(( I'll try... Reaver attacked the orphan's HQ. Tellyah surrender to him to protect the other orphans. Reaver had her answer questions about them. The he attacked her to make her prove how skilled she is. We're in the middle of said battle. A lot of what happened was just learning Tellyah's back story. :P Hope that helped a bit. ))

(( Ink posted sometime in the middle of me and Reaver... and no, no other orphan has posted. ))

"Evil is simply a term used against one side to deem them the 'bad guys'.. There is nothing to say, that those allies you hold so dear are your friends. That they are actually the good guys. What makes you believe that just because my intent seems sinister, that I am evil? Perhaps you are actually evil. A danger to the world, and must be destroyed before you can cause harm?" He says with a slow shake of his head. "The reason you are alive. Is because I am willing to spend the time to teach you the truth. Pull you away from the lies that you have come to believe.. Those others with rings, they are only pawns in a plan to destroy the world. Your world. Do you really plan to fall for such trickery and let that come to pass? Reaver says adjusting his hold on the scythe that was pressed against her shoulders. She was still standing in mid air, on pure solidified wind over the water that was being held away. Manipulating the wind, Reaver applied an echo to his words, letting her hear every word clearly and having it echo in her ears with every pause. "If you do not wish to go against the lies you have been told. And fight for yourself, instead of for a puppeteer that is pulling your strings. Then I will strike you down now, and that will be the end. Once you are dead, the ring can be destroyed and I will move onto the others.. That is my purpose, and the same purpose can move onto you. Should you wish to stop the destruction before it comes.." Reaver frowns slightly, looking her over with his light gray eyes. "Or, you can deny my word as the truth. And this game I have been playing will end. We will fight for real, and you will die.. Only then will the destruction those that are trying to control you, will be stopped." He says finally, before waiting for her response.

"I'm so confused!" Tellyah exclaimed, making the water in the lake boil and steam. "What am I supposed to do?" she whispered, looking down. Deep in her mind she knew that no matter her choice, she would end up dead. Only this way, she would at least have a chance to live. With three words, she sealed her fate, "I trust you." The water in the lake calmed, becoming still. A thin layer of ice formed over the top, causing the lake to look similar to a mirror. She raised her head to look Reaver in the eyes. "Tell me what to do, puppet master." She smiled and laughed, "You have yourself a ring bearer." Tellyah put out her hand for a handshake, and pulled it back.

Lolth looked over at Kali, smiling. "If needed, sister, I can always put a spell on you so you cannot speak unless it is to me or Ebony." Lolth said. She had many spells that would help them in their quest. She had been a master of magic, most feared from where she had been. She still didn't remember fully the time she lived, but she can remember the fear of the people. It ran through her veins, like the blood of an innocent in the veins of a vampire.

"I think I shall keep my name and not change anything about me..well...maybe my skin." Lolth thought aloud. She tried to bring up the spell to change her skin tone. It was a simple transformation spell, yet she couldn't remember all of it. "Blast it, I shall remind the same." She said after a moment of trying to remember the spell.

Lolth smiled broadly at the other girl. She moved in close to her, just enough so they could feel each other's skin but not actually touching. "Very Well, Kali. I will need to embrace you." Lolth said in a low husky voice. The contact needed for the spell would look imtimate, but it wasn't in the conventional way. It was on a more psychic level, Lolth had done the spell many times on spies that had worked for her. Lolth lifted her hands so they hovered over Kali's shoulders, she watched the girl's movements and reactions. Lolth loved to see how people reacted to her and the things she did. Which is why she would always change herself, not on the outside, but inside. Her actions, thoughts and feelings were an ever changing web.

Ebony watched silently taking in everything. Her eyes did stop on one person. A boy. He had been staring at them for two long. He had followed them from section to section of the store and now he was following them threw the mall. She silently walked away from Lolth and Kali and dissappeared around the corner. Usuing her powers she opened up a portal and on the other side was the boy's back. She grabbed him covering his mouth and then slammed him into the aLl on her side. "Why are you following us?!" she hissed angerily at the obviously startled guy.

Lolth smiled at Kali as her calm thoughts drifted through Lolth's mind. Lolth placed her hands around Kali, pulling in closer to her body. Lolth closed her eyes, seeping her magic into the other girl. She began to mutter words in a spidery sounding language, her own body glowing slightly. Lolth finished the spell by placing a soft kiss on Kali's lips, then pulled away. "It is done, sister. You can only speak to me and Ebony when you are around only us." Lolth said, a smile touching her lips as she gently brush a stray hair away from Kali's face. When she turned around, Lolth noticed that Ebony was gone. "Hmm..I wonder where our dear sister went." She said aloud, looking around the mall.

"Well ring bearer. I am only a guide, not a puppet master. You may make your own decisions after all. But now you understand who the real enemy is, and that will make your decisions closer to the lines of light. Only then will you be able to put away your arms[weapons] for the signs of peace that you seek." Reaver says with a slow nod of his head, his head soon tilting to the side as he looks away towards a distant location and then back to her. The winds slowing around the water as the water becomes almost slosh like and flat again, and then soon she would find herself falling lightly back towards the water once again. "Cool off, relax. Rest.. You still have much a head of you, but you are learning fast." Reaver says with a short chuckle, as he turns and begins walking through the air towards land. Once standing over land he drops and lands upon the ground, his gaze moving towards the figure that was snooping on his business not too far away, before he turns and looks back towards the lake.

Tellyah felt the sudden weightlessness before dropping into the cool water below. She surfaced sputtering. "Geez, You could have given me a warning first." She reached her hand up to her neck and wiped the partly dried blood away. She swam to the edge of the lake and crawled out then walked over and picked up the rag that had been her dress. She dug through the pockets till she found her wallet, and cell phone. I remember the number Ink dialed. I could just as easily send it a text message to tell them where I am. She looked over to Reaver, who seemed to be looking for something beyond the trees. Then again, do I even want them to find me? She stood and threw her cell towards the lake, where it fell making a splashing sound. She felt like the chain around her life had been cut free. She smiled and walked towards Reaver, the dress draped over her arm, and the wallet in her hand. When she was next to him she slipped her free hand up to his shoulder. "Who are you looking for?" she asked. "Did you invite more people to test me?"

"Quite the opposite. We have a guest. I'm waiting for them to show themselves.." Reaver says simply, his head turning to look upon the female with one light gray eye past his long black hair. "If I had needed more people to test you. They would have been here hours ago." He then says with a slow roll of his shoulders, being that of a shrug. His hands shifting and slipping into the pockets of his jeans as he stands there awaiting the arrival of whoever was snooping in his business. "The sooner they show themselves, the sooner the fight can start, or the conversation. Depending on who it is, of course." Reaver then says, as he shakes his head slowly. "As I said before, the best thing you should be doing is getting some rest. We'll teach you a little more, and then begin traveling."

"How can I rest?" Tellyah asked, removing her hand from his shoulder. "I'm not tired. Besides, I'm use to staying up for long hours. And I have no idea how long I was under when they put the ring on my finger." Tellyah looked up at Reaver and smiled, then looked out to the woods. "I think they're on your side. The orphans would have attacked by now. This person is waiting. Oh!" Tellyah exclaim as she began to dig through her wallet. She pulled out the credit card/ security pass. "I'm not completely sure what this does, but I have a feeling it's a keycard for the house. It has unlocked several doors." She was acting like a good student, and a poor fighter - like a puppet on a string.
