Virgin Pina Colada for Wifey! Those are my favorite. Adding in alcohol ruins the yummyness.

I love the coconut and pineapple combination! When I lived in Scotland, they had a coconut and pineapple juice you could buy at the grocery store. They don't really have anything like that here. The closest thing I've found it V8 Smoothie pina colada or the frozen drink mix in the freezer. I usually buy that and add water, sometimes ice.
