As Alana spoke with the feline female Akai tilted his head to the side, bangs sweeping back into his face. He peered through the dark strands of hair, strands of white mixed in, it seemed he had upset Alana somehow, as he saw her throw a disgruntled expression his way. A pang of sadness shot through him but he brushed it off, what would it matter if another person hated him? There were so many anyway...

He waited a few moments more to make sure that none of them were looking at him before his wings unfurled from his back, tips brushing lightly against the floor as the spell around them dropped. He spread them to their full length before flapping them lightly to warm them up. He closed his eyes for a moment and when they opened, they were once again unreadable, empty. Then he launched himself into the sky, wings beating silently, going against the wind. His face was impassive, even as the wind blew his hair wildly across his face, pulling his earrings and other accessories in the opposite direction of where he was headed. His arms were pressed to his sides as he flew, going straight through clouds and causing wisps of clouds to trail after him. It wouldn't matter if anyone looked up, they wouldn't see him now, he was going too fast for the human eye...and even if they could, magic was just necessary sometimes, no?

After flying for a few minutes he slowed down, allowing his wings to fill with the wind blowing against them and then hovered in mid-air. He looked around for a while, golden eyes darting around. like a panther looking for prey. Which he sort of was doing. his target was located in the village that lay sprawled out below him. It was merely a matter of finding them now. Finally he spotted the telltale stream of sparkles that was only visible to his eyes, the eyes of the "Reaper". He turned and directed himself to land in the forest located on the outskirts of the village.

A few moments later he strolled into the village with long strides. A few curious glances were cast his way but he returned none of them. Each of his steps was accompanied by a soft tinkling sound caused by his added accessories. He only had eyes for the thin trail of sparkles that led him to his target. As he walked the trail became thicker and was more crowded with sparkles. And then...he was there. Slowly his eyes took in the image of his target. Not that tall, maybe average height, light skin, medium weight...and female. A small sigh slipped from Akai's lips, why were they always female?

Talitha watched the scene with tears in her eyes. It always thrilled her to make people happy. She could read into the soul of people and see what they truly desired and despite this felines flurrys and frustrations she knew she wanted to meet her soul mate.

The prince walked up to Delilah and embraced her. He knew at first site that was his one and only girl. the one he would be with forever. He wanted her and he loved her. She was for him and he was for her.

((oh nothing that drastic. Mondays, Tuesdays, and Fridays are my afterschool club days. I get home later than usual ^^))

She peered up into his blue eyes, they reminded her of a warm sea… why did her heart beat so fast? Because this is a love story illusion, her logic whispered. No.. It couldn’t be…because then just like the rest of his day dreams…he’d leave her. As he embraced her it was with this thought she through herself into his warm and muscular arms. She held one arm looped around his shoulders, her gentle fingers weaving over the fire like black tattoo on his arm. How…How could a man be so strong as these arms felt yet look so… soo… perfect? Delilah closed her eyes a moment, nearly tearing. He… He couldn’t be real,..could he?

Talitha appeared right next to them.

"It may be a fantasy but you are both real people. You are meant for each other and part of my job is to make this happen. If you both wish it you can actually meet together and be together. I can make this happen just for you."

Devon looked at her a moment. He couldnt beilieve it. It was like he dreamed her up a long time ago. He loved her and yet he hadent even spoken to her.

"I am Devon. May I ask your name pretty one?"

Delilah bit her lip as she looked over at Talitha. He….He was real? An angel that granted wishes… perhaps she should have taken that more literally then she thought. But… who could be meant by some cat girl? She ran a hand over her arm, glad that at least she was furless over all but her ears and tail…he was so, human…and perfect. Why her?

As he called her pretty, however, she flushed and her gaze rose to his. He…thought she was? “D…Delilah” she responded gently, her ears lowering gently with sheer shock. She then managed to give him a warm, if shy, smile. “My names, Delilah…or lilah if you prefer.” She added, starting to get over the shock. She then glanced at Talitha….she did wish it…but…could he.

