I remember a fanfic of Yugi x Yami where Yami was a merman and Yugi was a human, kind of a modern day version of The Little Mermaid except in the end, Yugi became a merman through mer-magic and stayed with Yami.

Haha! I've probably read that one (the fanfic). There's like, fifty merperson x human AU's, though. o-o Most of them are almost exactly the same, save a few details, so I get them mixed up!

Alrighty! Hi! I'm KaoKitty! *points to name above avi* lol and I would have to say my favorite yaoi of all time is FAKE. It was one of my very first yaoi and I think one of the first I actually got to buy. Everything else I ended up reading online. Oh I also like Only the Ring Finger Knows. I hope that's something you've guys heard of ^^
