Haruka smiled weakly at Leiko and moved to sit next to the rat. "Thanks. Uh...how are you?" She decided talking was the best thing to distract her from the bovines being barbequed on the other side of the room.

Kyo nodded smiling. "Its no problem..." he said and knew the closest shop. He gently took her arm afraid she was going to crash any second. "Its just down here a ways..." he said softly. He was thinking about Negi's question. How was he going to explain this?he had promised Satori not to make her look weak and not to tell anyone her true feelings... But he had a feeling that Negi had the right to know. He would tell him, just privately... "Here we are." he said smiling and leading her inside.

Haruka hesitated, "I'm okay." She said with a small frown. "Just..um...not a big fan of beef." She whispered, hoping Negi wouldn't hear her. "For obvious reasons." She shrugged.

"Thank you." She said opening the door. She walked in and looked around the racks. These were all to expensive for her. She walked over to a clearance rack, and found a brown short sleeve shirt that matched her pants, and it had a little dog at the bottom. She looked at the price and nodded to herself weakly. "I like this one, I'm going to try it on though." She said with a smile. She went into the dressing room and quickly changed, thankful for the cool down. She picked up her turtle neck and folded it then put it inside her purse. Then she came back out. "What do you think?" She asked her voice getting a little stronger now. She walked over to the cashier and paid for the shirt and wore it out.

Haruka smiled back. "Yeah, I can see that being an issue." She looked over at Negi and smiled to show him she wasn't upset with his choice in menus.

Kyo smiled walking out with her. "You look amazing like always." he said before speaking and mentaly smacked himself. He tried thinking of anything to cover it up but he couldn't. "I mean... You're beautiful." he admitted softly. He was scared for her reaction.

Haruka blanched, before realizing that the girl was talking about the New Year's feast and not the one negi was currently cooking. She shrugged, "Sure, I guess so. You're dancing this year, ne?"

Yukina looked at him and blushed. "Really....You..You think so?" She asked looking down at her feet as the wind blew her hair gently around her head.

Miles helped Yuki up and brought her outside after she had brushed her hair and teeth. He let her walk away from him. He looked around for something to do but came to nothing. He leaned against a tree and watched the clouds silently.

Yuki let Miles help her up and she brushed her teeth and her hair. She let him lead her outside and she walked away from him bored. She decided to look around town. She walked through the gates and took the road she used to get to school. She passed Negi's tea shop, looked in the window, saw a few of the other zodiac members inside, and sighed. She walked past a few stores before coming coming to a small book store.
She walked inside and looked around. Nothing interseting...Is that boy staring at me? Yuki asked herself looking at a small boy standing near her who was clearly looking at her. She felt weird so she left and went to a park nearby. She walked around just enjoying the scenery and paying strict attention to make sure she didn't bump into anyone.

Kyo nodded and ran a hand threw his hair. "Yeah..." he said quietly. He looked at her his cheeks burning. He looked atthe ground feeling rather embarrassed.

Yukina decided she didn't care what Satori said, She walked over to Kyo and took his hand then leaned over and kissed him on the cheek. "Thank you." She said with a smile. She was about to say something else but then a little boy called out, "ONI-CHAN!" And ran up and hugged her. With a poof a small brown colli, with a white dot on her left leg sat wagging her tail on the pile of Yukina's clothes. She whined then ran in the alley beside the store. Great!

Shocked by Yukina's kiss Kyo didn't see the little boy comming. He was to late to catch him and Yukina turned. Kyo covered it up by growling at the kid scaring him away. Luckily the kid had been too scared of his fangs to think about what happened to Yukina as he ran. Kyo shook his head and followed the way in which Yukina had bolted and found her hiding. "Hey... It's alright... Coast is clear..." he said softly.

"God, I'm such an idiot." She sighed resting her head on her paws. She was glad that she had changed with Kyo there, at least she had someone who could help her. She sat up and looked around the alley. "Think we should go back to the tea shop now? Or wait until I change back?" She asked stretching out.

"I think it would be best if we went back to the tea shop." he said softly and stood. She was a very cute dog and he couldn't resist scratching her head softly. He then stood and began walking slowly threw the alleys towards the shop again. "Have you changed to your animal form alot?" he asked softly.

"No, this is only my third or fourth time. I'm still a little shaky with walking." She said and true enough she was sort of wobbling. Finally they came to the store and she scratched at the door since she couldn't reach the knob.

Kyo couldn't help but chuckle as she scratched at the door. "Ive got it." he said and opened it. When she was inside he walked in and looked at them all. "We ran into a slight problem but it's fine." he explained as he watched Yukina walk/wobble inside. She was so cute in this form and he had to supress his laughter. But he did smile.

Yukina sighed and walked over to one of the tables and curled up under it. "Yeah, some kid ran up to me and hugged me." She said scratching behind her ears. She stopped and looked around at everyone, slight embarrassed, she got up and walked over towards the bathroom just in case she poofed.

Kyo nodded and seeing where she was headed he stepped in front of her and kneeled on one knee. "I think you'll need these." he said softly holding out her clothes. He smiled and waited for her to take them.

"Thanks." She said then took them in her mouth then went into the bathroom, just in time. since as soon as the door closed she poofed back into her human form. She changed and washed the dirt off her nails then went back into the room. "Oh, I hate when I change." She said scratching behind her ears.

@Metal: uhh...yea I know, I was going with your post but like three people posted saying that Rei was already inside...and I didn't want to be mean and make them change it back...Rei was only outside the building for anybody who might have misinterpreted my post >.<))

As everything went on around her Rei shrunk back. She wasn't shy like the mouse, no, rather it was she was getting a bit overheated from all the bodies around her. She took off her hoodie and folded it neatly, placing it next to her and fixing the layered tops she had on underneath. At least Negi didn't seem to mad about her sneaking in, she'd done it a bunch when they were younger anyway. A small smile was on her lips, though the rest of her face was as emotionless as ever, Negi had wanted to make hamburgers for her? Well, at least the thought itself was nice.

Everyone seemed to have forgotten about her as they were going on and on so she no one would notice if she stepped outside would they? She quietly got up and slipped out the back door, leaving her hoodie on the floor. She sat down next to the back door, still in the shadow of the building, and stared up at the sky.