Talitha watched reading there thoughts. SHe smiled and clapped her hands. The mist disappeared and they were in a different location. The real world now and they were still there in each others arms.

"I hope it works out for the best." She walked over to them and gave them a whistle just like Alanas. "If you need anything just call."

Devon stared at the girl in front of him. She was perfect. He always had an affiliation for catgirls. She was so beutiful. He smiled at the angel girl and took the whistle. He bent down close to her face and said "Delilah is perfect for you and now my favorite name." He gave her a long passionate kiss.

Talitha waved farewell and reappeared with Alana.

"They are happy mom. I must go." SHe gave her a hug and left. Alana sat down in a tree waiting to see what would happen next.

Delilah looked towards Talitha, smiling briefly before hiding in her hair a moment. She touched the whistle a moment, just gazing at it. Need anything? She wasn’t sure they would, though at the same time the day dreamer felt a stir of uncertainty. People died…things changed… No, not this, It was her prince…her dream… it wouldn’t change. Even if, like all day dreamers, she eventually had to wake back to reality.

She looked back up at the handsome blond, reaching up to touch his spiky hair. She played with it a moment, gasping at the sudden kiss. She gripped him suddenly, her claws making it a little tighter then she meant. For a moment Lilah just closed her eyes and enjoyed the kiss before blushing and shyly wrapped her fingers in his hair. What if… what if it was like a spell and eventually…eventually he wouldn’t love her anymore? She banished the thought, clutching him until the kiss ended. “I… Devon..” she said it slowly, as if savoring the name, only to say “A..are you sure?”

Devon smiled at her and held her to him like a prized possession that he was afraid of losing forever.

"Yes my dear I am positive. You are my dream girl. Ive waited for twenty years to finally meet you and now I will never let you go."

For a moment Delilah stared at him, leaning into his shoulder as he pulled her close. How could he be so sure? He didn’t even know her… but yet.. They felt… right… and like she knew him without knowing him. “We should… … I mean… we can’t stay in this field forever… where were you? What were you doing? What about your life?” she asked shyly, blushing gently. She hid in his shoulder a moment, holding close.

He smiled and picked her up into his arms carrying her to his house that was right close by them.

"I am a farmer. The angel already transported you here. Now we can be happy together forever."

Delilah gasped in surprise as she was carried, clutching his shoulders. Forever? For a moment Delilah was snapped into a more serious train of thought most ill suited to her day dreaming ways. How could he… commit his life to this so easily? .. To her….

She looked up as she pushed away the thought, timidly brushing a kiss along his throat a moment. Gently she stroked along his shoulder, her fingertips nearly dancing as they waited. She couldn’t wait to see, to find what this would be…

He brought her to the bedroom and kissed her passionatly. SHe was so beutiful and sweet. He just wanted to be with her froever. She was his dream come true. He laid down next to her and kissed her passionatly. She was so lovely he felt as if he was in a dream. He just wanted to stay with her forever.

Lilah gasped at the passion of the kisses, matching them timidly with her own. Her tail wrapped around his leg as she curled up on his chest, holding to him. She whispered his name softly then realized where they were and flushed. But…they’d just met….this…this was intense. She nuzzled into his shoulder a moment, gasping for breath even as her fingers curled to clutch his back. “We…we shouldn’t…yet…..should we?” she asked in a timid tone.

He smiled at her and cuddled her close to his body.

"If you dont want to my dear you dont have to. I just want you near me. We can lie here and cuddle if you wish."

Slowly Delilah nodded, hiding in his chest as she traced a design against his chest. The feline flickered an ear as she admitted quietly “Yes ..I.. Iv’e never done that before….I only have even been kissed and stuff because a man…it doesn’t matter. You’re the first I’ve ever wanted to kiss.” The feline explained softly, briefly pausing with a look of pain flittering through her eyes. On her back, just under her shoulder blades was a burn… a burn from her near-rapist of a wizard who she’d barely managed to fight of with her powers… Unlike most of her kind she was not a good physical fighter…

He smiled at her gently and held her close to him. All he wanted was to stay here with her forever.

