I've never actually been traumatized by a clown but... I really don't like them. Though I'll make exceptions for mimes, because I have good memories of one I saw in Chicago mocking a really, well... prissy-looking woman. :) But mimes are different, anyway.

I've seen really good colorguard shows about mimes and puppets so I love them really, but clowns are just weird. not scary, but not funny either.
