Haruhe smiled softly and enjoyed Morgan's hand running threw her sea blue hair. he was amazing and she loved him so much that she knew she never wanted to be away from him. She then remembered her uncle and opened her eyes. "I have to write a letter to uncle..." she said softly and grabbed her bag and pulled out the supplies needed. "I promised..." she whispered and slowly began to write nicely about everything that had happened today and then closed it in a envelope.

Morgan just smiled as he watched her. He shook his head as he looked over at Rukura. "What are you up to you devilish fox you? I know that look. And I know that you are up to something. Remember I grew up with you and all your antics." Morgan blushed as he heard his sister. He rolled his eyes then laughed at her statement. "You are so strange. It is not our job to be his jury it is our job to help protect the people and keep him alive. Besides you wouldn't know what to do if he became smarter. How would you play tricks on him and the others." Morgan shifted his attention back to Haruhe. He reached out and grabbed her then pulled her into his lap and kissed her shoulder.



Rukura shifted her eyes to Morgan as her wicked grin disappeared from her lips. She stared at him innocently as she just laughed. "Really if I remembered correctly most of the antics where your doing and I ended up cleaning them up before you got into trouble. Shall I remind you about the time you transformed into a rat and scard the king or the time you tried to fool father by turning into me. You never did get that one down though I make a better you than you do. You have to admit the king never knew it was me instead of you that he sent to war. Though he isn't very bright come to think of it." She sat there as she pondered on the king and his lack of intelligence. "No wander the poor man lets so many fools walk all over him." Rukura nodded in agreement at her brothers statement. The king wouldn't be half as fun then. She smiled as she thought about her tricks she had played on him. Her favorite was pretending to be his mother. Though dressing up as her brother was her next to favorite.

Haruhe didn't quite understand what the siblings were talking about but she just listened anyway. She gave a small sqeek of surprise as Morgan wrapped his arms around her but she relaxed and smiled softly feelin his lips. She leaned closer to him and turned. She kissed him softly and cupped his cheek. "I believe I'm not going to be able to stay away from you at this rate." she said and smiled brightly at him.

Morgan smiled as he gently stroked Haruhe's jaw enjoying her soft blush. "Well I don't mind though I do wish you would get some sleep. I am worried about you have had no sleep. I do not wish for you to have a bad day." Morgan peered down in Haruhe's beautiful eyes and smiled as he enjoyed how beautiful they where.

Rukrua went back to cooking ignoring the two as she began to roast the fish and stirred the plants and herbs.

Haruhe looked up at Morgan and loved his stroking. She smiled at him brightly and nodded. "I know you are... But you need sleep too... So I think I should take watch and you and your sister can sleep and in the morning I'll have some breakfeast and Honey tea made..." she said lightly and inwined her fingers between his on his free hand. "Sound good?" she said and smiled brightly. She really only needed a few hours and she knew that she had worked at the diner with an hour of sleep and was fine. He was just being overly paraniod as he sometimes got. She wasn't 6 anymore.

"No it doesn't. Rukura would never go for it. She doesn't sleep as it is. Besides it is my job to protect you." Morgan smiled as he leaned down and kissed her. He gently pulled back from the kiss as he moved to his feet. "I love you dear one. Though the tea sounds good to me. If you want to go with me and let the horses get a drink of water...." He let his words cut off as he remember as he remembered Rukura was still there.

Haruhe smiled softly knowing he wouldn't have it but she had tried. She heard Aqua whimper in her sleep and turned to her friend. "I would love too... But I think Im needed... " she whispered and stood up. She kissed him once more and walked over to her friend. She woke her up gently and took the shaking girl into her arms. "I want Lela..." Aqua cried and Haruhe stroked her head softly. "She'll be here in the morning I promise..." she whispered reasuringly.

