Well I've got the first four of Had's order planned out. The pain in my side has migrated to my back. And I've been out of painkillers since last night. >_< Anyway, now would be the time to point out things that need changing in these so far... its hard to draw characters of so many different ages all as chibis next to eachother.

Letting you all know I'm still alive. I have life on top of the 14 character order, but its getting done! Originally I was doing one character a night with orders... but with such a large order I have to work a bit faster, but its still going to seem like forever. x_x So sorry.

*sigh* Stress overload. I feel so bad for not getting Had's order done. It really is more work than I'm getting paid to do in this case... but I do have a love for his characters already. I will finish this and I won't complain over how much or how little gold I get for it. (At this point, the more time passes, the worse I feel for it not getting done... so just out of apology I'm almost ready to say 'screw the gold, it'll be free, its just taking so long...')

I've got a few more of his characters 'sketched out'. I do this with a lot of things before I work out the details. So here's another four, but... they're not done. I'll be working on it more tonight. (And I'm going in order with his characters... in the end I think I'll be sticking the couples closer to eachother.) I'm not good with large group pictures, so it really is that I'm having to do them all as individuals.

At the time, I had not thought people would even request group pictures with more than four people involved. I was wanting to allow discounts for couples and small best friend groups. However, you caught my shop within its first few days and requested art before I'd even fully thought out the rules. I warned you then that a massive group picture was not my intention for the discount.

I was drawing your characters individually and then when they were finished I could place them together. You didn't specify what you wanted them to be doing in a group picture. Who next to who, doing what... You never specified.

I sent you a PM telling you the post was directed at you. You know it was directed at you because I said so. Why I didn't just PM you the post directly? Because I wanted others to see where I was with things.

I was giving you lee-way because my shop's rules didn't specify I didn't want such large groups. However, I warned you when I agreed that it wasn't something I was really up for but I'd do it anyway.

You seem to me like you're in a bad mood.

I wasn't complaining anymore than I was when initially explained that I had not put a limit on how many additional characters I would do. I was simply reiterating that I did not like it but that I was still going to do it anyway.

But as of right now? I have the right to stop now and not finish and I think I'm going to take it.

I do not want your gold. Please just cancel your trade. *edit* I've canceled my end of it. I've deemed that I cannot continue to work on this order.

I no longer feel bad because you're being rotten about it. Sorry you don't like the fact that I'm reiterating that I was getting paid less than half of what I would be getting paid if there was no group discount. Money is one the only factors that kept me working on the project at all. I've told you this from the beginning. Your characters are well designed and I feel you have love for them... but I no longer feel drawing them if their owner is going to be so bipolar.

This shop was closed partially due to your large order and partially because of real life issues. The shop will remained closed until my real life issues have been resolved.

I do not feel like being childish enough as to have a blacklist with your name on it, but right now I no longer feel like dealing with you. I also feel highly threatened now that you've come to moderator status and you've got an attitude against me. You were never specific as to what you wanted your characters to be doing in a group picture. You had most character details covered in your descriptions, but complained when I assumed characters in modern day clothing were wearing shoes. When there is a detail left out in a description, it is up to the artist to fill in the gap.

As far as I'm concerned you have three marks against you:
- You would not bargain a price with me when I mentioned I did not intend for large group pictures.
- You complained over the shoes (which alone would have been fine for you to do).
- You complained over how the group picture was going to be laid out as separate pieces come together when you yourself were never specific as to what you wanted your characters to be doing in a group picture. Characters were going to be moved closer together.

I suppose you would have had every right to withdraw your large tip - but to say so is bothersome simply because you wouldn't negotiate to a higher base price closer to what I had intended for group pictures. In my previous post I said I was sorry for having taken so long. I was willing to continue absolutely for free and then you go and say 'now I don't feel like giving you that tip'. Well, huh, I already told I would have done it for free. Now not only do I not want your gold, I don't want to finish. I won't consider this a fourth strike because its already pretty null and invalid.

You were already riding on two strikes when I did your last batch of four. Now that you're riding on three and-a-kinda marks against you: I will do no more.

So you have little right to complain that I am not working on your order any longer. You get to keep your gold. Just leave now. Thank you. I will do no more business with you, Hadsvich.

....thanks for the support, Drache-san and Skullushka. I feel better coming home and getting support from complete strangers. I'll keep you guys in mind. <3

...I just got a new art program, too, so my coloring is improving drastically. When I'm done with a personal project I'm doing for myself (because sometimes its better just to relax and draw what's on my mind instead of what everyone's wanting me to do...), I'll consider reopening the shop and sending a few PMs out to people who showed interest.

In case anyone is wondering/cares about what that project is that I'm working on, its Cloud, from FF7: Advent Children. Normally I'm not doing chibi work... chibi work is just here for my art shop because its something I can usually get done all in one night. Larger stuff takes days to work on... ^^;

@Hadsvich: I'm sorry it upsets you that this is an art shop. Of course I care about how much I'm getting paid. I don't do free art for strangers. I don't go around asking strangers for art requests just to improve my skill. Only friends get free art and I do it because I love my friends or because I'm bored and making friends happy at the same time as just casually improving is a wonderful thing. But this is a shop and therefore of course all I have in mind is the gold I'll be getting. It's what it's here for.
