I live in IL and there are none in the southern part and I hate Chicago. But there are several in St. Louis which is just a couple hours away.

I only get on Facebook to play farmville. I love that app. So addictivly fun.

I have a con to go to in three weekends, then one in April, and one in June.

Well, I dropped out of school and don't have a job so time doesn't bother me. And I paid for the con when I had a job. So now I just have to pay for gas and the hotel. And one time will be paid with my taxes, another time will be my b-day gift, and the last is used as a family trip because we love the town it is in.
Now I just have to find money for buying stuff.

Don't be scared. I was the first time I went and I'm really shy but it turned out to be great. Most people there are really polite.

I would love to go to a con with someone that likes anime or meet people I already know at one.
I have a hard time making friends at cons and I don't know anyone who likes anime.
I took my sister to one last year, and she kind of likes anime, but she brought her boyfriend so they made fun of everyone.
He started saying something about everyone being freaks and I told him that if he said anything else I would "accidently" shove him down the stairs, or through a window. He was a lot of fun after that.

good for you Lith-chan, I live to far away from you though other wise it would be fun. I got invited to go to Otakon: Welcome To Otakon just have to pay to fly there.

Me and a bunch of friends go to cons around here, but Oklahoma is a little odd anyway =p


nothing wrong with people being a foot taller, they give great hugs and snuggle well

and anyways I'm really tall and the short people and cons freak me out. Their all so hyper *shudders*

@Azazel- It isn't too bad going alone. You get a hotel room to yourself.

@Azntwins- I might be a little biased since the first con I went to had a group of 10 short extreamly hyper Ls from Death Note. It was horribly cute and scary. So much sugar. *shudders*
It wasn't so bad at later ones though.

@Silver- now I'm not like that. My sister is at leas a foot shorter then me.
As long as you don't eat your weight in sugar then run around I'm fine. ^^

@Azazel- sharing costs is always nice, I've never been brave enough to do it.
I always bring a lot of cash with me and if someone stole it there might be a body to deal with.

I enjoy being the shorter one, also being a girl and super short you get lots of random hugs...ah well