Morgan took the hourses to the river and let them enjoy a good drink. He laughed as the two began to play. Morgan took a seat on the bank as he enjoyed the two hourses and their games. So many things had happen in this one night that it was hard for him to understand them all. The only thing that bothered him was his sister. Something wasn't right with her. She never blocked him from her mind and she never just appeared without telling him. She wouldn't just leave a job and find him either the king was always in need of her. Morgan wandered if something happen with her partner to have her acting in the strange manner. When Rukura was upset she got real hyper and tried to hide how hurt she was by acting happy and cheerful. This was no acident that she just appeared she had wanted to find him. Morgan knew his sister better than she would like for him to. Something was bothering her and he was going to find out what. He smiled as he remebered when they where kids. Rukura would always run and hide if something bothered her but she would run to him and tell him. He knew that he was the only person she would ever tell her secrets too, and how she truly felt about something or some one. After a while Morgan took the hourses back to the camp site and took a seat beside Rukura. He helped her cook and waited for her to talk. He laughed as he stared at her. "You want to tell me the real reason why you are here Rukura? You never blocked me from your mind before and your never this happy. I am not the others I know you." He just laughed as he shook his had and stared back at his sister. "You are one strange lady I hope you know that. Have it your way. But I will find out the truth Rukura you don't fool me with that happy mask. We will talk about this later, so don't think about hiding it or running. Besides it will be nice to have my little sister by my side again. I have missed our days together you where my best partner and friend."

Rukura tried to ignore Morgan as he sat there. She couldn't stand it anymore after his hours of quitness. "What is wrong with you? You are never this quite. Most men would be talking none stop if they got the girl they wanted. But then you are not most men." She rolled her eyes as she went back to keeping a eye on the fish. She was quite as she tried to think of what to tell him. He was right and she knew that Morgan knew but this was not the time to tell him. He was happy for once and she didn't want to ruin it for him or Haruhe. "....it is nothing I promise. I really just missed you. If you like I can leave but you know my skills are worth their weight in gold." She said turning and staring at him. She gave him a warm simle as she removed the fish from the fire. She looked to where the sun's rays where beginning to dance about the land. "Looks like sun up is here. And the food is done old friend." She said smiling as she gave him a playful wink. "I'm your only friend and don't you forget it Big brother! Besides I can still beat you any day."

Haruhe smiled and held Aqua as the suns rays came up. Haruhe then looked up feeling another mermaids presence. Aqua ripped away from Haruhe and ran to her lover. The women had perfectly tanned skin, long light blue hair, a perfectly proportioned body and silver glowing eyes. She wrapped her arms around the small blue haired Aqua and kissed her head softly. "My love... What happened?...." she asked and Haruhe walked up to them solemly. She began speaking to them in merlanguage and Lela growled angerily. "Curse that man and all his blood! How dare he steal my love from me!! He better burn in hell!" she said angerily and Haruhe flinched slightly. "Please.... Lela can we go?" Aqua begged tears falling down her cheeks. Lela stroked her cheek and kissed her forehead. "Yes... Where's your things?" she asked softly and Haruhe handed Lela Aqua's things.

Rukura rose a brow as she watched the mermaids. She shifted her eyes to Morgan then back to the commotion the small group was making. She turned and plated the food then looked at Morgan. "Hey don't ask me. I learned a long time ago don't get in a fight with women and don't mess with women's lovers. I have had more than my share of Mermaid lovers. I don't speak their tong and they don't speak ours. Let's just let them figure out things on their own. "

Morgan just shook his head at the commotion as he helped Rukura make the plates of food. He just smirked as he heard her thoughts. He was happy that he had another elf. At lest he didn't have to feel like a outcast. He nodded in response to her thoughts. His eyes widen as he heard Rukrua sing a old folk song in elven. He loved hearing his own language and his sisters voice. Unlike most her voice was clear and kind. It sounded like a small bell chiming as she sung the old folk song.

Haruhe nodded bidding the two fairwell and they turned but Lela spotted Rukura. "Rukura... Long time... no see." she said softly and then nodded to her before leaving. Haruhe was a bit surprised and then remembered her letter. She gave it to Aqua and told her to give it to her uncle. She then waved as the two left and Haruhe sighed softly. "The world is so cruel to our kind..." she whispered to herself and then joined the two elves by the fire. "Rukura, did you know Lela?" she asked softly.

"Before or after she claimed me as her first love? Yes I know her very well she was my partner in one of my missions for the king. She does have a great taste in women. I don't know much to be honest I just know she is a great warrior and you want to stay on her good side." Rukura held out a plate for her as she seemed not interested in talking on the subject.

Morgon rose a brow as he heard what his sister had to say. This was news to him he knew that some females had been known to hit on his sister but he had never heard about this one. " Are you mad that she found another Rukura?" He had never seen his sister get so up tight about answering questions about people she knew.