"I love you my dear Delilah. I have always loved you. I know you must have been the one I dreamed up. I just want to stay here with you forever."

Alana walked into the towns bar. She noticed that guy she met not to long ago sitting in a corner of the bar and walked up to him.

"Well if it isent mr. I got buisness to take care of. I see you did have buisness."

((thank you. I found it quite hard to type out though, I couldn't seem to get my thoughts out onto the screen correctly.))

Akai's golden eyes flickered up to Alana's face. He stared at her for a few quiet seconds before standing up and placing money down onto the table to pay for his untouched refreshment. "I did. And it doesn't involve you. It's done anyway." He swept some of his bangs away from his eyes and let out a breath he didn't realize he had been holding, "Did you have some business looking for me?" His eyes swept over the rest of the rowdy bar, "or for walking in here?" Maybe his earlier assessment had been wrong...maybe she didn't despise him...yet. After all, she had come over of her own accord to talk to him...well either that or to hound him for information as to what his "business" had been. He hoped it wasn't the latter, he didn't like lying much but as a "Reaper" it was something he was used to. Especially since he was a "Reaper". A few wisps of white hair fell back into his eyes as someone else entered the bar, the stray breeze following the person blew through his hair, tousling it and causing it to become even more unkempt before the door was shut again, cutting the breeze's life short. A few of the other bar customers had looked over in their direction now, attracted to the Fallen Angel standing before him most likely, he had noticed the sort of magnetism that hung about her person but had brushed it off as something trivial before. After all, it didn't affect his mind in the least...now to humans...Akai's gaze flickered over each and every human in the bar, well humans were another matter. They were tricked by even the simplest of illusions, it was hard to understand how they had survived for so long in the world. Oh...wait no. He knew why. Just through sheer luck. They had survived and thrived, getting to the height of their society before plummeting again, regressing.

She glared at him and then smirked.

"Why would I care about where you went. I was simply making conversation. It is no concern of mine what you do or where you go."

She sat down next to him and ordered a drink downing it quickly. She did so love to pester people who didnt want her around.

How could he love her? He didn’t know her…and yet… she felt something….like an unbreakable thread drawing between them. She couldn’t even think how to leave him…she felt so…so…close. Slowly she held him close, nuzzling his shoulder. Still… She didn’t know what to say to him for a moment. Briefly she kissed his throat, a hidden passion making her mew softly.

Slowly though Delilay sat up, turning her back to him. She sighed, closing her eyes a moment. Though a day dreamer she was remarkably practical in what she actually expected to happen. She dismissed it though, giving him a smile over her slender shoulder. “I…Want to go for a walk? With me?… please?” She asked quietly, reaching out a hand.

Devon smiled at her and nodded his head.

"Yes lets do that."

He picked her up in his arms again and carried her outside. He put her down on a path.

"I dont want your pretty legs to get damaged by walking through the grass."

((I thought his name was devon O.O ))

Delilah smiled at him then, gasping at being picked up. For a moment she clutched him, as if afraid of being dropped. Yet she smiled, enjoying it for a moment as he carried her and then spoke of her ‘pretty legs’. She flushed, feeling a moment of almost… pride in them briefly even though she’d never thought much of them before…

As she was set down she smiled, intertwining her fingers in his lovingly. She stared up at him, her light blue hair flying around her face from a breeze for a moment. He was so handsome…and so kind.. How could he be meant for her? Grinning she turned and walked forward a little, Her thoughts wondering to Alana. Where had the wonderful lady gone?

She could not think to heavily on it, however, as she felt a shiver run through her. She felt like she was being watched…and for a moment her long furry tail grew still. Twitching one ear she searched for sound but found none…and yet… and yet it still felt like something was there. She pressed closer to him a moment, shoulder to shoulder.

Devon looked at her a moment with concern. She was upset and he didnt understand why.

"Is something wrong kitten?" He asked pulling her close to him giving her a hug.
