Yeah, I just really couldn't believe it. It was an award ceremony for Journalism students and someone had to come in like that? It was just ridiculous really. Bleh... So not in the mood to do homework. *Sigh*

Yeah, I haven't had the chance to read any more of the Yu Yu Hakusho manga lately... >.< I've got another 24 pages of French to read at the moment. >.< Fortunately though this book seems to go fairly quickly.

I'm a very fast reader, once I get started with reading a manga/comic, I have to make it to the end, no matter how many chapters are in the volume.. >.>
And even then, i can finish a whole volume within an hour, give or take a few mintues more... o.o

Yeah... I usually force myself to read manga slowly and take in the drawings and stuff. They go too fast otherwise in my opinion. >.<

lol... I usually do that later, after I've made it through the manga.... and then I'll go back and look at the drawings... especially if I'm looking to draw a certain pose that I'm incapable of drawing without a reference... I never copy anything exactly, I use reference pictures to do certain poses, but otherwise the entire artwork is my own, and completely hand-drawn... I don't like CG too much in pictures... it looks rediculous if you ask me... other people can spend their time doing stuff like that...

Ah, I used to do the same thing, look at other pictures for poses and stuff. I don't really draw as much anymore though... T_T

It's a useful skill to have at times... and sometimes it's good for relieving stress, drawing rediculous and stupid looking pictures of people who annoy you, and people who get on your nerves... xD

Yeah... For some reason I'm just never satisfied with what I draw anymore so I've mostly stopped drawing. >.< I play video games a lot more too now. My family never used to have money for stuff like that so I would draw and read a lot but I got a GameCube eventually when they were old and cheap and that started my gaming habits which ended up kinda taking over. ^^;

hehe... yeah, I have a lot of GameCube games and I play them on the Wii instead... I used my money to buy a PS2 instead... >.>
and I have to go, I have a super busy day tomorrow... >.<

Lol. I'm notorious for reading manga fast. Whenever I buy a manga my mom holds onto it until we get home, because I can read an entire volume in just 15-20 minutes. XD