Haruhe looked at Rukura softly and then sat up straight. "you still love her..." she whispered softly and looked back at where Lela had been. She saw her standing there again so angry and then looking at Rukura and everything went soft. She shook her head and then looked at Rukura. "May I ask what happened?" she asked softly and looked at Rukura. "I want to understand my sister better.." she said and smiled reasuringly.

"Nothing happen. She moved on it would seem and that is fine good ridens." Rukura stud and walked off she pulled out her sword and began to attack the trees as she let out a scream. Rukura jumped into the air as she summoned her power and used it in combination to make a powerful attack that cleared a path to the ocean. Rukura landed and began to go off in her tong as she stormed up to a bolder near the river and punched it causing it to crack as her eyes glowed slightly. She fell to the ground as blood ran from her hand. She couldn't feel anything but pain and anger as she sat there. She closed her eyes as she heard Morgan's voice. She couldn't stop herself from crying as she felt his arms wrap around her like they did when they where children.

Morgan stud and followed his sister. He watched as he tried to understand why she was acting this way. He closed his eyes as he slowly made his way to her. He stood beside her as he looked at the path she had made to the ocean. "This is why you wanted to find me wasn't it little sister." He bent down and held her in his arms as she cried. Morgan kept quite and just held her letting her get out the pain and hurt she felt. He hated seeing her like this it hurt him for her to be like this.

Haruhe watched in shock and then her eyes hardened. She got up and grabbed her sword. Putting it on her back she pulled on her cape and then swung up onto her horse. She snapped the riens knowing she had to get answers and now. She rode fast knowing only too well that the portal would only be open for a few seconds. She saw the portal and snapped the riens again. She made it threw just in time and barely stopped the horse at the cliff face. She looked behind her and Aqua and Lela looked up surprised. "We need to talk." She said and Lela nodded. "Sister go...." she whispered to Aqua who nodded numbly and dived into the water gracefully. Haruhe dismounted and looked at Lela. "Sister?" She said shocked and Lela nodded. It was a secret they had kept for a very long time... Otherwise her parents would be dishonored by housing the bastard child Aqua.

Morgan went to chase after Haruhe but felt a soft hand on his shoulder. "Haruhe!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Where are you going?" He looked over at Rukura and stepped back as he saw the stallion coming straight at them. He shook his head and whistled for his own horse. He jumped and landed just as graceful on his own horse as his horse quickly caught up with Rukura's. Morgan pointed at Haruhe's horse as the neared it. "There is her horse but where is Haruhe? Is she safe sister?" Morgan jumped from his horse and he looked over the cliff. He glared at Rukura, "You are serious we have to jump?" Morgan felt the pain in Rukura's voice and watched it appear on her face. He felt the own pain in his heart as he was torn. He wanted to follow Haruhe to make sure she was safe but he didn't want to cause Rukura anymore pain. "Are you sure you can do it Rukura? Please if you can will you help me." Morgan nodded as he closed his eyes and caused a storm to help increase the power of the vortex making it go faster.



Rukura moved from her brothers arms as she sud. She gently placed her hand on his shoulder. Her voice was clam and childlike. "You want catch her in time brother. She is going to the portal. Come on get your horse you have a lot to learn about our water friends." Rukura used her fingers and whistled. A massive black stallion appeared from the forest as it galloped at impressive speed to Rukura. She jumped in the air and landed quite graceful on the stallion's back allowing him to keep perfect pace. Rukura pulled out her knife as they neared the cliff that the horse was waiting on. She looked to Morgan. " Age before beauty." She pointed to the water. "You want to follow her then yes. Though I am afraid you are to late the portal is closed now. I can get us there the long way with my power of air but the underwater council want like it. And I would rather not have to go near that place if I don't have too...for my own reason. If you wish brother I will go for you." Rukura nodded as she jumped in the air and held out her hands as she formed a vortex around herself. She reached out and grabbed him. She moved across the water as the vortex made a waterspout in the ocean. "It is going to take some time to reach the spot where we will have to hurry and descend into.

