Lexi looks up to Peng in Jia's arms "Looks like Peng turned into Foghorn Leghorn" She started to spin around on one hand as her tanktop fell to her neck showing her monkey patterned sports bra.

Negi nodded in agreement at Kyo and took his leave. When he stepped out and slid the shoji closed he looked around for Rei. "Rei-san I must apologize but something has come up that I must attend to. If you could come by the tea house tomorrow we could spend some time catching up then." Leaving the snake in the hallway not waiting for an answer, he hoped she would understand the situation. He hurried along to his shop not pausing for anything else.

{I'm not feeling well so I most likely won't be back until tomorrow. Sorry for the inconvenience. :( }

Rei turned her eyes to follow Negi's retreating form but didn't protest. Had Negi forgotten that tomorrow was the feast already? She doubted that she would be able to leave to go visit...she closed her eyes before returning them to Jia, well she had been trying to find an excuse to use that hidden hole in the wall for a while now...

Kyo watched Negi leave and let out a heavy sigh. He smiled at Satori and then massaged his temple as he went to dip the towle in the water again. He got headaches when he was trying to think about too Manu things usually... But the atmosphere... It wasn't very relaxed at all... And it was begining to ware on him... No wonder Satori's health was always teatering. He then smiled reasuringly and continued to dabb her forehead.

(OOC: I thought the feast was to be the day after tomorrow?)

((I don't know anymore. Either way. I'm gonna call it night for now. I'll see if I can come on tomorrow...well no. I'll be on tomorrow, I wonder how many others will be on?))

Satori smiled at him. She put her hand out and grabbed his and kissed it.

"Youve always been a good friend. You know im destined to die at age 30. I only hope the one who comes after me will know that you have always been there for me. I could never appreciate anything more."

She closed her eyes and let her body relax.

Sagoru ran up to Satori and sat at her feet. She had always thought of Satori like a sister and never wanted her to leave her.

"Satori do not worry. It will be fine. You will live much longer."

She looked worriedly at Kyo.

(sorry been preparing for my birthday party tommarrow and my little cousins are addicted to fruba and had to finish watching it ^.^)

Kyo met Sigoru's gaze and shook his head. It was never before heard of a god living after turning 30. Though he hoped she would he highly doubted it. "Dont worry about that now Satori..." he whispered softly and looked at her relaxed state. "Is there anything you need?" he asked softly wanting her to relax and be at peace. It was not healthy for her to be worked up and stressed like this all the time.

Satori smiled at him.

"I am fine. If you would help me to bed. I will sleep the rest of the day."

Sigoru smiled and stood up. She grabbed satoris arm to help her up.

Kyo nodded and smiled. "Ive got her Sigoru... If you could get the door... that would be most helpful." he said and gently wrapped his arms around Satori's small frame. He lifted her easily and walked towards her room. He smiled down at her and loved seeing her so relaxed. It brought him comfort knowing she was trying to relax and be nice.

Satori smiled up at him.

"Thank you Kyo."

Sagoru opened the door to her bedroom and ran in and preped her bed for her.

Kyo smiled and nodded. "Its nothing... As long as you are relaxed you know I'm happy.." he said and gently set her down. He pulled the covers up around her and tucked her in softly. "Good dreams Satori." he said softly and kissed her forehead. He had done it so many other times when they both had been small. He smiled warmly and straigthened heading for the door silently.

Kyo rolled his eyes and shook his head. Putting his hands in his pockets he walked out of the first room. "She's one of my closest friends. It's not a crush. I just care." he said simply and walked out of the room. Seeing so many people there he looked at all of them and shook his head. He too was tired. And he needed to think. "Anything I can help any of you with my cousins?" he asked and looked at them. "Please no one disturb Satori right now." he said closing the door behind him. He waited to see what any of them had to say or ask but he did feel rather drained.

(feast is day after tommarrow guys. Also I have my birthday party tommarrow so wont be on. Not till late at least. Satoris sleeping and I will leave her there. Sigoru will be wandering around aimlessly. Dont bother with them until I get back. Thanks and hope yall have lots of fun ^.^)

Once Negi reached the tea house he hurriedly gathered the herbs needed to for the medicinal tea. The process of crushing and blending the herbs with pestle and mortar had to be performed with exact precision as several of the ingredients in the wrong amounts would prove fatal. It took nearly an hour to create the fine blue-green powder. When he finished he placed the tea powder into a silk pouch and tied it securely.
Negi hurried back to the Sohma compound only to find that Satori had succumb to her frailty and went to lie down, instructing that she be left in peace. His next course of action became to find the head of the kitchen. When he found the man he gave him explicit instruction in how to administer the tea and that Satori not be alowed to drink but once in the morning and once in the evening.
Having that task out of hand and it having taken less time than he had suspected, he went in search of Rei. His friend had seemed troubled and he had truly felt awful at shunting her aside as he had for the likes of Satori. Especially when he thought of the fact that no matter how helpful or kind he was to the 'God' would she ever be magnanimous and forgiving in regards to himself the 'Devil' cat! He tried not to let his mood blacken as he continued to search for the snake.

Seeing Negi come back Kyo had half a mind to tell him it had been him that had saved him from the rath of Satori... But he knew that would be unwise. He wanted to her to see that being kind you get kindness in return. So he would remain the unnonomus factor. He then excused himself from everyone and seeing Leiko and Lexi he assumed the little monkey had something planned. She always pulled someone into it with her but he was too submerged in his own thoughts to care. Walking out to the garden he kept his hands in his pockets. His gaze was kept at his feet as he did look up once he saw the tree he was looking for. He quickly climbed up it to a secluded branch and sat there leaning against the tree's trunk. He then let his worries and thoughts wash over him. this had been one of the reasons he stayed at the dojo. Even if he was kind... No credit was given... and no one seemed to care what the other had to do to give such an act of kindness... His anger flared at the thought of being ungreatful but then he forced it back down. There was no use fighting people here... It would only make Satori more on edge.

Haruka realized she must have mumbled her question because Miles and Yuki paid it no mind. Yawning, she stood. "Good night, Yukina. Miles. Yuki." She nodded politely at each of them and then went to her room. She stretched out on her bed and let her mind wander. Within an hour she was fast asleep.

(OOC: Not going to be on much today so I've put Haru-chan to bed. Would it be too troublesome to ask that we wrap this day up soon so we can move on to the next one? I know people have stuff going but this day is starting to drag on a bit. Nothing going on right now should be too hard to resolve if everyone makes an appearance today. Just an idea.)

Kyo smiled hearing Leiko and nodded. "Thanks..." he said quietly. He waited for her to return to her room before jumpin out of the tree. Landing softly he walked to his room and being causious he walked to his bed. He pulled back the covers and raised an eyebrow at the snake. He shook his head knowing if he had not been warned he wouldve flew into rage. He made a mental note to thank Leiko tommarrow at breakfeast. He then put the snake in a homemade cage and fed it. He then shook his head and crawled in bed. Closing his eyes he drifted to sleep thinking about the day's events.

Lexi was tired so she decided to go to bed. While on her hands she walked in the direction of her room. She decided to check to see if Kyo had seen the snake. She handwalked to his room and peeked it. She was shocked to see it in a cage. <I've been duped... double crossed... or he may not be afraid of snakes... I'm going to have to keep an eye on Leiko from now on>. She handwalked to her bed and jumped up on it landing with a plop and after a bit of thinking sh fell asleep.
