Zen looked over, he swallowed the mouth full of food, "Not yet let the man talk first" he said before eating again

rin crossed her arms and looked at master el. "so? were all ears!" she smiled. "well we only have two ears and a mouth and two eyes, but thats not the point it just means-you know what? nevermind. you just go ahead and talk master el." she smiled.

rin frowned. "okay..." she looked at the others, hoping they would be open-minded. being a super hero sounded fun to her.

Leon chuckled a bit. "I think HQ is taking this way too seriously. I mean come on. Mastering the elements does not take one night. It takes years. Even you still light your bed on fire when you have a bad dream." He said smugly. Stepping to the side to invite Hana more into the group. Besides, the randomly hiding was not really helping him since Fred would only yell at Leon then.

rin smiled back at melrose. "you believe too?" she looked at master el and tilted her head. "air? earth? maybe water? it was a lightish purple...hmmmn" she was a little confused but tried keeping up with herself.

Sam had woken up. The others were gone and the door had been opened while he was asleep. Walking out, Sam looked down the hall and heard the sound of voices. They were probably down there. He walked on until he entered a large dining room. Zen, Rin, a old guy, Melrose and a white haired girl who had been previously sleeping were there. There was a extra seat and Sam slid into it. Finally, water and breakfast; although, steak and mashed potatoes were a rather odd choice, not that he was complaining. After quenching his thirst, Sam began to work on his food. The steak was rather tender and Sam cut it up without much difficulty. He was eating and listening to the others talk. Wow, save the world from a evil organization. This must be a game that the caretakers thought up to ease them into the new orphanage; which Sam was sure this building was. He didn’t want to ruin the fun for the others as they had seemed to buy into the old man’s talks. Although some seem a bit untrusting. He was finished with his meal and now he longed to move around. Sam spoke up “,I believe you, lets go outside to start beat the bad guys” Of course, he knew that he would have to wait for the others to finish their meal so he could go outside. He poked at Melrose “,hurry up and eat faster” Sam urged.

"Yeah, I believe you, it explains the flashes of light I keep seeing." Ink said, while eating a cinnamon roll. She looked over at Sam,"Yo I'm Ink, I'm guessing that you know as much as we do now huh?"

Sam nodded at Ink ",And I'm Sam. Sure I know whats going on, we're the super heroes and need to kick some bad guy butt. Is this what the rings are for?" he waved it towards the old man curiously. This guy sure went through a lot of trouble just for some game. He looked at his ring suspiciously "Did you also drug me to slip this on?"Sam had never been drugged but he had been to a hospital and seen a nurse do it to a screaming child. Turning back, he discreetly viewed the girl. She appeared older than him, but he had learned not to trust his judgement on others age and thought it might have been her revealing Goth/punk clothes. When Melrose retorted to his words, Sam's gaped at her. "C'mon. Have some mercy on me, I really need to get outside. It's a nice day and I'm starting to feel claustrophobic." he begged. It was true, he didn't like moving and this new place felt like it'll need some time for him to adjust. Sam just wanted to go outside and lie down somewhere. "Please" he added, raising his hands together as if in prayer.

Anna stayed close to Leon even though he stepped aside a bit to more include her into what was going on.
"I dont think its that the company fears them," Anna said as she placed her hands together behind her back. "I think its mor that they want them for theiir own personal gain,"She added with a thoughtfull look. "If you think about it they probably figuared we were all the choesn, or special children because of what we can do with the eliments!" She stated before giving a pleasent smile. "But i guess im glad they took all of us in, i mean Were all friends arnt we!?" She more stated than asked with a small giggle.

Tellyah stared at the man, then at her empty plate, then at mounds of food. She couldn't remember the last time she had eaten anything but fish scraps, but she didn't trust the food on the table and left her plate bare. "So, you are the good guys and we're all super heros. Why would a rational person believe that? I believe myself to be a rational person." she smiled, and nodded. "I know you believe whole-heartedly Rin. But remember, he did lock us in a room." Tellyah looked at the man, then at her finger and the ring. "Water, huh? How do I use water to fight people? Water isn't that easy to control. It's wild, always changing and unpredictable. It's dangerous."

