Just like how I'm here but kinda not... my mom keeps flipping between American Idol and Biggest Loser, and that's bugging me.. >.<

Yeah, I mean I can understand she's really into American Idol, but I reaaally want to watch Biggest Loser, and both shows are recording, so it shouldn't matter which one we watch... oh well, whenever she switches over I come here, and it is mostly during commercial breaks anyway so it's not a big problem...

I dunno, I personally feel like you should just watch one or the other, especially if one is being recorded. TV is always the source of such drama in my boyfriend's house which is so ridiculous because pretty much everyone has their own freaking television in their room AND DVR! My house only has one, and we don't have DVR and it's not a problem... >.< Well I can't say that it's not a problem... It's mostly a problem with me because it's on allll day long and its too loud most of the time.

Yeah, we have the one TV with cable... the Tv I have in my room is solely for the use of my PlayStation2... my mom really likes American Idol though, so she wants to watch that, especially since I'm not staying out there to watch Biggest Loser every second that it's on... >.<

Yeah, I have a small 17inch TV as well that's just for playing games and stuff.

We have no cable at the moment because the bill did not get paid (out here on the back end of nowhere that means no tv at all). *shrug* The main thing we miss about it is having nick jr for the baby. He expects to get to see Yo Gabba Gabba before nap everyday. Ah well, we are working our way through my DVDs of Dinosaurs (Not the Momma! lol) since it has puppets and holds his attention better than Dragonball. *shrug* Next thing I'm having him watch is my Fairy Tale Theater collection. ^_^ It's lucky I have so many child appropriate DVDs. *scratches head* Doesn't say a lot for my maturity level but oh well. lol.

we have a lot of animated movies, like Shrek and well, a lot of Dreamworks stuff in this house, plus quite the array of Disney movies... >.>
My mom buys most of them, but I don't think they're that bad, either... sometimes I watch them and sing along to the songs... if it's that kind of disney movie... xD

I prefer video games too, but there are some movies I'm really into... Uhh, Eragon, Twilight (yes, I admit I like this), Avatar, Underworld (Vampire/Werewolf movie) and other things...

I have quite a lot of games though... Tales of Symphonia is my absolute favorite though, with Tales of the Abyss following right behind that... ^ ^

Yeah, the only movies that I really buy up in a hurry are the Harry Potter ones really... Other than that the only movies I rewatch a lot are The Last Samurai and Memoirs of a Geisha.

As for games, I'm mostly into Japanese RPGs.

hmm, when it comes to games.. RPG's are my absolute favorites... especially if you can make your own character, and even if not, I still love them... a good plot/story and cool characters/villains makes for a great RPG...

Yeah, we go crazy over the Harry Potter movies as well, we own all of them, though only five out of six are on DVD, the 2nd movie is a VHS, because we still haven't found the DVD to replace it... >.>
But me and my mom are also kinda crazy over Twilight, and my current movie obsession is Avatar... it's such a great movie...
