Glory slowly relaxed in his arms. She was just getting way too stressed lately, and it felt good to just decompress.

Léan sighed, softly, and shifted a bit, holding her closer and closing his eyes. After a long moment, he cleared his throat, awkwardly. "I...should probably clothe myself."

"The bags are in my room, if you want to look through them," Glory replied. She didn't want to get up, but she knew he was right.
|
"We can move there, if you'd like," Léan offered, also sounding a little lazy. He knew the bed would probably be more comfortable than the couch, but he just didn't feel like getting up all that much.
|
"It's probably a good idea," Glory said. Reluctantly, she stood up and offered him a hand to help him up.
|
Léan took the offered hand, but stumbled upon getting up, causing the blanket he had around him to drop and fall, like him. He just fell back on the couch though, stark naked, and was dazed for a moment before he pulled his legs up, blocking everything from view. His face had heated up.

Glory handed him back the towel.
"It's just me," she said. "And it's not like I haven't seen you before." |
"Still..." Léan grumbled, cheeks colored. He stood back up, holding the towel around him. He seemed much more steady this time.

Standing on her toes, Glory gave him a kiss.
"Come on," she said, "everything is in my room." |
Léan attempted to keep walking, but stumbled slightly every few steps. He always needed her help. He would need much more practice to be able to walk freely on his own, even for short distances.

Glory stayed close to him and helped him into her room.
"You're improving," she encouraged. |
"I suck," Léan informed her, flatly, with a smile on his face. "I make a terrible human. I can't even walk correctly! That is saying something..."

"I never said being human was easy," Glory pointed out. "I did tell you that you didn't need to do this."

"I wanted to," Léan assured her, pointedly. "I had a feeling I would not make a good human. Probably right on the mark..." He sighed once they reached her room, and hobbled over to the bed, plopping down.

Glory glanced in the shopping bags, and handed him the one that had the underthings in it.
"Take your pick of these first," she said. "Make sure to take the tags off." |
Léan poked around in the bag, seemingly puzzled by the odd clothing in it. When he'd last been up on land, the clothing had come with the potion. It was a semi-magical substance, very much illegal. He finally pulled out one of the pairs of boxers Viktor had chosen, the black pair. He then proceeded to sit there holding them, unsure of what to do next.

Glory reached over and popped off the sales tag, then turned the boxers so they were the right way.
"Now you put them on," she said. |
"Put them on where?" Léan asked, giving her a clueless stare that almost resembled a small child staring up at his mother, wondering what in the world to do.

"Think about it for a moment," Glory replied. "I know you've seen me wear something similar."

Léan did think. But, it seemed to be going nowhere, since he first tried to put them on one arm, then on the other, then on both. Completely wrong place. Eventually, he gave up, sitting there and sighing quietly.

Glory couldn't help but giggle a little.
"Not quite," she said. She explained how to put them on properly. |
Léan frowned when she laughed at him, but quietly started to pull them on correctly, up to his waist. He seemed to think that they felt odd, since he couldn't quite settle yet. He wasn't used to them.

Glory leaned over and gave him a kiss.
"Black looks good on you," she said. "I may have to make you wear the color more often." |
Léan smiled, looking semi-proud of himself for not ripping the clothing off yet. It was uncomfortable simply because he wasn't used to wearing such things. He would get better over time. "All right...what's next?"

Digging in the bags, Glory pulled out the pajama pants and a plain t-shirt.
"Here," she said, popping off the sales tags. "The washing instructions printed on the inside go in the back." She gave him a few moments to try to figure them out himself before she would help him. |
