Some are destined for greatness ((Zack X Kikite.))
The air was cool as he walked around the inn, the bartender smiling politely at him offered him an array of drinks which he accepted with grace. He pounded the alcohol back in hopes of getting drunk. He knew that the likely hood of him actually getting drunk enough to forget the fact that his mate had left him tonight to die was next to nothing but alcohol was the only thing stopping the proverbial "Waterworks" from turning on. He rustled his wings underneath the flannel shirt we wore, completely tired of having to endure to mockery of humans as they seemed to think he was some sort of...What was it they'd called it? "Cosplayer." He knew not what this term meant but he decided that wearing a shirt was more appropriate. He was no such.."Cosplayer." He was Zeal Blaine, apparently one of the only angels people had ever seen in person. And at this moment, he was Zeal Blaine, soon to be the first drunken angel. He slammed his fist on the counter top, miming the actions of a man before him he'd observed and the bartender brought him another round. He couldn't help but notice the door swing open and a woman walk through. |
(Darn! I hate saying this but we chose the same race =P)
Yume picked herself up off the ground, she only knew how high she had fallen but to where, she had no clue. Her back ached and her limbs were shaky. She glanced over her shoulder to take notice that something was missing. Turning her body back around she cupped her face in her hands and began to cry uncontrollably. Her wings were gone and that was it, she was now trapped in a world of problematic mortals, a place she had feared since the day she became an angel. She crawled over to a near by tree and brought her legs to her chest. Hugging her legs to her body, Yume rested her face in her knees and continued to weep. She was scared and didn't know what to do or where to go. She continued to sit there in what seemed to be a park and watched the red sky turn to a dark blue. Her thoughts for hours were blank, for she had no reason to find a way out of this or even a reason to live. She wanted to go home but knew she could never go back. As the night continued she shuddered as the evening breezes started to caress the Earth. Yume wrapped her arms around herself and let her long brown hair cascade around her shoulders for extra warmth. Soon enough, Yume's eyes could not stay open from all the crying she had done, and she fell asleep. |
He stumbled drunkenly now out of the bar, his senses reeling and tears streaking his porcelain skinned face. The fair skin, the crystal blue eyes, he hated what he was and questioned constantly why God had casted him out. Was he not good enough to be one of God's children? Is that why his father had thrown him out of heaven to come down here and live in the mortal world. Doomed to an eternal life of forever being young and constantly surrounded by hurt. He sauntered out in to the parking lot and made his way to a bench, his stomach giving up the constant struggle he'd been putting it through and with a lurch he emptied the contents of his last meal and some of the alcohol. His ears picked up a familiar sound, the sound of a weeping girl. There were so many in the dismal world because of the men or because of their own created problems. He rolled his eyes and leaned back against the bench until he heard the woman sort of pleading and mentioning his father's name an awful lot. He thought about the fact that it could be another one of those heretic Christians who always go around trying to force the religion on to others. He steeled himself and walked through the forest like park trying to pick out the sound of the crying. His eyes scanned the things in front of him and he missed the things that were beneath him in the process. He stumbled over the girl who was laying on the ground with her brown hair softly framing her face. He fell forward and threw his arms out to break his fall. He lamely fell on his hip and cried out in pain and misery because it would be hurting an awful lot tomorrow. He looked up at the girl with tears in his own eyes and noticed her begin to stir. (Shit I'm such an ass.) ((Brackets equals character thought)) |
Yume felt the man wake her from her light sleep. She pushed herself away from the man and tried to get to her feet to run. She had no idea what he wanted from her and after hearing the stories of what strange men did to women who were alone at night, she didn't want to know what he wanted. Though she tried to move as fast as she could away from the man, her limbs were too weak and she kept stumbling back to the ground. Her long blue dress that she wore became tattered and grass stained, mainly around the knees. There was a large hole in the back of her dress from where her wings once were. Clinging to a tree, Yume hid behind it and hoped that the man had not seen her.
Oh dear lord... Save me... |
He grunted in surprise as the girl tried to push him off of her. "Hey, Lady! I'm sorry I fell. I don't want to hurt you. Your dress is tor-..." His eyes scanned her back and saw a pair of identical scars that seemed to form small circles on her back that looked like something used to be sticking out of them. He moved his own wings in thought and it dawned on him..(This woman is a..Oh God..) He got up and began to follow her, his ears practically perking up to listen for her footsteps and breathing. He leaped around the tree and grabbed her into an iron grip embrace and held her there. "Now, listen to me. I'm not going to hurt you. But I think we need to talk alright sweetie?" He held her firmly against his chest, his hand rubbing soothing circles on her arm. |
Yume's body tensed at the feeling of the man's arms around her. She began to panic and tried to push him away from her.
