Katie went ahead of almost everyone except for the rider.She really did care for absolutely no one in this group,she continued on,hoping no one else would randomly join the group.

(ummm well.. the one group is in the middle of a rocky field nowhere near the trees. The other group is near the woods but riding horses and at a very fast pace so you wouldn't have just walked up to them... I'm not sure how you're going to edit your introduction in unless you have it as like she runs into some NPC's and then our group or something. )

Aranthal smiled as akiko closed her eyes. He then just kept the horses on track going towards the next town, he then kissed akiko on the cheek while her eyes were closed. "So what town are we headed too anyways?" he asked her wondering if she even knew the name of the town.

"New Atreas." She murmured, she hadn't realized until now how very tired she was, she had not slept in several days and it was suddenly wearing on her. Akiko blinked and sat up as lightning flashed right as she did so. Than the realization hit her that this elf guy had kissed her, it wasn't a dream and she was in fact awake. What do i do now? The feelings inside her were still very confusing, as she thought about it she just sat there, his warmth pressed against her back.

Aranthal just continued along the trees holding the very beautiful akiko in his arms. He looked at her as the lightning flashed around them. He had never been afraid of lightning after having an arrow he shot when he was younger struck by lightning. "Thank you akiko, now i know what town to ask for if we see someone." he then pulled her closer and more up on his lap so he could slide into the saddle under neath her.

(( Okamigirl, If you read my first posting ever in this thread, the things you MUST read, notes that you need to find a good spot to bring a character in. Don't just make your character appear out of nowhere. If you need to, wait until we get to a "check point" with our characters. But Be creative ok? :) Also, I know its a lot of reading but you should read the story so far just so you know whats going on...Oh and Phantom is my character's Horse. ))

Solruil nodded to Kotori, Yes, I am with you.She hoped this wouldn't split the group up..That would be dangerous. Yet, she knew that there was no time to try and decide. The rain drops were getting bigger and falling harder. As if, the gods above were throwing each droplet with all their force. Solruil pulled her cloak more tightly around herself, and patted her steed to re-assure him. It kept getting darker, the wind continued to wail. What a crappy trip so far...

Akiko smiled closing her eyes in exhaustion. Well at least he's not going to do anything to me. He's really nice...I could actually get some sleep. She let herself lean into his arms, moving slightly to get more comfortable as he moved her into his lap. The storm around her drowned out as she drifted into sleep, stirring slightly once in awhile to an especially loud crash of thunder. Every few minutes she would shiver when the wind blew its way into her cloak and caressed her skin.

Kotori nodded absently to Solruil as he frowned at Katie who was pushing ahead of everyone oblivious to the danger she could be putting herself in right than. He kept his eyes focused on the bandit that was attempting to make a tent of some kind to get out of the rain. It was an ugly bandit that kept looking up and around like he expected something. Had to be half orc by the looks of it, clear by the small layer of drool coming off of his lower lip. Kotori grimaced in disgust, he'd have to grapple with the strong brute if they were noticed, and that wouldn't be pleasant even though he most likely would come out on top.

(( Shadami, I haven't been able to find anything online that I can create the map with so I'm going to have to draw it up and take a picture of it to get it online. I'll get in done this next week--Spring break ^_^ ))

The storm was getting more ferocious and it was amazingly dark for being only about two hours from sunrise. The blanket around Akiko stopped her shivering but she was far from being completely comfortable. Thoughts were haunting her dreams making her see visions of her home with the priest burning to the ground, the lightning from the storm being the spark that set the building off. She ran around the village trying to get help from someone. Dirt she had thrown on the fire did hardly anything and tears rolled down her face as she was helpless in saving anyone. Now she was standing in front of the priest all signs of storms and fires gone and he was handing her the insignia of the church. "Use this well, it may help you when you least expect it." The man reached up and brushed her hair behind her ear and kissed her forehead. "Run fast child, the magic is leaving this world and everything will perish if it isn't found. You are a special child, I believe you can help us. Go to New Atreas, they will guide you in finding it." She nodded, and actual tear rolling down her cheek as she buried her face in Aranthal's chest. Memories and fears from the dream plaguing her into a fitful sleep.

(i'm pretty sure there's another city/ town or two in between them and New Atreas still)

She stirred slightly, but not enough to wake her completely as the movement of the horses slowed becoming more regular. Her thoughts shifted again and she was in the bar again being touched by filthy hands as they discovered her pointy ears. The town hated elves and her dream was revealing this to her, the small trace of magic she had remained in her through these dreams because she had never touched her magic reserves before. Than with a jolt she sat upright all of her magic leaving her making her feel sick. She tipped sideways grabbing her stomach unaware of her surroundings, just that she was suddenly in pain, and she had learned something new.

(yes, i gave my characters similar magic powers through dreaming. Though Akiko's is only really brief, and Kotori's is still with him. I've got an idea for that later, though i haven't formulated it completely yet. )

Akiko woke hours later, confused, and lost. Her stomach no longer hurt but her head still ached slightly. She turned as she sat up kicking Aranthal and immediately started apologizing. "Oh my gosh I'm so sorry!" As she apologized, she took in the room, it not helping her at all in figuring out where she was, for all she knew she was in Aranthal's house! She locked her eyes back on his rubbing his cheek where she had kicked him as she swung her legs off the bed. You're fault for being so close to the bed you silly elf. Her thoughts murmured as the rubbed his cheek feeling bad.


(for the other party, the time difference will match up at some point I'm sure. =] )

(hahaha oops. XD I like drawing maps, and i figured since they had three days and it seemed to be a rush, there'd be SOMETHING at least =]

and what happened to the other party, they seem to have gone silent o.O I will post a random attackage of the orc since no one is posting. XD

Akiko nodded, "Sure." I passed out? Huh, guess I did. She let him pull her up and she kissed him on the cheek in doing so before striding to the door. She felt perfectly fine until her stomach grumbled, than she got hungry. But her health wasn't what she was worried about, She wsa thinking more along the lines of, hey i didn't get raped, or robbed while I was passed out did I? As she walked out the door she paid attention to the feel of her skirt on her legs to make sure everything that was strapped to her legs were in fact still there. Her hand slid to her side and she knew her bladed fan was still dangling at her side and she smiled. Maybe I ran into the best possible person that I could have. As she got to the top of the stairs leading down to the bar portion of the inn she froze, a brief flashback of her vision coming into her mind.

I need to learn more about elves, which apparently is what I am. She frowned. That's my new mission.
