I didn't know there were such things as self-employed interpreters. I don't know why, but that makes more sense than a government or business owned interpreter as they wouldn't have any suspicion of a hidden objective or whatever. Maybe I've seen too many spy movies. LOL. So what are you majoring in?
Is anyone else having problems with getting hearts on Chance? I've gotten kinda far but still haven't received any hearts. . . |
I'm not sure if I'm using the right word, 'self-employed' but I don't want to tie myself down to one place with one company and work in an office my whole life. I think I'm going to major in international affairs/relations, and minor in linguistics, English, or a foreign language of some sort, but I don't know for sure yet.
You have to click the checkout button to get your hearts. :) |
Janitor is my favorite from Scrubs.
[/keeps finding herself staring at the Scrubs picture] |
I love him, too. I think my favorite is a tie between Turk, Carla, Janitor, and Ted.
...But I really adore all the characters. XD |
Hi
What are we talking abt ? Can I join ? |
Lia- We're talking about college majors and Scrubs, but feel free to change the subject to whatever you wish!
|
....................I want food! T3T
I need nutrition doc! LMAO |
@Iltu: very cool. ^^ I understand not wanting to be tied down. Getting to travel in your job helps soothe wanderlust. Ah! The Checkout button! Hahaha. I bet it says that in the instructions, too. XD Sorry.
|
*fetches a syringe full of nutrients for Yami*
Mwa- I have a terrible case of wanderlust, I fear. No worries! It too me two days to realize it. XD |
Quote:
Janitor: "You stick a penny in there? D8<" JD: "o____O" |
The Janitor is so funny. XD When I grow up, I have a feeling I'll end up being just like him, or just like Ted.
|
@Mwa: I know your pain with the reading list... Papers are also a pain in the butt! I've got four papers in a month!
|
@Red: yes! I'm not alone. Yeah, papers come hand in hand w/ crazy reading lists.
@Iltu: LOL, my wanderlust isn't too strong, but I have a few places I want to visit. Like Rome. @Sora: The Janitor was so crazy. XD Have any of you guys seen the new Scrubs? JD is, like, hardly in it. |
I'm studying in Gia Dinh High school T-T
I will choose a job that connects with Biology ,not doctor 'cuz I'm not a careful person T-T *Stomach growling* |
The Janitor's evil eye moment has to be my favorite.
And really? Where is JD then? D: |
.......heh heh confuzzled @[email protected]
|
I don't believe I have seen any episodes of Scrub.
|
Hi granny ^^
Hate TV 'cuz commercials |
Hello, Lia.
Yes. I am so used to watching my DVR, that I'm not used to having to sit through commercials. |
I like some commercials where others just make me go, "wtf?"
|
Mwa- Oh, Rome would be such a wonderful place to see!
Ughm the new Scrubs. Saw fifteen minutes of an episode and turned it off. It's AWFUL. General convo- I don't like TV much myself, but Scrubs is a rare exception. XD I deal with commercials for that show. |
I do watch the commercials during the Superbowl.
|
I love the first few seasons of Scrubs!
After a while though, they won't let the characters grow, and they just spin off stupid joke after stupid joke. I HATE that they were doing the whole "Ross and Rachael" thing with Elliot and JD >< |
Granny- Superbowl commercials tend to be kind of awesome. I only saw two or three this year, but I loved the Doritos one with the little boy and his mom's boyfriend!
Yori- I actually like all the seasons, and felt like character growth kept up pretty well. ...But the new Scrubs makes me want to hurt people. :gonk: |
Yes. They also had some "superbowl"-type of commercials during the Daytona 500.
My favorite was Kyle Bush in a pink firesuit, next to his car that had kitties and puppies and baby seals on it. |
