I think that is Inso's cat, there is a picture in his photo album of cats (I just went to check, cause I remembered from the past somewhere that he had one) of a cat who has that same little black mark on his nose.

o.O What does Inso feed his cat?
I mean I'm sure he didn't mean to put the rainbow right there ...

I thought it was some special promotion thing that if you clicked on it you get a bunch of gold or something... but no, its just some big fat cat with a fart rainbow >.<