"Get away from me! Don't touch me!" She tried to keep herself from thinking what might happen if he over came her. Her heart raced in fear her thoughts didn't make anything better for her. She let out a scream and began to cry once more. Even though he said he would not hurt her, she didn't believe him, at this point, she didn't believe in anyone anymore. Yume continued to try and fight him off but she was weak and the scar on her back began to open once again from all her constant strain. As the blood began to seep out slowly, she started to loose consciousness and everything became blurry. Soon enough she couldn't fight against his grip anymore, she couldn't even fully stand anymore. |
He kissed the back of the girl's head. Completely aware of how much he'd wanted someone to comfort him and be there for him when he'd first come to. (At least I got to keep my wings, I think I would go crazy without them.) He noticed that blood was staining his white shirt. He groaned thinking about how much bleach it was going to take to get the stain of blood out of his clothing. He noticed that she was beginning to swoon in his arms and suddenly she fell back in to him losing awareness of everything. She slumped against him from blood loss and he winced as he lifted her dead weight. He slung her over his shoulders and with a feat of pure determination he remained on his feet without falling over. He walked off towards the apartment complex he lived in that was supported by his minimum waged job as he'd learned to call it. Something about flipping burgers and such. He kicked in the door when he got there and walked her over to his bed, dropping her rather quickly, he head lolling back and forth. He positioned her properly on her side so that if she ended up vomiting she wouldn't choke on it and went in to the bathroom to fetch his medical supplies. He dabbed rubbing alcohol at the fresh wounds and then placed a bandage on each. He pulled his blanket up to her chin and kissed her forehead tenderly giggling to himself unable to control what he said next. "Sleep well, my angel." |
Yume was sitting in a dark room as a spot light opened in on her. A voice came forth from the dark abyss.
"Yume Tsubasa, you are here by charged of murder among your fellow angels." "But! I didn't do it!" "SILENCE!" Yume sat back slightly stunned by the rage in the voice. "As your punishment, you will be stripped of your wings and sent to Earth for the rest of eternity." Yume's eyes widened as she went to speak out against the punishment, but a couple of angels came to her side and started to drag her off as she began to scream from the pain of loosing her wings. "No!" Yume sat up rather quickly to notice she was just dreaming... But she really woke from a nightmare into a nightmare. She gazed around to see that where she was wasn't the park that she previously had been. Trying to recall what happened her cheeks began to glow red from embarrassment. A strange man had her in his arms last she recalled. Thinking of what all he could of done to her she began to sob into the blanket that covered her. |
He had been fretfully sitting in the chair in the kitchen deliberating about what he should do with the "Stray" that he'd picked up. He ran his right hand angrily through his hair and he actually bellowed out at the roof top, his shirt tearing in anger and his wings springing out. "Damn it all God. Why the hell do you this to your most worshiping and loyal children. I love you with all my fucking heart and apparently so does this other child. Why God! Why?!" He crumpled to his knees in a seething rage. It wasn't hard for his ears to pick up on the girls cries of sorrow. He walked in to the bedroom and cocked his head slightly, bending down to brush some hair from her face so that it wouldn't get tear stained. He forgot that his wings were out and one of the white tips brushed across the fair skin of her pale face. He gasped out and quickly tried to recover and hide his wings but he thought that the damage had already been done and if he was wrong about those markings than she would treat him just as did every other human. Complete awe and awkward stares or sometimes petulant stares of jealousy. He allowed a rogue tear to streak down his cheek as he thought about the pain she might be about to subject him to with her biting words. He closed his eyes and thought to himself for a minute. (I have to be here for her at the moment.) He wrapped his arms around her frail frame and couldn't help his sobs shaking him slightly as he rubbed soothing circles in to her back. |
Yume looked up as he entered the room her first glance was towards the wings that erupted from his back. Her eyes widened at the sight, she never thought she would see those again.
