Between myself and a friend...peak if you want, no post.
It's a lovely day in Shangri-la. Two girls, Miwa and Brooke are sitting in a bar, although they don't know how they got there. They decide to sit and wait anyway....and suddenly, without warning, a certain four, very sexy boys, walk in, taking a break from their journey.....

Miwa slowly slipped her drink. She wasn't much of a drinker of course, but she was in the mood for a little buzz. It was some sort of Marguerita. It was apple, but it tasted so bitter and sour to her. She suddenly didn't care so much when in came a loud group of four men. To her it looked to be a monk and his companions. But, boy! Were they good looking. With out looking away she elbowed her best friend in the ribs. "Brooke, dude." She didn't say more as she pointed to the two as they took a seat at a table.

Brooke nearly dropped her glass as she gaped, openly at the new guests. Not even trying to be quiet, Brooke jumped to her feet and pointed. "IT'S THE SANZO PARTY!" she shouted. Cartoon hearts took place of her eyes as she swooned over one particular member. "Oh Goku, I'm going to have little monkey babies with you." Off handed, she added, "of course, they won't actually be monkies, but still, what difference does it make?" Brooke sat back down, wondering how to approach them. "Food?" She asked Miwa.

Miwa smiled and nodded. "Grabbed the food, I'll grab the booze," said said with a wink. To be honost they had stalked these boys before in the past, and they didn't know it. That's how tricky and good they were. So they knew the way to the men's heart. With booze in hand she placed them down on the table the men were sitting at. "How about a drink?" She asked. She looked over at Brooke who was carrying the food. "And a bit of food? On the house of course." She flashed a flirty smile at the group. Oh, how good they all looked!

Smiling, Brooke put the food down in the middle of the table, and squeezed a chair in right next to Goku. She sat down in the chair, although do to the lack of space, she wound up being squished up against him. Brooke could see the discomfort on his face, but smiled regardless. "You should eat up. I can only imagine how hungry you are right now." Brooke snuck a glance at Miwa, and nodded. "We can find you hotel rooms too. Eat, eat." Brooke jumped back up, and ran toward the check in sheet. The barman stood there, looking slightly confused. "Two rooms for my friend and I, and these guys." Grinning innocently, she watched as the barkeep pushed a pen toward her. "Thank you." She skipped off happily back toward the table.

Goku eyed the girl then the food. Of course he suddenly forgot about her and dug into the food. Miwa had nestled herself between Hakkai and Sanzo. She swooned and took a sip of her drink. Hakkai laughted nervously as Gojyo screamed at Goku to slow down before he choked on his food. Of course he added, "Stupid monkey," In there and Goku had to fight back at him. Sanzo's brow twitched and he gripped his fan, ready to strike at any given notice. Hakkai thanked Brooke and Miwa for there generosity and nibbled on a California roll. Once Gojyo calmed down he took a notice at the "lovely ladies," as he called them and asked them what they were doing tonight. Miwa laughed with a blush and didn't reply. She busied her mouth with a bowl of rice.