Sam looked at the girl sitting across from him. It was the blue haired girl that he had thrown the pillow at. Geez, what a immature girl, destroying other's fun. It's sort of obvious that it's a game but at least go along for everyone else's sake, Sam thought.",Don't be a party pooper, you unbeliever." he told her and then Sam turned towards the senior "Mister, are you going to answer my questions by tomorrow?"

Tellyah looked at the boy. "I'm not saying I don't believe. I'm saying I find a situation like this one hard to believe in. We know next to nothing about this person. What makes you trust him so much?" Tellyah sat back in her chair and began to rub the bridge of her nose. Insufferable brats. she thought. Why did I have to get locked in a room with them? she shook her head and looked at the old man. "Why us?" she asked.

"Air, young Melrose, Ink you have Light, and Sam Earth, Tellyah as you just said Water, and yes it is hard to control hence why I will be training you, later today, after we are done eating. I asked the who beileved because you have to in order to use your powers properly." El smiled "I know i am vauge but it will make sence soon let me know when you are all ready?"

Zen kept eating and nodded as El spoke

Fred sighed again, "well I am not sure, but we need to find them" he said turning "They are orphans, in this city and they are together by now, this could be hard"

"Training us to control the elements?" Tellyah asked the old man. "Isn't that near impossible? The elements weren't meant to be controlled by humans." she laughed "They'll never be controlled by humans."

The blue haired girl called Tellyah continued to argue cynically against the seniors words. Why get so worked up about this game?Sam stared at his ring and frowned "So we controll them using our rings right? Or if not, can I ask for a better color? I don't like brown.." He scanned the room to see who got the blue one. The ring was on Tellyahs finger; blue hair, it figures that it would be with her. Melrose finished eating and stated "Just because seeing you beg made me giggle." Sam turned a bit red and refused to achknowledge that he had just begged ",It was not begging. Just a more advance form of pleading" he argued. Reaching out, Sam took the water pitcher and refilled his cup. While he drank, he spent the time glaring at everyone who was still eating and delaying his outdoor time.

Tellyah smiled and looked at the boy called Sam. "I don't think we get to choose our colors. I think they've been assigned to us. Alright," she said turning to face the old man again. "Let's say for all intents and purposes I believe in this game. What would that entail?"

El smiled "First, Sam we will nto be going outside per say so please be calm. Tellyah, if you must know it is not a game, please everybody watch." El Raised his arms and the lights started to dim, images of people in a great battle appeared on the table "Five thousand years ago," The old mans voice echoed off the walls, "A great battle took place over six sacred artifacts. These artifacts showed humans that the elements of Fire, Water, Earth, Air, Light and Dark, can be contorled. Six people found these artifacts and learned thier secrets, While the world was split in two by war, these six tried to make piece, But each was killed in The Final Battle as it is now called. When they died the location of the artifacts was lost. But each had at least child that were learning the ways of the elements. These children made rings with the power of the artifacts in them. They married and over the years a war has started again to find these Artifacts, You each are direct relations to the First Six. El finished and looked around for reactions.

Zen looked at the old man "You are out of your mind. Do you think by waving a hand i can shoot a ball of darkness" Zen did it as he said it and a ball of darkness shot out of his hand hit the wall and disappeared

Fred turned "FOUR!!!!!" he shouted "THERE WAS SUPPOSED TO BE TWO!" he screamed in anger and set a tree on fire

"So," Tellyah said calmly. "My great-whoever controlled water? Then why couldn't my parents? Why couldn't they control it enough to stop it from killing them? I severally doubt that the knew anything about controlling water."

El nodded "YOu are correct, they did not know many people do not know but almost everybody can, if they only focus on it"

Zen was staring at the wall "Did I Do that?"

"Why am I so much older than the others?" Tellyah asked, the one question that had burned in her mind since she woke up. Then another thought hit her. "All our parents are dead. Is that part of your prophecy?"

El nodded "The prophecy says, Six with out the guide of there own blood elders shall find the artifacts and stop the world from falling to disruction" El looked at them

Zen stood up "So wait we are supposed ot find the Artifacts?"