He... Has wings... Does that mean...? He is either fallen or here to take me back. The angel came forth and hugged her once again as he did in the park area. She really didn't know how to react, but she highly doubted that he raped her while she was unconscious (Or did he? ;>.> <.<; XD). Yume closed her eyes as tears streamed down her face. Her body shook as she continued to sob in his arms. She wanted to continue crying, but she also wanted to question him on many things. Finding her voice at that point was very hard, and she didn't even know what to say or how to express what she was thinking. Yume's back continued to ache along with her limbs. She wanted to lie back down and rest her back but the man's embrace prevented that from happening. She tried to pull away from him gently as if to inform him it was ok. Finally after much trouble, Yume found her voice though it was soft and very quiet. "Thank... You... For coming for me..." She took a few deep breaths and tried to ease the upset feeling in her stomach as she would lie back down and stare up at him and his wings. She focused in on her back pains and how wingless she was. |
He smiled down at her. "Honey, I'm sorry to say that I'm not here to take you back to heaven. Nor am I one of God's children...anymore." He muttered so faintly under his breath he hoped that he was the only one who could hear him. He stroked a strand of her hair and pushed her over, turning her over on her side. He sensed her apprehension and he just shook his head, his hands coming up to gently massage her back. He closed his eyes and breathed through his nose. "You said that you had some questions for me. Well, why don't you go ahead and shoot. I'm all ears for all of your questions and I'll answer to the best of my abilities. I have one question first. Your name perhaps." He continued to massage her back, his thumb rubbing soothing circles in to her back. |
Yume grunted at the feeling of the man's hands around the wounds where her wings were ripped from the roots. Her turquoise eyes stared blankly at the wall while her scattered mind searched for a question to ask the man. The message after a while began to feel soothing and warm. The grunts of pain seemed to fade away from the room without a trace. Her eyes began to close lazily as she was able to collect a question in her mind for the angel.
"Why were you able to keep your wings...?" Though her eyes were closed her brows narrowed giving her face an almost angered look to it. It was true, she was accused of something and was de-winged for her 'crime' and cast out of heaven. She didn't want to admit it to him, but she was quite envious of the man, for she felt like a girl who had lost her marriage ring and felt naked without it, and when she saw another with their ring she began to miss hers tremendously. Yume felt naked without her wings caressing about her, in fact, those were her treasures. Her life felt like nothing without her wings and now, she was trapped on Earth and didn't know what to do or how to keep on living. |
Sensing her despair at asking the question he unfurled his wings and wrapped one of them over her in a sort of strange embrace. He thought it mind end up being comforting but mainly he'd been laying on it and it hurt like a son of a gun. He smiled and continued rubbing her back. "You seem to think that it's such a punishment. Personally I think that keeping my wings is a punishment. It's as if God's reminding me that I wasn't a good enough soon I guess. I don't even remember how or why I ended up here. One day I just woke up here, laying naked in a parking lot on the ground." He smirked. "At least you got to keep your clothing, I woke up to people gawking at me." He closed his eyes and continued breathing through his nose, his senses picking up the faint scent of strawberries about her. He opened his mouth but it took him a bit of time to get anything out of it. "What exactly is the reason you got cast out. I'm not going to judge you. I mean, I'm here too aren't I?" He wrapped one of his arms around her in a sort of comforting gesture. "I'd just like to know what I'm dealing with." He gave her a sort of soft smile, his brilliant teeth shining. ---------- (((Going to sleep now. You're taking quite some time to post back. Don't that means you shouldn't leave a post for when I awaken.))) |
Yume sat up gently so she wouldn't over do herself. She listened to his words and sighed.
"To me, my wings meant that I was at one time a child of God, but now that my wings are gone, I'm no longer an angel or a mortal... I'm nothing... You, you still have your wings which still makes you an angel. Having your wings ripped from the roots and the manner that they do it... It's embarrassing and pretty much a slap the the face but of course worse... Few angels can even survive after their wings have been ripped out, because they go insane and find no reason to live any longer. Most commit suicide after being cast from heaven." When the man asked about her crime she lowered her head and stared angrily at nothing. She bit her lip then sighed before speaking. "I truthfully had done nothing wrong... I believe I was framed by other angels... I was accused of murder when I know in my heart, I did no such thing and never would do anything like that..." ---------------------- Sorry for the late replying, I'm doing three different RPs at once with you, lemy, then the RP with both you and Lemy. Plus I'm getting a bit tired and it's taking me a while to think of what to say. x.x;;; |
His eyes widened as he pondered the thought of being framed by his fellow brethren and how much that truly would be horrible. His face was stoned as he looked at her, titling her chin back with two fingers gently placed under it. "The first matter I would like to adress is this. You will not be commiting suicide what so ever. I don't know why, but I seem to be called to you. And if it means I have to forcibly hold you down, well. We know who the more powerful one of this altercation is going to be now don't we? Secondly...How was our father. You may think you have it terrible not having your wings. But I woke up here without a memory of the fabled heaven aside from these wings. At least you can remember his face. I guess maybe you're the better angel even without your wings now aren't you." He sniffled, a wry smile on his face as a tear fell. He leaned on his one arm, his head propped up with that hand, his eyes closed in thought. Tears continued to run down his face with all the thoughts that were running through his head in a chaotic frenzy. Was I not good enough for our father. Why did he leave me with wings. What's going to become of this girl? Will I grow to love her as I did the other one and then what..Will she hurt me like that. Would she even love me. Why am I even thinking about all of this. He bowed his head and sobbed quietly, happy her back was turned to him and he'd released her chin. He didn't want her to see him at his weakest. His hands were fisting the sheets. |
Yume watched him and her cheeks glowed softly after his hands lifted her chin up to look at him. After each of this statements she replied to him.