"You really think I'm pretty?" Brooke asked. She stared at the food in front of her. She wasn't really hungry and didn't feel the need to pretend to be. She turned to Goku, who was chowing down, per usual. "You're kind of cute." She hoped that acting somewhat casual would get him to pay some attention to her. Without really thinking, she reached up and touched his hair. Blushing, she put her hands in her lap and stared down. "Maybe I am hungry after all." Grabbing a spring roll, Brooke began eating.
On the outskirts of town, a small female stood, glaring into the town. She could feel them there, no doubt their guard was down. Big brother would love her for this. She needed that scripture. For him. Without giving any more thought to a future fight, the young woman ran as fast as she could toward where the Sanzo party was. They would cower in fear. |
Goku stared at Brooke with noodles hanging out of his mouth. Slowly, while staring at her, he slurped them into his mouth. Because Miwa didn't respond to his flirts, Gojyo leaned over the table and suggested doing some "Suggestive" things after dinner. Sanzo twitched, gave in, and beat the red-head over the head with his paper fan. "OH, WILL YOU GIVE IT UP!" He shouted. Miwa snorted, and Hakkai laughed. "Can't you see she is clearly absorbed with Goku here," he said. Gojyo rubbed the large bump on his head and grumbled to himself about "hot babes."
After swallowing his noodles Goku grinned. "Well she is pretty," he admitted then flashed a smile to Brooke. "And she really likes food!" He laughed and offered her a meat bun. It was his sacred, most loved food in the world, and he was offering it to this pretty girl. Gojyo sat and started. "No way," he muttered under his breath. "The monkey is giving up his meat bun." "Oh spare me this lovey dovey crap," Sanzo said as he pulled up a news paper, blocking the view of the two flirting girls. |
Brooke took the meat bun and took a bite. Chewing thoughtfully for a second, she took another bite. "Hey, this is awesome!" She shouted. She reached for more food and gobbled it down. She reached for another piece of food, a fish ball. Pausing for a minute, she leaned back in her chair. "Here, you can have it." She grinned happily. "By the way, I'm Brooke." She gave Miwa a quick thumbs up. So far, her plan was working. Maybe later on, when it was time to go to bed, she would get her way. "So you guys do much fighting?" She immediately felt stupid after asking it. Of course they did. But Brooke couldn't help herself. They were too cute. Especially when they looked so serious.
The doors to the bar burst open, and the female did a flying jump kick into the room. "I'm HERE BALDY! I'M GOING TO TAKE THAT SCRIPTURE!" Being a klutz, the girl missed her target, Sanzo's head, and crashed into an empty table next to them. Standing up, she had a huge smile on her face, and her index finger was up. "You won't be able to escape from Lirin this time!" |
Miwas eyes slowly moved over to the annoying demon girl who had broken through the table next to them. "Oh good grief," she and Sanzo muttered at the same time.
"It seems we have another dinner guest," Hakkai stated. Gojyo smiled and replied to Brooke. "We do tons of fighting, babe. In fact she's with a group of people we love fighting the most." Goku shot up from the table after accepting the food. "God damnit!" He shouted. "Why do you always have to ruin the best moments!" Sanzo, of course didn't say much else, his brown twitched and he resisted (it was hard to do!) the urge to lash out at the demon girl. |
Lirin stuck her tongue out in a pout. "What moments?" She demanded of Goku. "You're not doing anything but eating food! That's all you ever do, is eat!" Although, Lirin stopped talking when her own stomach grumbled. After a moment's silence, she blushed and giggled. A single sweatdrop appeared on the back of her head. "Well, maybe I'm a little hungry myself." She changed her stance. A glare appeared on her face again, and she pointed an accusing finger at Sanzo. "That still doesn't change the fact that I'm here for your scripture Sanzo!"
Brooke rolled her eyes. "Shut up, can't you see we're busy here?" She snapped. Lirin frowned. "Who are you?" "Brooke. These are my boys, you leave them alone!" Brooke snapped. Lirin shook her head. "Make me." Lirin stuck her tongue out again, only this time, it was aimed at Brooke. |
"Since you two seem to be getting a long so well, why don't you just leave the rest of us in peace?" Sanzo said to Brooke and Lirin as he put down his newspaper.
