"Get down!" Eli yelled. he grabbed Hiyoko and dragged her down. That's when he was struck in the back by a bullet.

Katie sighed,Standing up."Screw this."She aimed at the shooter and shot him in the head,killing him instantly."Hiyoko..Get him back to the HQ."She said,taking charge for a moments time.She was ticked.

Hiyoko nodded and stuck him in the passengers seat, then she hopped into the drivers seat and drove off before Eli could protest,"See ya Katie!" She said before she left.

Alex stared."Your just more to my standards.."He said leaning back.

Katie nodded and continued walking down the street,mostly to be alone.

Neon heard the bank alarms go off as well as some gun shots. They sounded from just down the street. "What is going on?" She asked, leaning up a bit on her elbow.

Eli gritted his teeth. "Hiyoko, I can't move! I can't move my body!"

Hiyoko cursed under her breath,"Why the hell did you pull me down?! I can take care of myself thank you very much!" She clenched the steering wheel tightly as she turned on the rockets,"Just hang on!" She slammed down hard on the gas pedal, and the car shot forward like a bullet.

"I don't know.."He switched the cameras,revealing Katie walking down the street after shooting a robber in the head."Well..shes not happy."He laughed.
"Katie arrived at the HQ and as soon as she did Drake showed her the picture of Isabella the one thing she never wanted to see again,the one thing she couldn't save.She cried,she sat in the lounge waiting to hear back from Hiyoko about Eli.Her and drake were talking.Drake said this in a small voice."What do you feel about the devil?"

Katie looked at him."Well..I think hes just angry and sad..that he knows what paradise looks like and its the one thing he knows he can never have..because he was banished from it."

The medics examined Eli. a bullet was lodged in his spine. he was paralyzed from the chest down. "I want to speak with Katie"he demanded.

Hiyoko shook her head,"Jeez this is bad....." She ran off to the lounge,"Eli wants to see you Katie," She told her.

Katie stood up,feeling better now that she had,had her coffee.She followed Hiyoko into the room where Eli was,She stood in the corner not wanting to see him like this.

"I wonder why.." She said laying back down. Katie had gone back to base. No reason to go ask why now. Neon looked to Alex. unsure of what to say.

Hiyoko pushed Katie inside,"He needs you right now...." She said, and wandered out of the room.

"Katie, the doctors say I'm paralyzed. I just have to know, do you love me? Because I love you."

Katie looked down at him."Paralyzed.."She mumbled thinking about it.She did care for Eli a lot..but love was a strong word..she barley knew anything about him.They really had never asked each other anything.She looked at him."I wan't to know you better first..before I say anything."She said looking down at him.She was only 17 and with a 29 year old.

"What do you want to know? My life is an open book."

Neon closed her eyes. Thinking about nothing really. Or nothing in particular. She thought of something suddenly. "Why did you become a rebel Alex?" She asked him. His way of operating was strange compared to most of the rebels.

[eli got shot in the back dark~]

"Like,I can't say I love someone If I don't even know your favorite color..or the small things like that.She pulled a chair over and sat down.

"Really..Because of a little girl I met."Alex smiled pulling out a picture of Isabella."She was Katie's younger sister..and Well around the time I was 18 and Katie was 12,Drake 14.Isabella,was only 7.We had just been walking down the street when a hunter ran by after a rebel..and I don't know why..but he just shot Isabella down.Right then in there..We had tried to help her..but..She was to far gone to do anything.."He sighed,sitting up and messing with his dark brown hair.He had really loved Isabella.All of them did really..

Drake sat back watching the news quietly.

Neon looked at the picture of the little girl. She remembered that incident. Neon was twenty three at the time. "I remember this... the hunters just swept it under the carpet." She told him, leaning up much more and using the pillows as a brace. "I'm so sorry.." Neon said. Feeling she had to say it for some reason.

"Eh,It's fine..I just held a grudge for a long time and got smart enough to make the hunters suffer..but I never felt like it was enough."He said slipping the picture back in his pocket.

"Green. My favorite color is green" Eli said.

She nodded."Well,you know nothing about me as well..I mea you don't even know my middle name."She smirked.
