Neon rolled herself into the room, parking herself by his bed. You could tell she was already frustrated with herself and the chair. Even more so what she was going to say next. "You need to go talk to her Eli."

"I don't know. I've been through enough pain in my life."

Neon paused, leaning back. This was very hard. For them both. "I know Eli..." She stopped again. "Eli.. I've always had a crush on you.. but every time you look at me now all I see is sadness in your eyes. I'm crippled and getting worse, You know I hate admitting that... but I like to see you happy, and that girl made you happy." She stopped to see his reaction. Feeling something bad in the pit of her gut.

Eli looked at Neon. "Your right. I'm sorry I wasn't there for you, but you are a good friend" Eli hugged Neon, then went to see Katie in the lounge. He sat next to her on the couch. "I still care for you"

"You don't look well, let me take you to the medic" Eli helped Katie up and took her to the medics office
(Im feeling tired. Going to turn in for the night. Please don't get too far ahead)

Neon noticed that Eli left his flask behind. She picked it up and took a swig. Shaking a bit at the burning it brought as it slid down her throat. Though Neon decided she liked it, it made her feel a bit better. After all, she lost a good friend to a teenager, and another teen had a crush on her. Plus she could not do anything. Neon was feeling pretty useless at the moment.. She rolled out over Eli's room and into her own, closing and locking the door before moving to her bed and laying down. All while taking small sips of the burning liquor.

Eli brought Katie to the medic's office. He layed her down on the examing table and let the doctors examine her.

Hiyoko drove back to the HQ, unwillingly since she didn't want to came back. She walked in and sat in the lounge again, she lay down on the floor on her stomach and watched some anime.

Drake sat in his room doing absolutley nothing.

Katie sorta felt better but still just looked around while the doctor examined her.She probably just had a cold or some flu..She had had many before as a rebel.But those days were over..and she kinda felt happy now..since she wouldn't get shot at if spotted walking down the street or something weird like that..She looked over at Eli.Now that she was back to her sinces she should probably apologize to him better then she had..She still felt guilty,She looked down at the palms of her hands having nothing better to do.

A little while later a guard came and knocked on Neon's door. "Seer, they need you upstairs." Neon got up and stood. Feeling a bit strange from the few sips of whiskey she had stolen. Much was on her mind now, and not even the boys anymore. She looked at the wheel chair and sighed shaking her head. Neon walked out of the room, going upstairs and sitting at her consul. Watching the city. One of her coworkers pulled up a file of a man getting off a moter cycle. Neon's eyes widened a bit. It was that bastard again.. he disappeared for awhile. Her co worker looked at her strangely. "Who is it?" She asked. Neon rubbed her eyes, getting a small headache. "The one who took me out of business..."

Alex drove down the road feeling the wind in his dark brown hair.He passed threw the alleys in the street,shops,grabbing food and baskets as he went by.He had recently heard that Katie,had became a hunter.He had known her a Drake awhile back when they were just 12 and 14.He had been 18 at the time.But,those were some of the good times.He didn't understand why they had both given up being rebels..He shook his head getting confused and then swirved into an alleyway.Driving his motorcycle into and old shack which the door was open,he shut the door after getting off the motorcycle and jumped onto the small hay bed he had.

Hiyoko yawned and walked back to the office and looked over Neon's shoulder,"Anything new here?" She asked, her voice slightly slurred from napping.

Neon looked at Hikoyo in the reflection of her computer screen. "An old... Friend turned up. He's been giving us trouble for years. I'm just keeping an eye on him..." Neon said her voice will filled with a bunch of things. regret, aggravtion, anger, and her normal kind voice. all in one.

Hiyoko inspected the screen,"He's a rebel.....and looks like someone who would try to get as much action as possible...."

"You are right. He is quick too. Is able to get you focused on your task, then that is where he gets you." She paused for a second. Loosing sight of him completely. She did not want to talk about her mission much. Hiyoko for as long as Neon knew her has always known Neon to be the way she was now.

"Where'd he go?" She asked, scanning the screen, her pale blue eyes blinking several times. "What's the mission anyway?"

"there is no mission. No one is doing anything. for now.." Neon said a bit sadly, purposly not answering her first question. it was still early in the day. Well.. before night anyway. Crimes in the day rarely happened.

"I wonder how we're gonna fix the hole in the wall....." She said looking at the screen once more, then she turned around and walked out,"I'll be in the garage again Neon!~" She called back.

"Alright, I'll call you if anything comes up." Neon told Hikoyo as she left.

Eli left Katie to the care of the doctors. He went to Neon for any updates on the rebels. "Any ne information?"

Neon heard Eli come in. She could tell by his footsteps. "It is him Eli..." She said quietly, bringing a freeze frame on to the camera. The night Neon got into her accident, she was chasing this guy down. Eli stayed behind to take care of something before he was supposed to join her. Neon was on a motorcycle, following Alex. He took many quick turns, but Neon stayed with him. Alex's bike started to run out of gas when he slowed down at started to run into an old building. Neon radioed HQ to update them as she headed inside. Her transmission was cut short as the building collapsed on her.
