Yeah, I'm going to see if the fever breaks. If he's still felling bad tonight, we're probably taking him to the doctor. I'd hate to think he has an infection, but you never know. It was just that when it was in his ear, he only complained of it hurting. And he had no fever. It waited until today for him to get one.
