Léan managed to figure the shirt out. He had worn a sweatshirt up here before, when he had been in the wheelchair. The pants, however, he struggled with.

"Those work just like the first piece," Glory said, trying to help a bit. "You've seen me wear something almost exactly the same as those." Going over to her dresser, she pulled out her own favorite lounge pants.

"Oh." Léan frowned, probably feeling like an idiot. "Let's see..." After a few bad tries, he was finally able to pull the pants on correctly, and sighed, softly. He felt quite strange with all of the clothing on...but he would get used to it.

Setting her lounge pants aside, Glory sat down next to him and cuddled into his side.
"Now we just get to relax," she said. |
Léan smiled, lazily wrapping one arm around her. He still wouldn't call it cuddling...more like hugging. Cuddling was a word forbidden in his mental dictionary.

Glory rested her head on his shoulder, content. She was glad to just have the evening with him.

Léan was glad to be able to spend more time with her, as well. He had missed spending a good amount of time with her, and had already cursed her homework several times in the past few days.

Glory snuggled closer, just content to be there with him.
"It would be nice to be able to go outside," she commented after a little while, "but I don't want to risk it." |
"...If Lleu knows you want to go out...he's probably gone by now," Léan commented, thinking out of the box. "He does, after all, have a creepy way of knowing things..."

"And do you want to be the one to check?" Glory pointed out.

Léan shook his head at once, and smiled sheepishly. He leaned forward to kiss her cheek, affectionately. "I did not think of that..."

Glory turned and gave him a proper kiss.
"We can stay inside tonight, it's no big deal," she said. |
Léan nodded, slowly. "All right, if that's what you want." He fell silent then, simply curling up with her. He wasn't sure what else there was to do, but for now, this was nice.

Glory curled up with him, comfortable. She didn't feel like getting up at all.
"You know, I've noticed something," she said after a while, breaking the silence. "In all the time I've known you, you've never once said that you thought I was pretty." She wasn't really one to fish for compliments, and it was probably just the stress from the last few days, but it had been bothering her a bit. She'd said more than once that he was attractive, but he'd never said the same about her. |
Léan looked quite sheepish. "I'm...not used to doling out compliments. Plus, it's difficult for me to compliment anyone, on anything..." He grinned at her. "Do you want me to say it? I could probably say it in a hundred different ways..."

"I don't want you to say it if you don't mean it," Glory said. She never liked flattery all that much, since a lot of times, it wasn't sincere.

"I do mean it," Léan huffed, seemingly offended that she would think otherwise. He curled up a bit more, to get more comfortable.

Glory cuddled closer to him.
"If you say so," she said. She did want him to say it, but she wanted him to say it on his own, not because she said to. |
That was probably going to be hit and miss. Léan rarely complimented people--he often kept those sorts of thoughts to himself. He sighed, and closed his eyes.

"I'm probably just rambling," GLory said after a moment. "Probably just the past few days finally getting to me."

Léan nodded, resting his head against hers. "Too much stress is never a good thing...relaxing is necessary sometimes..."

Glory nodded and made herself comfortable.
"That's probably why Viktor took my homework," she said. "He didn't give me a choice." |
Léan smiled, perfectly content to just stay here and not move for the rest of the night. He hoped neither of them would get bored, since he didn't want to move.

Glory was content to lay there as well. It was a nice contrast to the stress of the last few days.
"I love you," she murmured to him. |
"I love you, too," Léan murmured, as he rested. He was so comfortable at the moment that he probably wouldn't even move if someone tried to get their attention out on the beach.
