But.. but.. olives are so. good. :drool: I could seriously eat a whole jar on my own. It is a bit of an acquired taste, but once you get it, you will be addicted.

Green olives are great. Black olives taste like wet paper bag. lol.

I eat green olives with a fork from the jar. XD They're so delicious I can't help it.

I don't even like the smell of olives. I don't even get the concept of there being a separate "Olive Bar" by the salad bar in the grocery store. They all look, smell, and from what I can recall, taste unappealing to me.

I still generally have the culinary palette of an elementary schooler. Give me (Boca) nuggets, macaroni and cheese, cheese pizza, etc any day.

I don't like mushrooms.. I don't even know what they taste like. The texture is just too unappealing.. I really want to eat one, but I just can't do it. If there's a mushroom on my pizza, I'll chew and swallow extremely fast so I don't have to feel the slimy or taste it, and when there were some in my salad I did the same thing. :gonk: I'm a coward.
And I don't like olives for the same reason... or fish sushi, even if I did try it. I like sushi without fish. @[email protected]

Kah, I love mushrooms too! But for some reason, not eating them. I love studying them, I love finding them in my yard, I love picking them, and I love making money for my cute lil shrooms... but I haven't the courage to eat them. XD

... Reeeally going to bed now. =w= falling asleep and starting to daydream about meadows and mushrooms and fairies... *snuggles up in virtual fairy ring for sleep*

Green olives are definitely better than black.. I can eat black, but they're a bit tasteless, so I prefer green ones. And I kind of get what you mean about mushrooms, Rainbows, but still.. I love mushrooms. But only as food, so I guess I'm the opposite of you.. Also, if they're fresh, they're not slimy at all!

I just realised my partner does listen to some music that I really like! We both need to sleep to music, but while he can sleep to any music at all (and he listens to a lot of EBM, which is like heavy, gothy dance music), I can only sleep to quiet, relaxed music. So last night he put this band Rajna on, and I'm loving it to bits. It's like strange psychadelic folk music with some Asian folk elements.. bit hard to explain.

I think I've dated maybe one person who had the same taste in music I do.

I can't stand rap. Ever. It's horrible, and I hate it, and I want it to go away. lol.

I know a lot of people who love it, but it's really annoying and for the most part has no meaning whatsoever. Which irks me.

Sounds like you've only listened to commercial rap about bitches and bling. Most other rap has a lot of meaning and beautiful lyrics. It's just been drowned out by the crap.
I uh, would link you to some, but the only artists I can think of who I like rap in Icelandic so there wouldn't be much point... if I think of some later though, I will link them.

Mayhaps it has to do with where they're from. A cultural thing. Most American rap is complete drivel.

I like Quarashi, but I feel they're more hip hop than straight rapping. Icelandic, but they have some songs in English. They have a really well known song that's used a lot in movies/trailers/tv shows. :lol:
Outsider is another rapper I like, but Korean. XD

I don't mind rap, but it's not usually my first choice of music. Tupac and Eminem would be my favorites though, American wise.

Hey wow, you know Quarashi? I think they're great, apparently they're making a one-time comeback this summer.. but it's either just before or just after I'm there. ;___;

Hmm, other artists.. Dan le Sac vs Scroobius Pip are very good and have amazing lyrics.. I quite like Thou shalt always kill by them.

As I understand it, they're just coming back together for one gig at a festival, so I doubt they're doing any new material for it. The original main singer, Hössi, is supposed to come back too, and it'll be the first time of him and the new singer, Tiny, together on stage. I'm so disappointed I can't make it. :cry:
