oh! that's so vivid and scary for limbs to be eaten my alligaters!! *doesn't want to hear*

I never cry from dreams and only a few feel real enough and less like a story to scare me. and those are really weird and often not that scary.

I do know that I had a dream with gators and everyone could fly like peter pan and this park had no fencing to keep the people and the gators separate so they started to attack people and we had to fly into the trees, but the gators could climb. and these gators were even bigger than the real ones! humongous!! I don't know what actually happened though.

Zephi 01-17-2010 06:40 AM

Wow! We have reached over 50 posts already! That's a lot of dreams ^^

Aligators. I'll have to see what they symbolize really. *is going to look that up right after this post* I think the nly times that I have cried in my dreams is when something has happened to my mom or my husband. I don't ever remember dreaming about my daughter. But I know one time that I dreamed that I was pregnant and that it was a boy and my daughter was there. I don't remember all the details from that one. I kinda always wanted a boy though... so I make my daughter watch the ninja turtles, the old ones that I used to watch as a kid to make her more tomboyish :P

Kat Dakuu 01-17-2010 07:01 AM

dang blast! this thread is awsome then! I think it will last. I'll def. keep coming here!

lol! you're brainwashing you daughter into becoming a tomboy! I grew up on tmnt too and batman so yeah. I even skipped the normal little kid shows like barney and seseme street. I never watched either. any girlie or younger kids shows I watched at a friends house. my older brother lorded over the remote. ^_^

I know that my grandma died in a dream which she did in real life, but it was one of the scariest dreams I ever had. they found her body in a river and she had this black mark on her neck and no one knew how she died. then I got the mark which was like a curse or a disease and I forced myself to wake up, but every time I closed my eyes I saw her pale corpse with that mark and I was TERRIFIED!! I wan't even little. it was only a few years ago I had this and my grammie died almost 10 years ago.

Zephi 01-17-2010 07:14 AM

Wow! So what exactly happened to your grammie kat?

The last time I was put under anesthesia I was 7, last time I had a dream anyway. I was getting my tonsils and adenoids removed. I could see the doctor and the nurses runnign around as I went under. I wonder if I went under with my ees open and then they closed them? I was too young to ask or even care but.. I dreamed that I was trapped inside a fun house. One that was full of mirrors, and no matter which way I turned there was a mirros and a really creepy clown was drawing ever closer to me, until I couldn't take it anymore and I forced my eyes open. Thankfully I was out of surgury by then and was laying in a hospital bed for recovery with my mother at my side.

The most recent time that I was put under was to have my wisdom teeth removed, all 4 of them. I didn't really dream anything because it was such a short time. Last I looked at my watch and when I was going out the door still drugged up from the anesthsia only 45 minutes had passed. But as I was going under I thought of fighting it to begin with, to see if I could stay awake. It was IV anesthesia so there was really no hope and then the lights started to move back and fourth and my vision blurred and then darkened... as everything faded I had a though...

"Is this what it's like to die!?"

My heart rate spiked and my breathign got erratic until the doc told me to taqke a deep breath and relax. Next thing I knew they were waking me up and I was walking out of the uilding with assistance ^^ It really wasn't that bad :P

Kat Dakuu 01-17-2010 07:26 AM

she died of old age I think. it wasn't 10 years ago probably, but its been a while. The was in a nursing home all the time I knew her with Alzheimers I believe. I never went to see her so I didn't know her at all.

oh yes, the creepy clown dream!! thank goodness I'm not scared of those!

I do imagine that's what a peaceful death is like though. I wrote some nice scenes for a story when I drowned the only char. he sunk under the surface peacefully...yes, the only char. Don't ask about it. ^^

Zephi 01-17-2010 07:33 AM

That does sound quite interesting kat.. drowning though, would be the absolute worst death for me. I couldn't stand it. I respect the water too much so I have a feeling that I'm going to drown somehow :( I hate being under the water where you know that you can't breathe ad are just waiting til you can't hold your breath at all... That is NOT a peaceful death to me at all. That's actually number one on my worst ways to die :S

So I had this one dream, I dont remember everything about it but I know that I was in a store where there was a sniper shooting peopel from a building high above. I didn't knwo anything about it and just went about my business like normal until I was perusing a rack of clothes and got hit in the shoulder blade right whre my tattoo is. The tattoo began to leak off and the ink ran like ti was a watercolor. I started to freak out and then thought that this wasn't supposed to happen at all and wanted the dream to restart! So it started from the beginnign where I was shopping th racks, but this time I knew that there was a sniper and took cover so I didn't get shot. I eneded up hunting the niper down but that was the first dream that I ever started over from the begining like that. So that something bad didn't happen. It was an interesting turn of events and gave me more power over everything that I dreamed about. I used this technique later on a few times, not much though, usually I just adapted to my dream to coem out on top...

I can't wait to find out what I dream tonight! I hope that it's soemthing interesting and weird ^^

Kat Dakuu 01-17-2010 07:46 AM

I imagine there are two types of deaths. the ones you are ready for and accept which is what happened to my char. when he peacefully let himself slip under the surface to end the pain. and then there are the deaths you fight and sometimes win over.
I wouldn't want to drown though. I've just read some stuff that makes it sound so wonderful....

wow, that's an interesting technique! I surely love it when you notice in your dream that this isn't what was supposed to happen or when it makes no sense. but I've never changed it. Like, the characters have completely changed int eh middle of my dreams and I'm like, 'what?' or when I'm getting deja vu in a dream and am very sure that's not how it went before. I get that A LOT! I really think I must repeat a lot of dreams. oh, I know if I wake up and go to sleep again, I might start a dream over exactly the same if I'm still slightly awake because I want to remember it.

me too! I hope its a good one!

Zephi 01-17-2010 07:52 AM

I know that when I am asleep how I'm feeling in real life can have an impact on what I do in my dreams. If I am thirsty I keep drinking water, gallon and gallond and can never quite quench my thirst. And if I'm hungry I often dream that I'm in a grocery store and start to eat the food off the shelves. When I'm alseep, my food of choice to fight off hunger is doritos! lol.. Weird huh? And I know I have those dreams that when I had to pee I'm in the bathroom already.... thankfully I've gotten over the bedwetting stage but it used to happen to me a lot when I was younger. *blushes* They just seemed so real, and felt real until the bed was wet.. then that really wasn't supposed to happen and I'd wake up.. terrible!!!

Kat Dakuu 01-17-2010 08:04 AM

I have more control is I'm waking up. my stories can get really good and pretty coherent that way and I remember them. I was waking up at the end of the first one I posted which is why it didn't end with everyone dead. I was cold last night when I was dreaming about menewsha and that's why I woke up at 8!! 8!! *dies* then I went back to sleep till two and had that other dream about the invasion. Weird indeed, I like dorito's though!

*giggles* I never wet the bed that I know of!

Zephi 01-17-2010 08:12 AM

Ok I was really young when ai wet the bed :gonk: REALLY! ok.. let's pretend that I never even said that

I can't really think of any dream that I had,. hmm.. what dream have I had.. that I could type about... hmm...

Hmm so once I dreamed about my hubby and dreamed that he was doing interviews for his next wife! I was really sad. I dreamed that it was down to me and 2 other girls I didn't even know but he said that I had failed the test because my cooking skills were lacking and I just wasn't as pretty as they were. I told him about this dream and he assured me that it was silly and that he wouldn't trade me for anyone. That dream, I'm sure, was pure insecurities about being married to someon as wonderful as him. I often times think that I'm not worthy of such a great person. Especially since all the things that have happened since we met, but here we are ^^ I still hope for the best every day, and the only thing I wat is for him to be happy.

I had a dream where there was a comet that was plummeting towards the earth and it tore through it like a peiece of paper. I spent the whole dream looking for my hubby and family so that I could spend the last moments with them before everythign was over. I hate those kinda dreams. They creep me out more than any other kind :O Darn end-of-the-world dreams! :illgetyou:

Well, I'm of to bed to see what type of dreams I have tonight ^^ Sleep well my friends and dream weird :P

Kat Dakuu 01-17-2010 08:24 AM

*thinks about blackmail*

wow, that's kinda horrible! I can see myself dreaming something like that though if i ever find someone. daw, its like a romance novel! *happy for you*

I have those all the time. tomorrow if I don't dream I'll talk about this one apocalyptic dream that was like that one.

*falls asleep and starts to dream before computer is even off. CLUNCK, head his computer* lol.

Zephi 01-17-2010 03:50 PM

So last night was a rather uneventful night dream wise. I fell asleep at 3am and then woke up at 7am and didn't have a dream the entire time :( How sad. So I went back to sleep and then I dreamed that I was living in a side scrolling world. In the dream, to make myself move I had to play my PSP. And then I was dreaming that I was talking with Rock Lee and explaining whhy he was the best character on Naruto. Then Rock Lee got into a fight with everyong in the naruto series and won, fighting his way to the top of the mountain. I had a sticker on my computer where he was saying "I couldn't do anything without first being true to myself." Weird because I don't think he has said that, some similar things but nothing exactly like that. Then I side-scrolled my way to my mom's new house and she was about to leave to go shopping and I was telling her to make sure to buy some gummy bears for me. Then I woke up... weird I guess, random is more like it.

Let's analize the alligator dream that I had. It seems pretty easy :P

Ok.. so alligators symbolize evil, treachery and deciet... The bite on the leg is kinda like an amputation I would say so that means that I'm scared of letting something go. Let's see what my mom really symbolizes...mothers symbolize life, shelter and guidance... and my aunt symbolizes my family and what it means to me. O_o That doesn't make any sense at all. So my life/shelter is evilly being taken away from me by my family. Actually, that sadly does make sense because.. there were some evil people in my family when I was younger. :(

llonka 01-17-2010 04:58 PM

so i had a strange dream last night lol!! for some reason we were in my mom and dad's backyard and then my father-in-law showed up. he's in a wheelchair so he wanted me to help him get into his chair. so i picked him up. then he wanted to sit on the swing, so i carried him over to the swing set. then out of the blue he stood up and walked a little ways by himself. so i was mad that he wanted me to do all that for him when he could walk.

lol then hubby woke me up by going in the bathroom. but my father-in-law really is in a wheelchair.

Zephi 01-17-2010 05:08 PM

Hmm.. i wonder what that could mean!? I don't even know how to research it. Most of the stuff that I look up are like "something happens to you, or you do this to someone else." There's no options for something that happens to someone else that you had nothing to do with.. like when the alligator was biting my mom's leg. I wasn't the one being bit or doing the biting so... I guess it's not exactly accurate

Whoa.. ok it says that being carried might mean that you feel like you are being a burden to someone, so maybe that person is being a burden to you? Hmm... Maybe it's because, wasn't he the one that wanted you to move in with him? Maybe you think that it's a burden to live with him, and he doesn't really need your help so it's a wste f time for that reason because he's fine on his own...? Hmm... What do you think llonka ^^

llonka 01-17-2010 05:13 PM

haha wow that makes sense to me!! *nods* my mom said on the phone last night that she think he'll want me to "be his nurse" if we move in since i'm a CNA. blah i bet he would too. cuz i've had to do his laundry before and make his bed. :P

Zephi 01-17-2010 05:23 PM

Oh that sounds like it would suck a lot. I'd kinda not want to move in there just because of that.

I know that I had a really bad dream once. I was looking at my grandmother and you know how old people kinda get those jowls that hang, well I dreamed that I had that. I woke up and sat straight up, both hands on my neck feeling for the loose flabby skin that was hanging down.. thankfully it wasn't there at all! *phew* I think that classifies itself more as a nightmare. Oh... that reminds me of another nightmare I had.. this one is a little bit longer though. And more scary for me anyway...

llonka 01-17-2010 05:29 PM

ooh i hate scary dreams. i had one where i was riding my bike and took a wrong turn and ended up in a grave yard. so i kept going trying to find my way out and next thing i know all these dead people come up out of the ground and start doing this song and dance thing. and then it turned into like it was a musem and they were robots, but instead of wax they were dead people. O.o

Zephi 01-17-2010 05:44 PM

You know there is a dead body farm here in TN somewhere. I have heard people talking about it. They get bodies that were donated for science and put them under all sorts of weird things to study how the body decomposes after time. I've never been there but I guess that it would be interesting to see. Probably really creepy though.

In my nightmare I'm walking through the woods with my aunt, the same one that was driving the train in the alligator dream. We come to a fork in the woods where one path is designated for boys, it's dark and stormy and really scary looking and then the other path is for girls, light and there were butterflies everywhere and it looked kinda boring I said to her. So we wait for everyone to go down their respective paths and we decide to go down the boys' path. We start laughing and talking about how it's not really that scary in here. Then the dream changes into a 3rd person's point of view and I'm seeing me and her walking together. Along the sides of the path is a chain link fence. Then the view flashes somewhere else in the woods and I see feet running, then it flashes back to us, totally unaware that there is anything out there. Then it goes back to the feet that start to run a little faster now, we still have no idea what's going on. Finally the wolf-like feet are sprinting at full speed and leap over the fence. We both look up to see a huge wolf about to pounce on us... and then I forced my eyes open. O_O

llonka 01-17-2010 05:52 PM

yikes!! that is scary!! lol. i had a dream one time about a certain race of men i couldn't be around them for a long time lol. after that one of them came up to me in walmart and was flirting with me. it freaked me out haha.

Zephi 01-17-2010 06:00 PM

What race of men was that? It's kinda weird when dreams that you have play out the next day or soon after you dream about it. Kinda like you knew subliminally that it was going to happen. Then I guess you get that de-ja-vu feeling, but that doesn't usually happen to me from dreams.

llonka 01-17-2010 06:12 PM

umm mexican lol!! (i didnt want be to be rude) we have a lot that live here. they are pretty nice, well most of them. i hate that feeling!! *cringes* i get that a lot. i have no idea why though!

Zephi 01-17-2010 06:27 PM

Sounds like a phobia to me. I know I was looking up all sorts of phobias a while ago and stubled on something that sounds like that.

Hmm.. I wonder why it is that when I dream I'm usually not at my house where I live now. I'll be all over the place. Sometimes in high school, sometimes in venice, sometimes in other places that I lived before here. One place I have never dreamed about being was in Korea though. That place was like a nightmare. I wonder what the significance is about the location that you dream about. *goes to look that up*

llonka 01-17-2010 06:35 PM

hmm i dunno?? i've had dreams about where we are living now... hmm strange!

Zephi 01-17-2010 06:39 PM

I'm trying to look it up now. There is some dream interpreter on youtube and I'm watching one of her videos.

llonka 01-17-2010 06:45 PM

ooohh haha XD
