Definitely nice to find an interesting place after most other threads are dead. It makes me sad, I joined during the event so everything was constantly buzzing with life and now I can hardly find anyone to talk to.

@Naochi - You're apology seems to imply that you're not on the dark side, but I know that you are!

@Vix - Funny that, this thread is usually dead, but I have revived it for the moment. I come here when I want a slower pace. Our Wallflowers thread gets crazy!

Anyway, that's always how it is during events. Event threads fly at the speed of light! Then, when the event is over people just wander off. Rather frustrating. You just have to find a place that stays alive. Even Wallflowers gets quiet and dead sometimes when there's no event going on.

Yeah, I was thinking about making a hangout thread of my own for the friends I've made to see around and stop by but I don't feel that I've been around long enough yet.

@Vix - Yeah, if I were you, I'd wait a bit. There's a post up in the Community Discussion of someone lamenting how nobody comes into new hang out threads. If you don't already have people that want to be there, it can be really hard to tempt people in. I'm sure it's frustrating. Even though this thread is slow, I haven't had much of a problem because I already have that draw of a monstrously large thread. I hope that doesn't sound discouraging. ^_^;;

I just...if I had to make a popular thread again, I don't think there's any way I could recreate the process. I think it was a fluke.

My huge threads on other sites have always been giveaways, charities, art contests, and shops. I usually don't bother making threads at all because I feel the need to make banners for everything and I'm lazy :lol:

And I make banners for all of my threads. It's the first thing I do once I open up an event thread, make it a pretty banner :D

*hugs Naochi* I'm sorry. I rarely venture outside of Wallflowers. I didn't even know that Fading made a new hangout thread! :gonk: Sometimes I might poke Facade or the yaoi thread, but that's about it.

I just joined on May 29th so I hope I don't go leaving so soon, haha.

I make all of my banners beforehand because they take so long.