Haruhe walked with Lela threw the halls of her great house and shook her head. "So your mother did sleep with the chancelor women...." She whispered and Lela nodded. "That women wanted to kill Aqua... But my mother and I refused and so we took her in. Only recently had she been questioned.... If she was a bastard child... So I did the only thing I could... I staged that she was my orphan lover.... It pains me on all I gave up for her... I broke Rukura's heart..." she whispered painfully and Haruhe took her to the side. "She still loves you!" she said firmly and Lela's eyes widened. "She does-" she said unable to finish and her eyes glowed with shock and happieness. "You need to explain this to her.... You two can't just go on living like you don't love eachother...." Haruhe whispered softly and looked into Lela's eyes. "What if it gets out?" she asked fearfully and looked at the shorter girl. "What about how she is a different race? I will be killed for my love..." she whispered and Haruhe looked at her and shook her head. "Im in love with Morgan...." she admited softly and Lela gasped. "They will have your head!" she whispered and Haurhe shook her head. "No! Im going to fight for him." she said and her eyes burned. Lela's burned with fierocity and she nodded. "I will fight for her.." she whispered knowing she would never give up upon her beautiful elf.

Morgan nodded as he dove after Rukura. He did a flip lading beside her smiling. He kept quite as he followed her through the strange place. He wandered how she knew so much about this place. He knew a little from the short trip he made here on the King's behalf. Morgan didn't mind the new clothes but he objected to the makeup and glitter that Rukura and the other ladies where placing on him. He hung his head with they where done. He looked like a glowing rainbow fish. He was impressed with how beautiful Rukura looked in her new dress and the little makeup they put on her. He looked at the markings that they both wore on their arms. He couldn't believe that they had turned him into a woman. The sad part was he looked rather pretty as a woman. He snapped to attention as he lessened to Rukura. "Then lead the way sister."

"Alright I hope you are ready for a fight brother we are about to get one." Rukura dove toward the city that was reviled as the vortex passed over it. The water that had covered it taken up into the sky by the vortex. Rukura pulled out her sword as she made a quick cut into the shield that surrounded the city. She closed her eyes as she braced for impacted. Once threw the shield she landed graceful on her feet giving Morgan a grin as he joined her. She looked up as the vortex faded and the water came smashing down around the city. Rukura grabbed Morgan as she ran into the shadows of the ally ways. She took Morgan to a safe house and got them both new dress. "Oh shut up! You wanted to come here so deal with it. Now we have to be careful and find them. I know where L...her house is her mother will be there. You look very beautiful my dear sister." She said as she laughed seeing her brother dressed as a woman. He elf curves and angles made him very beautiful and his light skin only added to his look. "Keep quite here...let me or one of the others hear do the talking for you. They will be looking for who broke the shield soon. The hole is already healed in it but they will know I assure you. We must hurry unless you want to be beheaded. "

Lela walked with Haruhe to Aqua's room and was shocked by what they saw. Aqua was hanging on the wall limply pierced threw her stomach with a sword. Lela ran to her sister and cupped her cheek. "L-l-lela..." she choked and tears ran down Lela's face. "you're going to be okay.... Trust me..." Lela said fear and pain obvious in her voice. "No....." Aqua whispered painfully, blood running down the side of her mouth. "I-I love... you.... sister..." she choked and died. Lela sobbed and pulled the sword from her sister's body and caught her small limp frame. She fell to her knees and sobbed painfully. She had given everything.... And now she was dead... Haruhe looked at the wall painfully and her eyes widened. Death to the bastard children of the world. was written in Aqua's blood. "I'll kill him.." she growled and ran down the halls and Lela clutched her sister as she vowed to her that she would find her killer. Haruhe rammed into a girl and fell over. She looked up and her eyes widened meeting those eyes she only knew too well. "Morgan?" she whispered shocked. "What are you doing here?! If they find you after the murder they'll kill you!" she hissed knowing the two were in danger... "Aqua was murdered, you two have to go!" she said knowing anysecond they could get captured if they did not leave.

Morgan just smiled as he helped Haruhe to her feet. "Shh come on lets find the others. I want leave you if they Killed Aqua they will be after you next." Morgan pulled out a decorated sword that one of the other girls had gave him to make him fit it better. He couldn't believe he had got dressed up as a girl for a girl. Though for Haruhe he would do it again if he had to. Morgan handed another sword to Haruhe. "Here you may need this I promise I want leave you and I mean what I say."

