It's a kids TV show that was on where these two guys had a bunch of kids do all these random challenges and at the end the one with the least points had to put a pair of pants on their head and sing a silly song C:

My favourite challenge was bogeys. You took it in turns with another person to say "bogeys" each time a bit louder. Whoever managed to shout it loudest won XD
