My company outsourced out quality assurance. I let it slide. They LITERALLY got rid of our H.R. Dept. I didn't say anything. The new site director chewed me out for no reason and basically just started trash talking me when he knows nothing about me, simply after I asked him for an update on the promotion I had gotten an interview for. I let it go. I was missing a few hours on my checks. I let it go. A manager told me he has a distaste for me and that he wishes I would just go home, that he just plain didn't like me. I let that go too. I live 35 min from work. That manager Sent me home tonight less than 2 hours after I got to work tonight because I have a hole in my Jeans. I offered to cover it up. No good. One of the girls talking to him also had holes in her jeans so I asked if he was sending up both home and he said, no, just me. That's the final straw. I'm calling the dept. of labor and I'm thinking about getting an attorney.

Ah man that's fuckign ridiculous. Dont' you have to be paid for at least 3 hours? I know in canada if they send u home for any reason they have to pay you at least 3 hours of your scheduled shift.