"I would never consider suicide... I fear death... I do not know what to expect from it... As for our father, he is..." Yume bit her lip and didn't know how to say it, it hurt every time the topic is brought up. She finally sighed and spoke. "He is nowhere to be found... He disappeared a long while ago... I believe about a hundred or more years ago. Many of the angels say he deserted us and left us because he didn't love us... But some, like I believe he is trapped somewhere by a group of angels... But now heaven is being ruled by these angels with unfair laws and beliefs... If one of us speaks out against them, they sentence them to be either casted out of heaven, or killed. But I know he's out there and he loves us... All of us... These castings out of heaven haven't been a popular conclusion when our father was there. The only angel he ever cast out was Lucifer... It is the works of these angels that probably sent you here... |
He nodded his head, biting his bottom lip in thought. He pushed her down and laid his head on her chest, smiling at himself to the probable look of horror on her face. He laid his ear to her breast and heaved a sigh. "You my dear, are a mortal. You are no longer an angel.." He drummed his fingers on her leg with each heart beat that he heard faintly flutter in her chest. "It's a pretty sound, the heart beating. I always wished mine would beat." He put his hand on his chest and held it there for a short while. He lifted his head and looked at her again, his eyes boring in to hers. "So, If there's one thing I know about mortals..They tend to hurt people. An awful lot, and themselves. So as of now, I'm your guardian angel." He smiled to himself enjoying the ring it had to it and he clicked his tongue agaisnt the roof of his mouth in thought for a moment before grinning. "So you're human now right? That means you'll need to shower every day! And eat 3 times a day. I don't buy much groceiries but I guess I'll have to start now won't I." He kissed the top of her head, ignoring the cringe he thought she would have if he could see her, he'd firmly closed his eyes. "But for now, you still need to rest up. If you'd like, I could massage your back until you sleep. But for now I think you'd feel safer with me out of the room. There is a lock on the door in case you seem to think I'm going to creep in here and violate you while you rest." He pointed to the lock and nodded his head. "Goodnight Yume, may you sleep well." |
Yume saw him pull her down onto the bed, her body bounce against the mattress a couple times then she held her breath not knowing what he was doing until he had told her of her heart beat. She released her breath and thought to herself. I'm mortal now...? Because of my being framed I can never return to heaven and I will sooner or later die here on this hunk of rock they call Earth? She began to bite her lip, she did not like the thought of this being trapped here then to die. This truly was a punishment from heaven and now this angel has to suffer as well but now even more so with her around. She began to feel that she was burdening him with her presence. Though he was interested now, he wouldn't be after a while, her complaints would probably get on his nerves. She was not used to this place, she was used to the glories of heaven. Yume listened to his words about her heart beat, it is true that she never recalled her heart beat until the moment she woke here on earth and her heart pounded in her chest annoyingly.
