@Keyori: Yeah kind of, but I can get high speed internet but no one wants to buy even the cheapest one I found. I don't have a job and don't think I can handle that and school so I can't buy it myself or I definitely would have now.

@Azazel: Yes dial-up. I can barely do important things because for some reason those pages take longer to load than the sites I go to just for fun. It truly sucks and since I can't pay for it myself I just can't seem to make my grandmother understand that I kind of need high speed internet.
