At work there is this guy that has been flirting with me pretty heavily since I've gotten back. He acts super gentlemanly to me (like always trying to carry things for me, holding the door open for me, etc.), plus he's compliments me all the time (he called me beautiful earlier today), and he hugs me every chance he gets (that's super awkward...). Problem being of course that I'm not interested in him at all. In fact, I'm super interested in one of my managers (and the more I find out about him the more interested I become) problem there is he just broke up with his long time girlfriend of 3 and a half years (don't know the full story but he's pretty broken hearted) and yeah it's just urgh!

.___________. .... ummm... yea. that's pretty awkward there... hmm. Not sure what to do here except tell the dude to leave you alone? I know I had a creeper hitting on me when I worked at Sonic. It was the bipolar guy. Who mixed his meds and smoked weed. And then went into convulsions on a hot day. ANYWAY... whose this manager? If you do anything, it has to stay out of work or things will probably get hairy, but you know that :)

Sadly the guy isn't a creeper, I'd be fine with him if he just wants to be friends. And the manager is new manager that didn't work there when I went back for christmas. There is so much about him that just makes him appealing, including his looks and his smell (he smells amazing) and it's just urgh! I want to date him but he's a manager which means completely off limits plus a guy on the rebound is not something I need right now. And I actually found out the full story today his girlfriend was actually his fiance and they were living together and planning to get married and she cheated on him. But he's such a great guy I can tell it. Wings is confused.

Man, that sucks :/ why does he have to be a manager? How old is he anyway?? And what a stupid girlfriend, that's not right. You don't cheat on your fiance. Fishy is doing fine. Cleaned his tank a couple days ago... but i think he's getting a little old. You can tell from his scales.

Because I apparently have a thing for managers. The last guy I was into at work was a manager as well (perhaps I just like guys that are completely off limits). He's actually not that much older than me. Like only a few months, he's still 19. So really the only reasons he is off-limits is he's a rebound guy and he's a manager, pretty good reasons but I don't mind waiting... I don't think anyway.

The time has come for me to go to Europe for 2 weeks. (Yea, cousin's wedding, going on a vacation back to the "homeland", all that jazz, etc.) I shall be leaving tomorrow (June 10th) and I will be back in the States and back at my arting computer June 24th, HOPEFULLY with a killed art block. This thing's GOT TO GO, cuz I really want to get your commissions to you (trust me, I hate having that anxiety feeling when I know something needs to be finished and it isn't yet), and I know you guys have been waiting, well honestly, forever :stare:

No, I'm not interested in headwings and anklewings, nor am I interested in listening to you complain about "paying an ungodly amount." In fact most of your posts in my shop have been you complaining/whining about something, and the line was drawn when you grumbled about not being able to use your phoenix as a bargaining chip for a lot of art; you just now crossed that line. Stated frankly, I do not want to do business with someone who is 3 years my senior and whines like a spoiled child. Also, it's very rude to know the shop is Full and still persist in making an informal art request. I am not someone you can order around to make art for you at your whim. Go find another artist who is willing to put up with that, as I am not.
I will be canceling the trade of 400 gold for your teapot commission; ask someone else to do it if you still want it. And for future reference, 400 gold is really cheap for the quality of work I do. I spend MUCH more time on my drawings than it would take you to make 400 gold by playing a game on this site.