"Don't worry your pretty little head about me. I have skills to die for remember. Besides you are going to need all the help you can get here." Rukura began to talk with the other girls that where with them. They all nodded then turned and split up. Rukura ran up beside Lela as she removed her sword. She put her Vail over her face as she readied herself for battle. She kept her eyes scanning for anything suspicious as she acted as Lela's body guard. "We will get them I promise." Rukura's eyes glowed from anger as she ran along beside Lela. The anger was not her own that she held for what happen between her and Lela. She was mad because some one had hurt her Lela. Rukura began to curse in elven tong as she saw a group a head of them.

Haruhe nodded and lead Morgan down another way. "Raped and then murdered.... It's sickening..." she whispered to herself and shuddered. She lead Morgan threw the back ways and then swore seeing the merknights spreading out to find them. "We aren't going to get out of her easily..." she whispered and looked atthe sword Morgan had given her. She brushed back her cloak to reveal her father's blade on her back. "Ill use this but thank you forthe backup love..." she whispered and unshealthed her sword silently knowing they couldn't run.

Lela looked at Rukura and nodded. Her tears stopped as her anger ignited. She drew her vail upon her face as well, her mermaid attire showy yet elegant. She had laid Aqua to rest on her bed and now she was going to avenge her sister. She drew her blade in time with Rukura and looked at her. "Its good to have you back." she whispered softly her silver eyes glowing with anger. "And Rukura..." she said and quickly pulled her behind a pillar as the small group of knights passed. "She was my sister." she whispered and cupped Rukura's cheek and her eyes softened. "Ill explain later... But I never had another lover." she said and then peared around the pillar and nodded taking off again down the halls.

Morgan nodded as he pulled out his own sword in his other hand. "Then we'll have to use force to get out." He smiled as he saw one of the knights fall to his knees instantly. He tried to figure out where the arrow that struck the night had came from. Before he could another arrow hit another one of the Knights. "I say that we have a friend somewhere high looking out for us." He grabbed Haruha and pulled her into a small ally way as another group of Knights came by to investigate the other two knights that had been killed by arrows.

Rukura smiled as she heard Lela's words. She shifted her attention to the window where she saw the knights tower. She looked to where Lela was then jumped out the window. She landed quickly on one of the other roofs, then raced to the tower leaping from roof top to roof top. She scaled the wall and used one of the towers windows to break in. Rukura dealt a lethal attack to one of the guards there with the sword. She hide the body then made her way up to the top of the tower. She was very quite as she came upon the last guard in the tower. Due to her light and graceful frame her steps were silent and quick. In a quick movement she snapped the guards neck and laid the body down to rest. She took the arrows from the guard and bow. Rukura dipped each arrow in a lethal poison then stud as she took aim at one of the knights near where Lela,Haurha, and Morgan where. She released her arrow and smiled as it meet the target. The knight fell to the ground dead. She quickly fired another arrow taking out another Knight. Rukura kept in the shadows of the tower so none could see her. She was a assassin after all she had to keep her identity hidden at all times.

Haruhe was surprised as the knight fell and Lela joined them. "Rukura." Lela said softly and Haruhe nodded understanding. She ran with Morgan as he led her to another ally and she kept her footsteps quiet. Suddenly as they turned the corner knights met them. Lela moved fast, moving infront of Haruhe. She killed with skill and grace and blood spattered on her lightly. She nodded to Morgan and Haruhe. "The portal is open.... You'll have to make a mad dash in the open..." she said and Haruhe nodded clenching her teeth. "Someone tell Rukura to come on." Haruhe said as they raced threw the backstreets knowing they had little time left.

Morgan looked to the tower and smiled as he saw a figure jump from it. "She is coming lets hurry." Morgan quickly thanked his sister for her help with clearing a path though it was getting covered up by Knights quickly. In quick movements of his sword he vanquished any that dared to get in his path.

Rukura shot down as many knights as she could from the safety of the tower. She cleared a path for Morgan, Haruhe and Lela to the opening of the portal. Rukura Leaped into the air as she laded on the roof top of one of the building. She quickly moved from one to another landing beside Lela. She drew her sword as she summoned the air that was in the city as she raised her sword. Rukura turned and slammed her blade against the ground causing a massive cloud of derbry and dust to make a wall that the Knight and others of the city couldn't see threw. She turned and gently nudged Lela as she ran. "We have to hurry that want last long. They are going to be looking for our heads. I promise we will get Aqua's killer but please lets wait till they lest expect it."
