a "witch" comes back to with her daughter, and they shun her because she's opening up a chocolate shop during the time of fasting~ She's also kind to the gypsies, who the town shuns completely, so that just gives her even more points deducted lol Sooo - the church is basically out to get both the gypsies and the chocolate shop, and that's the basis of the movie :) |