He continued on about mortals and she felt that heart sink in her chest. She never considered being dirty or even food, she never even considered that she was human now because of her wings. The nerves in her back flexed as if she could still move her no longer existing wings. She began to miss the fluttering so much. This was going to be a lot to get used to for her. She never thought being a mortal would be so hard, though she hadn't even gotten to the eating and hygiene yet. Would it be something she liked? Disliked? She wasn't sure, it scared her a little bit though. When he had mentioned her going back to sleep, she didn't argue, this was something she wanted to escape from, for at least a while. He offered her a back massage or to leave, but she chose for him to leave. Her back wasn't hurting as badly as before, she can get by with the pain now. As he left the room she got up and locked the door and went back to the bed. Once in the bed tucked in, she sighed softly. Her thoughts raged through her mind, but she closed her eyes and let her consciousness drift away from her. |
He stepped out the bedroom listening for the soft clock of the locking mechanism when the door locked behind him he went to the dining room table and put his head on the table. He had yet to tell her that she was occupying his bedroom and he was tired from the days events. He closed his eyes and began to slip between being aware of things and seemingly aware of things and not suddenly. He stayed awake long enough to secretly pray to god that things would get better for this poor girl. That she would get a burst of good fortune and that things would turn up for her. He'd already resigned himself to his fate amongst the mortals. He muttered his final words of the prayer as his eyes fluttered shut. -x-x-x-xx-x-x-x-x-x-x-x-xx-x-x-x-x-xx-x-x-x-x-x-x-x-x-x-x-x-x-x-x-x-x-x-x-x-x-x-x-x-x-x-x He woke up on the table, drool slightly pooling around his arm where his mouth had been hanging open. He sheepishly wiped it away and looked out the window noticing that it had begun to grow dark out. He decided that when Yume woke up he wanted to have something for her to be able to eat. He scavenged his refrigerator for something that seemed mildly edible. He pulled out a full roast and threw it in to a roasting pan with some water before covering it and throwing it in to the over at 360. He smiled and sat down and began peeling potatoes. He threw the peeled potatoes in to a pot and began to boil them, looking forward to when Yume would rouse from her slumber. |
Yume woke several times, mostly because of nightmares. She would only wake for a few minutes wanting to cry but fell back to sleep before she could. Yume woke to a pale sun shinning in on the bed. Her gaze focused onto the clouds outside the window that seemed to be turning a deep red. She watched them drift by slowly, it felt like hours that she laid there and stared at the clouds. She really didn't think about what happened before she went to sleep or what she would do once she rose from the bed. Even if she did, she wouldn't know where to start, after all, she didn't know much about mortal life. She placed her hand over her chest and felt the heart beat the other angel had told her about. It felt weird to feel this little thing pumping in her chest. Yume closed her eyes once more and took in a deep breath and let out a soft sigh. When the room became darker, she sat up and got to her feet. She felt a little wobbly but she was able to make it to the door. She looked down and saw she was still wearing her tattered blue dress with grass stains all over it. She could only imagine how much of a mess her hair and face was after all the rolling around in the dirt and sleeping.
Opening the door, she was greeted by an aroma that made her stomach growl. She quickly placed her hands over her stomach, not really sure what that was. In heaven, she never went hungry, there was no such thing there. The strange feeling came back after she took another sniff of the air. When she entered the kitchen where the smell was coming from, Yume looked around to find the angel sitting there pealing potato's. She blinked a couple of times then staggered over to the table and sat down. She was unsure of what was really going on but she watched him silently. |
He watched her with a faint smile on his face. She stumbled in and he swore he could hear her sniffing the air. He giggled and then remembered the test he had planned. He pulled out his first aid kit just to be sure because he was almost certain she would fail at this test. He took one of her hands in his and continued smiling at her leading her to the oven so that he could drain the potatoes. Once they were drained he sat them back down. "Yume, I'm going to see how mortal you are. If you can't heal this it is alright, I got to keep some minor powers. He layed his hand flat on the table palm up and drove the point of the knife through it wincing and crying out in pain. Blood began flowing from his palm. He smiled at her and nodded to the wound. "As an angel you would've been able to heal this. Can you help me?" He mentally chided himself for not turning off the meat, it was done. He should have done it when he was at the stove. He was trying to focus his mind on anything aside from the silver blade that was still very stuck in the table and his hand at the moment. The blood beginning to pool around his fingers and up his arm. |
She blinked a couple of times confused as to what he was doing. He lead her from the table and to another part of the kitchen. She watched him as he spoke to her then drove the knife into his hand. Her eyes widened at the sight and though he asked her to heal it, she automatically tried to heal it anyways just out of habit. She placed the palm of her hand over his and applied pressure to it, but nothing seemed to happen. The blood seemed the just sit there between their palms. Tears swelled up in her eyes because she couldn't do anything... She pulled her hand back from his and held it to her chest. She just stared at the man's blood smeared palm. She bit her lip, trying to hold back the tears that wanted to roll down her cheeks.
