What movies/tv shows are you looking forward to?
 
What upcoming movies and tv shows are you most looking forward to?

TV Show: A Game of Thrones. I cannot begin to describe how excited I am about this series! I love the books, and the fact that the auther is directly involved with the tv show makes me hopefull they won't screw it up. :) Plus Sean Bean!

Movies: Aparently Pandorum is the first of a trilogy. I liked the movie, and would love to see the survivors trying to settle their new home.

Also Alice in Wonderland. I think this one is actually out now, but I haven't seen it yet. I'm a fan of Tim Burton, and of the Alice books. It will be interesting to see how the combination of the two turns out.

I'm looking forward to the Studio Ghibli version of the Borrowers. :D I remember the T.V. movie of that from when I was a little girl!

As for Alice in Wonderland, well, I'm intrigued by the movie since they are my favourite books and I do like the majority Burton movies, but I'm not looking forward to it. I hate the first Disney Alice in Wonderland and there are SO many obnoxious fans of it, I fear they're all going to come out of the woodworks for this and merge with the pretentious teenage Burton fans who couldn't name another director if their lives depended on it. :(

For movies, I'm looking forward to Toy Story 3 and Alice in Wonderland.
For tv, I'm looking forward to the new seasons of Bleach and Boondocks.

Maximum Ride: I recently got into this series, and when I learned there will be a movie I became super hyped! I'm just hoping that the cast choice will be one that fits the characters, and that it wont be a complete flop.

Alice in Wonderland: I never quite understood the Disney movie, or the story itself. What with it becoming a live action movie it looks absolutely beautiful, and being a fan of Tim Burton movies how could I not watch it? Plus Johnny Depp, and the Helen B Carter are in it another reason why I want to watch it XD

Furry Revenge: Not much to say except that it looks hilarious.

It does help with the whole cinema ban thing...something to do with Disney shortening the amoutn of time between cinema and DVD release pissed off a lot of cinemas and they're planning to boycott the movie.

Well, I warn you, the upcoming movie has nothing to do with the plot because it's set years after the book takes place, so that's not gonna help wth understanding. :XD Have you tried reading the book though? It might make more sense to you, and it's much better than that horrible Disney version anyway. :lol:

I did notice that it looked nothing like the Disney version. No I haven't but I just might have to pick up a copy, the next time I go to the library.

I'm looking forward to Alice in Wonderland, Toy story 3, Iron Man 2, The Bear and the Bow (pixar), Newt (pixar) and Rapunzel. though i've only heard rumors about soem of these I can't wait for a Venom movie and a Captain America movie. :)

I've only heard a little itty bit about the Venom movie but i'm pretty curious, and I think it might be a good idea. :) Here's some of the sites that I read about it...

-Orginial actor for Venom in SM3 won't be in the new movie ( I personally didn't think he suited the role. )
-Lots of different re-writes so i'm assuming that they don't want to pitch the idea.

I'm looking forward to 90210 being continued, and to Alice In Wonderland, though I don't think it's going to come out in the theatre's in Holland. :(

Looking forward to the inevitable Transformers 3 and Batman 3. I hope the 3rd Transformers axes Megan Fox. Really dislike her. They make her overshadow the point of the movie. Hate that.

TV wise: Doctor Who !:heart::heart: After more than a year with only the specials , there will be new episodes in April!

as for tv shows, i can't wait for the next season of Heroes. movies, Avatar, the last Airbender. i hope it doesnt ruin the series.

The movie I am looking forward to seeing is Alice in Wonderland,which looks like a good movie, and I am also looking forward to the new season of In Plain Sight which start sometime this month.

I completely agree with you in regards to Heroes. My goodness there is a crazy long wait till it comes out! :(

On the movie front, I am with Megas2point0. Namely that I am waiting (hoping for?) the follow up to the Dark Knight. XD

I'm waiting for Imaginarium of Doctor Parnassus to come out on DVD so I can finally watch it. I wasn't able to catch it in any theaters near me. Tom Waits AND Heath Ledger in one movie together?! Can't wait.
