Salem sat up instantly, sheer panic was spreading through her body. "Tenshi, what's wrong? Take a breath and explain," she said in a serious manner. Her eyes were wide and flicking from place to place across the bed room. She was uneasy whenever her friends were hurt and she wasn't there, she felt like she couldn't protect them then. Her brows furrowed slightly, it was as if she had forgotten that Matt was there.

She took a deep breath, trying to get past the lump in her throat, "i-it's Night...he...he collapsed and I don't know what to do..." She paused to wipe away some of the tears on her face, "Where are you Salem...?"

((gaaah, the shortness burns >.<))

Mat sat up quickly, he could hear the whole conversation, Night had a heart condition and appaerently he had one of his 'attacks' again in front of Tenshi. He picked Salem up bridal style, taking her out to Soot who was already saddle. He put her up on him, then he climbed up behind her, bringing Angel Star with them for the other couple. They had to get there fast and possible take Night to the doctor just in case.

"Wooop," was more or less the sound the Salem made when Matt picked her up. "What are you doing," she hissed at him for the sudden action but he just kept moving. "I'm, uh, at Matt's," she said, her voice wavering only due to the fact that she was being carried. He set her on Soot, though she was slightly confused. "We're on our way though," she said figuring that was what they were doing since he had gotten on as well. "Stay on the line with me though ok Tenshi? We'll be there soon."

((hmmmm a little longer and night should wake.))

"Are they at the tree house?" Matt said loud enough for the girl on the other line to hear, he had a feeling that they were either at the tree house, thier house, he spur Soot into a run. Angel Star keeping up with them, he was worried about them. He hoped and prayed that everything was okay with them and that Night will snap out of it by the time they get there.

"A-are you at the tree house?" Salem asked trying to talk over the bouncing of the horse. She wasn't sure what tree house it would have been anyway, she didn't remember one. She watched Angel Star and couldn't help but think, And he said she wasn't fast. Her attention then quickly went back to the phone conversation she was having. "Where are you Tenshi?" She asked again.

"H-home...he brought me home before...before it started raining..." Tenshi hiccuped out. Her free hand had unconsciously taken one of Night's hands and she was squeezing it now. "H-His breathing i-is alright b-but he won't...won't..." Tenshi sobbed again. "Hurry Salem....please..." She didn't know what her friend could do but anything was better than what she herself was doing, sitting here and crying.

Feeling a comforting warmth in his hand Night slowly began fighting for consiousness. He couldn't seem to get a hold of himself but he squeezed Tenshi's hand back. Letting out a soft groan he squeezed his eyelids shut more and clentched his teeth. Finally taking control of himself things began registering, like being wet, cold, his head pounding, his chest slightly throbbing, and the ever present warmth of Tenshi. "Tenshi..." he groaned and slowly opened his eyes seeing the face of his angel in his slightly blurred vision.

"Ah!" Tenshi's phone slipped from her fingers when she heard Night groan. She brushed her tears away quickly, not wanting him to see her tears and she smiled at him, "I'm right here love...right here..." She leaned over and pressed another light kiss to his forehead before resting her forehead against his, taking his other hand into her free one. He was alright...he was fine...

Night smiled weakly and looked into her eyes. "I-I-I'm so-sorry..." he choked out. His throat burned and was extremely dry. He slowly felt his strength coming back but it wasn't coming as fast as he would like it to. He felt horrible for what he had done. He had forgotten Tenshi didn't remember. He had gotten one of his attacks and had passed out infront of her before but that was something that had happen awail ago, so she wouldn't remember. But he shouldn't have pushed himself to put her in this situation.

"No...don't apologize, it's my fault, not yours...never yours..." She whispered. She let go of his hands and then shifted a bit, helping him to get up. "Can you stand? It would be better if you lied down on the sofa..."

Night looked at Tenshi lovingly and stroked her cheek. "Y-yeah.." he said softly and using the wall he forced himself to stand. His breathing quickened slightly but then settled to it's natural rythm again. "Where is it?" he asked Horsely and looked at her weakly. You could see his fatigue the way he held himself screamed weakness but his heart condition had left him weak for three days before so this was nothing new. If anything it was really annoying.

"here.." Tenshi placed a hand on Night's elbow and then led him slowly to the living room and helping him onto the sofa. She excused herself, just remembering that the front door was open. After closing it she darted into the kitchen to get a cup of water for Night. While she was at it she cleaned the cut on her arm and wrapped a towel around it before going back to the living room. She sat down next to Night and held the cup of water out for him.