"I... Can't do it..." She muttered solemnly letting her head drop to look at the ground. |
He reached his hand and twined his fingers around her shaking hand. He smiled and leaned over, kissing the side of her head where her temple was. He could feel the faint pulse beneath his lips, a feeling he so much enjoyed. He would never admit it thought to anyone, that he felt a little bit more like a mortal being close a pulse. He reached over with his eyes locked on hers so that he wouldn't be tempted to look over and withdrew the knife from his palm. Tears streamed down his face and he cried out in pain as he felt the blade slice through the flesh of his hand now completely aware of the sheer pain he was putting his body through. He closed his hand and a soft white glow emanated from his hand. He opened his hand to see that the wound had closed considerably but it was still bleeding, angry red flowing rapidly from his hand. He sighed and unlaced his fingers from hers mentally making a note to wash her hands afterward of the red that coated it. He pulled out a tenser bandage and began wrapping it around the entire hand. He flexed his fingers making sure they could still move with minimal pain and smiled softly at her. "It was as I thought, now you will have to be cautious of wounds like that. They will not be fixable in your present state." He resumed what he'd been doing. He mashed the potatoes now wincing every time the beater hit his palm. He served her a plate stuffed with food. "I know not how much Mortals eat but I think this should be sufficient for a female." He gently nudged the plate in her direction and leaned his head back, his eyes lolling as they rolled in to the back of his skull. His mind chaotic with it's constant blurring with the speed of the thoughts rushing through it. He leaned forward and placed his lips on hers. without thinking the action through. He tried to push some of his power through the contact that they were sharing so that perhaps he could spare her the pain of remembering the fact that she'd failed in healing him. He would simply tell her she'd healed it. He didn't want to watch the saddened look on her face a moment longer. He knew he wouldn't be able to handle having her sad. May this work angel. |
She closed her eyes afraid to look at his wound, she felt completely useless for not being able to heal him. Her eyes twitched and she could feel the tears forming underneath her eye lids, she still refused to let the tears go free. She felt his light kiss on the side of her temple as the feeling shot a shudder up and down her spine, it felt weird to her. She didn't reopen her eyes until she heard him cry out. Panic over came her as she opened her eyes and tried to look at the wound to see what more he had done to himself. When she saw he had only removed the knife she felt better that it was out of his hand, but her stomach felt sickened at the sight of the blood oozing from his palm.
"I really wish I could help..." There was a glow that came from his hand and his hand healed. Her heart sank because the glow did not come from her hands, from her healing. This was another thing she found to be a downside to being mortal; she didn't want to be in a situation where she could never be able to heal again, but that wasn't her choice to make. After he spoke to her about her own personal wounds, she bit her lip a bit frightened by the thought of getting hurt and not being able to heal herself. Yume went back to sit down as he finished preparing her meal. At this point, she felt useless and un-needed. She felt her burdening him further, but she would never admit that to him. He came back to the table with a plate full of food and her stomach growled again as the aroma of the food filled her lungs. She picked up a fork and began picking at the food before shoveling a small bite onto her fork and stuck it in her mouth. She chewed it up then swallowed it. She sat there for a few minutes and stared at the food and tried to determine the feeling she was having after eating one bite of the food. She then started taking larger bites and started to eat faster, completely unaware of the risk of choking. Suddenly he came forward and placed his lips on hers and her eyes widened as she was in the process of swallowing her food and then the shock of his lips meeting hers. She wanted to say something but then she started coughing, the food didn't make it all the way down. |
His eyes snapped open and widened in shock, the food passed in to his mouth as he coughing began to subside. He spat the food out on the floor and began roaring with laughter. "I've had girls tackle me out of my chair for a kiss..And you spit food in to my mouth?" He fell out of his chair laughing so damned hard. Tears sprung to his eyes. "I haven't been this elated in a very long while." After the laughter subsided he picked himself back up and washed her plate off after the food was done. He brought her over to the couch and placed her in his lap. He thought she might feel safer there when he showed her the wonderment of Television. He pressed the offending red ON button on the remote and the thing sprung in to life. He flicked through different channels most of which were displaying the exact same thing as the last. Messages about the wars ravaging this planet or about unspeakable crimes which people still found the courage to talk about. Old men raping children and such horrors that it made him ill to his stomach. He stopped on something a little bit darker, a black metal station and smiled. "This is one of the things I've picked up in my time here. Metal is amazing." He began headbanging slightly with her still in his lap. ((That Food stunt was so sans cool xD)) |
