Helleina looked back at them. "Mommy and daddy made this so if bad people evew came we could hide." she said and pointed to a house in the distance. "See? wight thewe." she said.Lucas and Leigh had made a spot for all amo. They had blocked the windows and put all the valuables in a safe spot.

Lucas looked up as he saw the boss come. "Leigh he is here." he said. in his head he said his love to Mayku then walked out side. "What do you want?" he asked glaring at the man who wanted to kill his family.Leigh walked out and stood behind Lucas. Both were holding guns behind there back. "I came for the girls and Leigh" The boss said smirking. "Rumor has it that you and one of them are in love." he said looking at Lucas. "That would be wrong. Both of us do." Leigh said. The boss just laughed. "You two are idiots." he said. "No I think you are." Lucas said and started shooting at him. Leigh started shooting too. the boss brought out his gun and all three of the, locke in a gun battle. Helleina's ears perked up hearing gun shots. "We have to huwwy to the house." she said and started running. Tears ran down her cheeks knowing that was her brother and uncle. |
Mayku felt like putting Neko down and running back to help the boys but knew that wasn't the best idea right now. Moky looked down at Helleina and picked her up as her and Mayku ran to the house in the forest. "It'll be ok they know what their doing." Moky said softly to Helleina though was also speeking to herself and her sister.

Helleina nodded. "Wucas fights better when he fights fow Mayku" she said.Lucas was shoot in the leg and Leigh in the arm before they finally took the boss down. The house was destroyed but the guys were still alive. Lucas looked at Leigh. "I am going and getting them." he said and started limping. The boss shoot Lucas in the other leg before finally dyeing as Leigh shoot him in the head. Lucas fell to the ground but kept going. He had promised to come get them when the boss had been killed. Leigh wanted to go with Lucas but he had to make sure the boss was dead and had to fix the house. Lucas made it to the house early in the morning because he had to arm crawl. He knocked on the door and called. "MAyku.....Moky....Neko.....Helleina....It's me Lucas" Leigh had gotten the bolet out and had started fixing the house.

Mayku was the first to wake up and get to the door. When she saw Lucas she both felt happy and upset as she saw his wonds. "Are you ok?" She asked worriedly as she helped him onto his feet and in the house. She led him to the closest coach she could and started working to get the bulets out of his legs.

Lucas smiled seeing Mayku. "Mayku stop." he said and grabbed her hands. He pulled er close and kissed her. He kissed her with all the love and passion he could. He wrapped his arms around her and then held her close. "Sorry I just had to kiss you." he said and let her hands go. He stroked her cheek glad he was alive.

Mayku smiled at Lucas and kissed him back, she was so happy to see him alive. "Is Leigh ok?" She asked softly as she finished tying the badages that she was wrapping around his wonds.

"Yeah He is rebuilding the house. But I had to come and keep my promis to you." Lucas said and pulled her closer. "Is Neko and helleina ok? They aren't to scared are they?" he asked looking her n the eyes. He stroked her cheek knowing if it wasn't for Leigh he would of been dead.

"Well... They did wake up last night crying though they're fine now... Their asleep and so's Moky." Mayku said with a small smile as she looked up at Lucas greatful that he did come back to her. She yawned quietly as she leaned her head against him and batted her eye tiredly.

Lucas smiled and stroked her head gently. He laid down and pulled her closer. "I don't think I can get down to the house until I heal more." he said. "And thank you for taking care of that. I am sure there were rocks and things in there from trying to get to you as soon as I could" he said. "Now I think you need to go to sleep." he said and kissed her head.

Mayku smiled and nodded with another yawn. "It wasn't as bad as I though it would be... It hadn't had enough time to truly get infected." She said softly and laid her head on his chest. "I stayed up most of the night waiting for you... I was scared I wouldn't see you again and the others would get hurt." She murmured before closing her eyes all the way. "I... Love... You..." She murmured as she fell fast asleep.

Lucas smiled. "Well I am here now." he whispered. "I love you too." he whispered and kissed her head. He soon fell asleep too. He was him self saving Mayku time after time.Helleina woke in the middle of the night nad went down stairs to get a drink when she was Lucas and Mayku. She was happy he was back but then got sad. Leigh wasn't there and it looked like Lucas had gotten shot. She quietly went back up stairs and to bed not wanting to wake the two.

Moky woke up some time after Lucas got in and got up to see where her sister with. She smiled when she saw Mayku asleep on Lucas then looked around for Leight then was worried when she couldn't find him. He can't be dead... He wouldn't die not when he said he'de come back for me... Ow please let him come back. Moky thought franticly as she went back to her room and cried quietly as she prayed that Leight would be ok.

Leigh just finished fixing the house so he started for the mountain house. Once there he heard crying. He jumped in threw a window and was in Moky's room. "Moky. I am sorry I didn't come right a way I was fixing the house." he said then hugged her. "what's the matter? Why are you crying?"

Moky quieted her crys as she felt leight's arms around her and herd his soft voice that started to fill her with happiness. "I thought you were dead..." she whispered as she put her arms around his neck and laid her head on the base of his neck. "I was terified when I couldn't find you in the house after seeing Lucas with Mayku." she said softly as shr pulled herself a little closer to him.

Leigh looked down at Moky and pulled her closer to him. "I aam sorry I didn't want to come to you until the house was safe for you." and kissed her gently. He picked her up and sat on the bed. "You have no idea how thankful I am that you are alive." he said pulling her close.

Moky kissed Leight back and smiled up at him as he pulled her into his lap. "You have no idea how terrified me and Mayku were that you and Lucas wouldn't come home and we would never see either of you again and we wouldn't know that you were dead until someone found us or we went looking." She said softly as the tears faded out of her eyes.

"It's alright I am right here and you are safe." Leigh said and put his head on hers. "I was scared that I was going to get shoot in the head and never see you again. I would rather die in your arms then somewhere you aren't there." he said and kissed her head. He also would rather she die in his arms then somewhere alone. Because there might be a chance he could stop her from dying but if she were alone there would be no chance of that.

"If you died I would probably die of the pain even if you weren't near me I would still know and the pain would kill me... I would rather die in your arms as well... I love you... So very very much." Moky murmured softly and closed her eyes as she breathed in his sent and it was slightly intoxicating to her.

Leigh smiled and kissed her head. He laid down exhausted. "I love you too.....more then you will ever know." he whispered and pulled her close. He then fell asleep.

Moky smiled and kissed him softly before leaning her head against his chest and falling asleep. Her dreams were about Leight and that she loved very much. Mayku woke up and moved her head slightly to look to each side and wondered what was going on with Moky since she could tell it was something though she didn't know what.

Lucas woke and looked down at MAyku. "Morning beautiful" he said and kissed her head.
