Well, Virsat gets what he wants then. Derrick is gonna yell at him. Thoroughly. Though, I honestly didn't expect him to put up with Coon scrubbing Derrick like he was a towel or something, but meh. And yes, that mental image of a tall semi-raccoon washing a tiger in a swirling pond keeps making me giggle every time I picture it.

Well. I couldn't pounce...erh..virsat couldn't attack Coon while he was scrubbing cause you didn't leave that open enough. you posted all that...scrubbing and then ended it with him dragging Derrick away. so I threw Vir at Coon at the first opportunity presented. -shrug-

Oh, I think I should clarify: The trailer that Derrick, Doggy, Coon and now Virsat are in is the monster RV. None of the popups have been opened yet. I need to get a pic and photoshop the image of the caravan... I saw the RV on the route a couple weeks ago, so the big RV is real, and the popup trailers are real, and if you haven't seen a modified pickup bed turned trailer then you need to get out of the city for a couple days... They're everywhere in the country. That truck would be hard to find though... Doggy did build it afterall... ---------- Wait a sec, you were online when I was playing Roller Coaster Tycoon... Been online ever since I woke up at 2pm. except I did leave for about 45 minutes when I went to the grocery store but I was still signed in to everything.
I thought people might be on since EVERYONE I know was complaining at me that I hadn't been around much. So I told most of them I'd be on today and only two of them are talking to me on messanger and no one was rping at all. ANYwhere. -shrug- |

And it's fine. I just didn't feel like playing monster hunter today. I did make that awesome bug armor I wanted. I have 23 dragon resist. Which is perfect for killing Cedeus. but my fire resist is -10 which is not good when I fight things that shoot fireballs at me. Like the Rathian and her mate Rathalos. I kinda got tired of stupid n00bs always asking for people to kill their monsters for them or asking for high rarity items that they know can't be traded cause the values are too high. Anyway. I needed a break from that shit. No. Don't modify the rant. Do it the way it should be done. I want Vir's reaction to be geniune. He'd prolly run away anyway so. -shrug- |

I don't know much about RV interiors so please excuse any mistakes I made about anything. All I know is that the truck is separated from the trailers. Unless that's wrong too :sweat:

Nope, you're right. The truck is separate, and can be unhitched from the RV. And yes, its a behemoth. As I was telling Kry, Doggy made it out of several vehicles and it's likely to lose a piece here and there every now and then...

on a side note.... i just thought of a great twist to the story... but since the character is Chryssta's i figured i had better ask her what she thought of it first; as well as every one else. remember earlier we were talking about the enemy and how she will develop a kind of vendetta against Mai? what about if we made that vampire the creator of Mai? making mai the only person to ever really escape her in her full power though it made her lose her memory. this will allow her to be about a century old, if not century and a half... isnt derrick 2-3 centuries old? and it'll also create a great twist to the story to anyone reading it.... tell me what you think Chryssta and guys Edit: and i know, but acting like it scared her will allow him to get a sense of security, however false it may be edit 2: or i could just create a new character, one thats being "played with" by the "villain" |
As I said in an earlier post: The 'enemy' is a 'child'. She is the creator of no one. She merely knows how to destroy. If you want Mai to be from Derrick's original clan (Dorjan's clan), then it'd be by someone that Derrick might remember, but hasn't seen since the coven broke, and the girl was taken into custody to keep from destroying the world.
Mai can be tied in, but it's not one of my characters who made her. If you'd like, I can come up with a character that the 'red queen' picks up in her journey east, that is the sire to Mai, but it won't be the child, Dorjan, or anyone Derrick has sired, since he hasn't sired anyone. Any vendetta the girl gets for Mai would easily happen when she sees Mai in Derrick's party and unwilling to play with her. The bit about losing her memory while trying to escape an evil sire is a good idea, it'd be a great way to explain why she's got amnesia, and making her more than a century old would give enough time for her to have a lot of memories of what she keeps flashing back to. But if she's got only 5 years of memory, how are you going to work that in to her escaping from her evil sire? As for a 'twist', the fact that she's a shifting vampire is a twist right there, Derrick's line is extremely rare. Remember, he'd never seen another vampire that could shift like that. Not in nearly 300 years. And yeah, he's 273 years old from human birth to their current point. ---------- I'll give Johnny a reply and have Derrick do the polite thing, have the happy lycans run and hide, and then he'll chew out Mai next... Tonight though, after shower and sleep. I've been up for too long, I should have been in bed hours ago. Dia, if you see this, please feel free to go with Mekia. I left Johnny outside in case she wanted to talk to him, but if you haven't gone by the time I get on tonight, I'm gonna go with him again. Bah, broken ribs aren't anything bad... hmn good point, i had forgotten that, thanks, and i have it as five years is when she regained some semblance of memory, im going to have her actually have been escaped for about fifty years...
as to your suggestion that it be someone from derricks clan, good point... amybe her sire was the one who truly betrayed the clan? and the queen picked up her sire only after he/she had created him.... and about another character, dont worry about it... it would have only been a passing note of not true importance, but a twist all the same. it would also allow for her memory to start coming back like it has. .... ill have to think on it a little more. as to derrick chewing her out, go ahead, i kind of wanna see what mai's reaction will be. ~evil grin~ |

I bought a silver fox tail), going back to bed, then being late for work again to now... So to say the least, I'm running a bit late... I'll post it momentarily. Have to make sure it's setting up right... The text keeps bouncing every time I move... Okay, so it's not really, but I keep editing bits into it... |
I haven't been to a pow-wow in ages. We used to have one around here every year. Oh well. We did have the Festival in the Park this weekend though. That was nice. More stuff than last year, but still not as much stuff as they used to have a few years ago.

I'm not actually Monacan... But they had Cherokee and Iroquios stuff there too, so it was cool. And they had Aztec dancers teaching everyone how to dance.
The chief of the Monacan tribe was saying how ever since the 'white man came to his land' there has been a 'big white father' to the country, and how they can't say that anymore. Everyone thought that was funny. It was a good day. Aside from the heat stroke, the annoying brats running around, the too many people, the lack of shade... the sno-cone was yummy though... |