"Hey wait!" Goku said. "That's not fair! You are the one she wants to deal with, why don't you leave?" Sanzo twitch. "You really didn't just say that did you?" Gokus eyes shifted. "Um, yes?" With amazing speed Sanzo was half on the table with his fan out. He reached over and beat Goku over the head. "Are you really that dense!? Do you think I want to 'play' with her?" "Ah, come on Sanzo. It wouldn't hurt to amuse her for a while, now would it?" Hakkai said with a smile. Sanzo 'hmphed' and folled his arms. "Not you too." "She's like a little pet. She'll follow you around like a puppy," Gojyo said with a snicker. "I don't need any more pets, I already have two." Gojyo did this: <.< Meanwhile, Miwa just sat there watching and giggling to herself. They were all so cute when they acted this way. She squee'd. |
Brooke frowned. "I'm not going anywhere!" She snapped. "Make her go away!" Brooke pointed at Lirin, who only smirked.
"Come on Baldy, fight me! Otherwise I'll get my big brother to fight you for the scripture!" It wasn't much of a threat, and Lirin knew it. But at least Kou was a bit more of an opponent than herself. At the mention of her brother, she seemed to shrink. "I forgot they were looking for me..." she said quietly. It was too late to sneak out now. Brooke took advantage of the fact that Lirin was quiet. "So Goku. What are your favorite foods?" She leaned forward, resting on her elbows. She couldn't get rid of that stupid smile on her face, and inwardly, tried to resist the urge to touch his hair. He was so pretty!" |
Goku didn't even have to think about that one. "Meat buns!" He croaked. But that wasn't the end of it. "Noodles, I like ramen, oh and Soba!" Goku rambled on and on with hardly a break about each and every food he loved. Miwa laughed at his enthusiasm.
"Goku could eat anybody out of house and home. It's a wonder how we can still afford cigarettes," Gojyo said. At the mention of smokes he pulled one out and lit it up. Miwa rinkled her nose. "What?" Gojyo snapped. "That's gross," she replied as she pinched her nose. "Why would anybody want to kiss that mouth after you stuck that shit in it?" "What the...." Hakkai laughed. "She has a point, you know. It's no wonder I never see women with you. Your stench frightens them off." "Not only that," Goku added. "He's a perverted water sprite, and look at that hair!" He burst out into laughter. "What girl would go for THAT?!" Everybody but Sanzo and Gojyo started laughing. Gojyo's fist came up and then right back down on Goku's head. "Oww! You jerk! What the hell is your problem!?" Gojyo jumped the table and proceeded to try and yank goku's hair out. "And what kind of girl would like you? YOu spiky haired monkey!" "NOT. A. MONKEY!" Goku and Gojyo continue their fight as the others watch in amusement. |
Lirin started to interrupt the fight, as Brooke sat back and watched. This was hilarious. A cold voice from the doorway made Lirin freeze in fear.
"Lirin, I thought you were told not to leave the castle!" Kou's voice was loud, booming. It made Lirin cringe. "Sorry big brother." Sneaking a peak over, there was her big brother, Doku and Yaone. Yaone just looked happy to see her. Kou looked angry, and Doku looked amused at the scene in front of him. "It seems my younger brother picked up a couple of ladies this time." Doku said, holding his sword over his shoulder and smirking. "About time, too. I was beginning to wonder if he was simply that desparate." "I'm not with him!" Brooke protested. "He's a perverted water kappa!" She said, imitating Goku. She looked sideways at him for approval. |
Goku grinned and nodded in agreement.
"Shut up you asshole," Gojyo said as he flopped back down into his chair. "Just take the girl and get out of her." "But they just got here," Miwa said. "We could have a nice party! How fun would that be!?" "I don't think that would be such a good idea...." Hakkai said. "I don't care what you guys do," Sanzo muttered. "Just shut the hell up and stay away from me. I don't want to be involved with this." |
"You know what?" Kou started. A smirk appeared on his face as he walked toward the table. "Don't mind if we do." He pulled up a chair and sat down, and at the same time, raised an arm. "Drinks all around, on me!" He shouted. Lowering his arm, he smirked at Goku. "You and I have unfinished business. It would be a shame to come all this way and not settle our score." Next to him was Yaone. She was bowing politely to Hakkai.
"It's a pleasure to see you again, Cho Hakkai." She said quietly. "Have you been well?" |
Almost instictively, Miwa latched herself onto Hakkai's arm. "He's very well," she replied for him. She batted her lashes at him and he gave an uneasy chuckle.
Meanwhile Goku was getting all giddy for what he knew was going to be a good fight. "You know I'm ready! I'll take you on. Any day. Any where. And you know I'll win." He was so excited he already has his nyo-byuo (sp? o.O) out. |
Brooke had a camera ready. "I want to see sexy fighting." She said happily. "Both of you should fight shirtless." Kou's only response to that was to raise an eyebrow at her, before turning to Goku.
