hmmm why is it so hard to get gold???? an do hey have a place where your avi can go a chat like gaia?

Oh it's not so hard when you get used to it! :D And because nothing's terribly expensive, the gold you earn is worth a lot more!

Hmmmmm...I've read this guide....and by the looks of it...this gold earning requires too much needless effort. It seems as if you have to play the mess out of games and be a complete dedicated computer potato just to get 50 more gold.

Oh that's a bit harsh, isn't it? It's true they don't hand out gold for wandering around aimlessly over here, but I don't think that's a bad thing! If it didn't take any effort at all to get gold you wouldn't get so much for your gold, you see? :)

Some parts of that I agree...and some I disagree. It all depends on the site though, Getting 23 gold is better than getting a single digit number of gold. Getting 64 is better than 13. I know that most sites don't reward a lot of gold for doing something simple. I mean, at one point I did win 1K in gold just for clicking a vending machine type thingy.

It takes longer to get gold ::nods:: and it seems like there are much less people on here. The threads move much slower.

Exactly! :) On this site what seems like a little in comparison to certain other sites will get you a lot farther. You see?

It is seriously hard to get gold on this website, isn't it?? It's ridiculous! I've been playing games mostly all day, and yet I've got a grand total of.... 37.74 gold!

.... .... By the way.... What's with that? The .74? I like it in Gaia where they give you FULL gold, not crappy pence. :feesh: Either way, I do like the games... I love how they have the old time-y arcade games... ^_^ I've been playing the worm game for a while now...

Either way. It's ridiculous hard.. I guess it's just to insure that you stay on the website longer. In my opinion, it wont work well.. It'll just run people off to Gaia where it's easier to gain gold and such.

Though, I must admit. I am liking the site.

It still depends on the person you're dealing with still. Depending on the person, depending on what one lacks in will determine how many people you gain and or lose. So there's a 50/50 chance that it would take your further. Sometimes it would just push you back...Like I have mentioned before, it depends.

yea they did alot of work on gaia....now they have ZOMG (mmo) to help get alot of gold i make 500k in to days XDDD

I agree with you on many levels. I mean, so what if Gaia's items are worth a lot, but there are games that actually pay out a decent sum of money when you play them on Gaia. The MMO for Gaia, for example, all you have to do is kill stuff and you get a hefty sum while being entertained. I mean sure once you get 10.0 it gets a little boring, but everything is kept fresh with the fact that you can team up with other members and earn two times if not 3 times the regular amount of gold. The gold system there is great too...i'm not exactly understanding these pieces of gold they give out on here either. The old timey games are a plus, but there could be more of a variety. I played worm a bunch...and posted in forums like mad, but I didn't get much...I just hit over 80 gold on this thing. It's no fun just posting in the forums and playing games...eventually it will get really old and just like what Dark said, it'll just run people off to Gaia.

Just saying. Anyway, requiring a wee bit of chatting in a forum isn't exactly...hard. Gaia started out as a forum, lost its way and sunk to the place it is now. This place encourages the actual us e of the forums more than Gaia does in that you get more gold for lengthier post. So, say if you were to type something two or three paragraphs long on Gaia: they would reward you with the same about of gold you would get for typing the word bump. Here, your effort, and thoughtfulness is awarded. Well..that's how I see it.
