Um, lol I just look at how anime and manga characters have their hair and mimic. Thats all I do for hair and such. Hmm there is a book of how to draw anime, I know cause I saw it at a anime con. The are book on how to draw "proper"hair as well. Mostly keep it simple, thats what my friend says.
