Drake ran into the lounge."Fricken city hall blew up when I was out for a drive!"He said looking at Eli and Katie.

Alex laughed watching city hall blow up,he didn't know his bomb would be this big of a hit.But it worked!He grinned,driving away on his motorcycle.

Katie stood up."I'll come to Eli."She said grabbing her gun.

Hiyoko began to walk towards the smoke,"You guys, hurry up and get here!" She said into the radio, as she looked around as she got to the place the bombing occured.
Ray was right behind her,"Chick, you sure this is safe?"

Eli hopped in an armored car with Katie and hurried to city hall. The place was in shambles. Eli began to look for survivors.

Neon growled seeing a motorcycle leave the scene. She could not stand this anymore. Neon got up, and moved to her room, leaving her headset there. In her room she opened the case the man had brought her before. In a few quick motions she injected herself with multiple needles, each filled with something different. She threw her hair back and reached into her side table, taking both of her old guns and strapping them to her legs. Neon also put on a black leather jacket and grabbed a set of keys before leaving her room with a steady increasing step. Neon was the closest to ever take Alex out, she would have to just try again. If it got her killed.. Eh, what was there left for her?

Neon went downstairs to the garage, walking over to a covered motorcycle and pulling the cover off. A few guards tried to stop her, but Neon got on anyway. Putting her helmet on, which completely covered her face. Reeving the engine and leaving the garage. Not even bothering to head towards town hall. No, Alex would not be that way. Instead she took a few quick turns, Predicting Alex. It worked, mainly because he cut her off. The chase was on.

Katie got out seeing barley anything that wasn't destroyed but instead of looking for survivors she began to look to see who did it,thats when she saw Alex driving away on his motorcycle.

Alex drove out of sight of Neon,taking many sharp turns.

Drake looked around seeing survivors

Hiyoko sighed and looked around, she walked around the rubble and also went looking for survivors. She went in a bit deeper to look since Eli was nearby.

Alex drove and stopped by a nearby alley.He admired Neon for her courage of coming after him,and she was quiet beautiful so he got of his motorcycle and leaned against the wall waiting.

Eli helped people out of the rubble until the paramedics arrived. He swore he would make Alex pay for this tragedy.

Katie sat by a little boy,playing with his blood stained hair and talking about art to calm him down while the paramedics arrived.She stood up as they took him away and sighed,sitting in the rubble.

Neon pulled into the Alley. Putting the kickstand up for her bike. She got off of it normally. The drugs working wonders on her body. Neon Pulled her helmet off, flipping her hair about to get it out of her face before looking to Alex. "You called?" She said sarcastically.

"Eh..I just wanted to see your pretty face again..So I blew up city hall."He joked with a grin.

Hiyoko helped get the people who were stuck under piles of debris. She pushed some hair from her eyes and used her blade to cut through the rocks and such.

"Very funny" Neon said. She could hear the rest of her team talking though the ear piece in her ear. Though had no reason to speak with them for now. "You thought I was dead. And have been trying to lure me out, haven't you?" Neon asked, taking a few even steps.

"Well..Yes."He said quietly,Taking a few steps toward her.He had a gun in his hand,but wasn't about to use it.

Eli walked over to Katie, sitting next to her and putting his arm around her shoulders. "Alex will pay for this. There will be justice for these people."

Neon had both of her guns. Her hands stayed within reaching distance of them. Though she watched his movements. "I'm here. What do you want?" Neon said with her eyes narrowing a bit.

She nodded."I hope.."She never actually saw a rebel do this before..now she realized that hunters only used toxin because they didn't want this to happen.She sighed seeing the paramedics were looking for survivors now and leaned her head on Eli's shoulder.

Alex grinned."To make a proposal."He said,stepping towards her.He meant a deal of some sorts..he knew all the hunters wanted him anyways but this one intrigued him.

Neon nodded. "Tell me what is on your mind?" She told him. Neon could tell by his movements that he had no idea about her accident. He was treating her just the same as years ago.

Hiyoko walked over to Drake after leading the survivors she found to the paramedics,"How's it going?" She asked him.

"C'mon" Eli said helping Katie to her feet. "We've done all we can here. Let's get back to HQ and try to get some leads"

Drake looked at her."Eh,things could be better..What about you..?"He asked looking at her.He still had a sling on his arm from getting shot.

Katie nodded."Sounds good to me."

"Almost got killed from the explosion, but I'm good....." Hiyoko replied,"I can't believe they would do this to civilians!"

Eli and Katie got in the car. Eli radioed Neon. "Neon, are there? Neon come in."

Katie looked at Eli."I wonder if shes okay.."She said quietly.

Drake nodded."This sucks ass.."