"Who is she?" He jerked a thumb in Brooke's direction. Lirin spoke up instead. "She thinks she's Goku's girlfriend!" Lirin sounded mad, but Yaone put a hand on Lirin's shoulder. "Hush, Lady Lirin." Although Yaone was a bit confused by the other girl speaking for Hakkai. "Who might you be?" She asked Miwa. "I don't recall Hakkai having a lady in his life." It was a polite sentence, but there was an underlying tone of hostility there. "Doesn't matter, it seems the Sanzo party picked up a couple of women. Not our problem, just two more people to fight." Doku said, thinking. "I'm not fighting her!" Lirin snapped, waving her arms wildly in the air. "She's weird!" |
"I'm not fighting anybody! And Hakkai just recently had the pleasure of me gracing his life," she smiled at the man, who once again laughed nervously.
"We've only just met," he said. "She's rather adorable don't you think?" Hakkai asked. Gojyo simply stared. With one eye cocked and his cigarette half hanging out of his mouth. "Did she just say 'sexy fighting'?" "I believe she did," Sanzo said. There was a hint of a very feint smirk at the corner of his lips. "I don't see how anybody could find either of these two idiots, quote, 'sexy'." Goku just looked at them all weirdly. "Why would I want to take off my shirt?" He asked. Obviously oblivious to Brooke's reasoning. |
"Because it would let you move a bit more freely if you weren't so constricted by clothing." Brooke replied immediately. Somehow, she managed to keep a straight face. She set the camera down on the table. "On a nice day like this, you have to admit it would feel better." Though she was good at hiding a smirk, her eyes still glittered. Although, Kou looked thoughtful.
"Yes, that is good reasoning, although I know you're lying. Fine. I'll take my shirt off, but mind you, my pants are staying on." Kou glared at Brooke, who only shrugged. "Fine by me." She tapped the camera and looked over at Miwa, then looked back at Kou. "So...I guess you should start or something." "Fine." Kou snorted. "Goku, I believe we have unfinished business." He stood up, threw his shirt off to one side, and walked outside. Brooke had to keep herself from drooling at his muscles. It was Goku's she wanted to see. |
Miwa burst out in laughter then quickly stifled her own laugh with both hands clamped to her mouth. Oh man, no pants would be nice.. But that was pushing it. Goku looked from Brooke and Kou then shrugged. "S'pose you are right." It took him a few mintues to get everything off, including his cape. He never realized how much of a pain all that was to get off. He rolled his shoulders and stretched out. "Alright, bring it!" He jumped onto the table and food and drinks went flying.
"GET OFF THE TABLE YOU DAMN IDIOT!" Sanzo had pulled his gun out and the vein in his forhead looked like it was about to burst. Goku ignored him and hopped off and ran towards the door. "Come on!" |
Kou cocked his head from side to side, and flexed his arms, stretching his muscles. He was ready for a good fight, and he wanted to be loose, not stiff. It had been awhile since he had a good fight, and didn't want to lose this time. He flexed his claws, and narrowed his eyes at Goku. Maybe that strange girl did have a good point. He did feel better without being restricted by clothing. He forced his mind back on the task at hand. It would be deadly to let his mind stray now, he had to stay focused. Kou did let his lips curl back in a snarl, revealing his fangs. "Bring it." He said in a low hiss that carried. Kou was physically and mentally prepared. This time, he would not lose to Goku.
Brooke was already snapping pictures. She was giddy, and this was only the beginning. But she was struck with another idea. Making her way to Miwa, she began to whisper in her ear. Miwa should be in on Brooke's latest scheme. Although, there was no doubt it would get them both into trouble. Still, it was worth it. When she was done telling Miwa her plan, she whispered. "So who wants to talk to her? Both of us?" |
Miwa looked at Brooke with a mischievous grin. She grabbed Brooke's hand. "Let's do it!" She giggled and they trotted over to yaone.

Brooke whispered to Yaone, who surprisingly, was grinning. Brooke was only mildly surprised, but didn't say much about it. She kept whispering her plan, and her reasoning behind it. Yaone nodded.
"I think that sound a little odd, but you do make a lot of sense, in a strange way. You say you love these boys, and want them, but don't you think Lord Kou and Goku should finish their fight first? It seems the respectable thing to do." "One of them is going to get injured. I'd rather do this now, before things get bloody." Brooke said. Yaone nodded in resignation. "alright." She closed her eyes and crossed her arms in front of her. She then raised her arms and opened her eyes. Almost immediately, a strange colored gas was spreading from her fingers. Brooke pulled out gas masks and gave one to Miwa. She could only now sit back and wait for the fun to begin. |