Night layed down upon the couch and closed his eyes letting out a heavy sigh. He then ironed his eyes again and proped himself up on an elbow taking the water greatfully. His hand shook slightly but once henhad taken a drink things settled down. "Tenshi.... Your arm..." he whispered softly and reached out to touch her arm gently. "Did I do that?" he asked softly wanting to know what happened to his love.

((okay um Mat and Salem show up now))

Once Matt brought Soot to a stop Salem didn't hesitate to jump off and run up the pathway to the house. She grabbed the knob on the front down, grasping it she turned it flinging the door open. She ran into the house, "Tenshi, are you guys-" Looking in the living room she saw that Night was actually away, though he looked weak. She stopped short giving the two a weird and yet confused look. "I thought you said something was wrong," she said as she watched them.

Night looked ip surprised and nearly thought he was going to have another attack. He calmed himself though and smiled best he could at Salem. "Hey..." he said weakly and coughed. He took another drink from his water glass andnlooked at her. "Why are you here?" he asked having no idea since he had been out cold.

Mat walkd into the house after he had tied up Soot and Angel Star. "Man, Night. You should be more careful you scared Tenshi and She scared Salem. I was bout to have some fun with my lover." He said to Night as he walked up behind Salem, pulling her into a hug from behind. He was serious and half joking also. He had a stupid grin on his face that said he was the same normal person. He kissed Salem lightly on the neck, and travelled up from the crock of her neck to her ear before he stopped. Grinning.

Salem's brows furrowed slightly as she placed on hand on Matt's thigh to push him away. "Don't," she said though it was quieter and breathier than she had wanted it to be. He had hit the one place that sent shivers up her spine, her neck. He had only made contact with it for a moment but that was enough to give her goosebumps. Her eyes then went back to Tenshi and Night. She took a breath to calm herself before saying, "So are you guys alright then?"

Night smiled weakly at Matt and shook his head. "You big goof..." he said and coughed again. He swore under his breath and layed back down weakly. "The doctors said it was gone... I'm sorry..." he said softly and put a hand on her forehead trying to feel it he himself had a temperature. He was sorry that he had interrupted Matt'z little love sesion but he had pushed himself so hard because the doctors had said he was perfectly fine but he wasn't anymore it seemed which sadened him.

"Night, you of all people should know what the doctor's say isn't true. It isn't your fault you can't help what is wrong with you." Mat said as he kissed the other side of Salem's neck, nipping at it lightly, he couldn't help but get a stopped grin on his face. He didn't bothered to move away from her as she tried to push him away. He pulled her closer to him, knowing that NIght was going to be okay as long as he didn't stress himself to much again. "So i take it your little episode interruptted your love session?" Mat asked, joking with him of course, he sat down on the couch pulling Salem with him into his lap.

Night chuckled and shook his head. "We were at the tree house and Tenshi was falling asleep so I began carrying her home... And well it began raining, so I ran us home the rest of the way." he said and looked at Tenshi softly. He kissed her hand and looked into her eyes. "And I would do it again for you if I could redo that moment." he whispered for only her to hear.

Salem wanted to hit Matt for nipping at her neck again, but before she could he was already moving them to the couch. He pulled her to sit on his lap and she turned and glared at him. The situation had calmed down so therefore she had the right to glare. It wasn't a mean or threatening glare but one that said, 'Oh you're so going to pay for that later'. Ok, so maybe it was rather threatening, but that was besides the point!

Night was talking about a tree house, there was a tree house now? Since when was there a tree house and why hadn't Salem known about it? She looked from Night to Matt once again, this time a confused look on her face. Apparently she didn't plan on blasting Matt with her laser beam eyes today. "What is he talking about? A tree house?" She asked him as Night's volume dipped as he spoke to Tenshi.

"A few years back Tenshi and Night found a broken down tree house. The fixxed it up, Tenshi painted bright colors and told us to Look up when ever we passed it. Night, used to stay there when he had no place else to go. After a few years it fell apart again, Night fixxed it up of course. It is his and Tenshi's place. Just like the pond with the waterfall is our place, of course we nevermind sharing with others. I think that is about right......did i get something wrong, NIght or leave anything out?" Mat said as he tried to remember correctly, it had been a while since he had been to the place, but he knew where it was at pretty well. After all he did help get the supplies there for Night to fix it up. He chuckled at the glare he had gotten which changed to confusion, he had a feeling that Salem wasn't happy with him. He just pushed it out of his mind as he bent down and kissed her lightly on the lips for a brief moment. He brushed some of Salem's wet hair out of her face, he looked out the window and remembered the horses as he saw Soot staring in at him. "Crap, i have to get the horses in the barn since it is raining.....sorry man have fun with your lover." With that said, Mat slid Salem out of his lap and boltted out the front door.
