Kaz is a really old character of mine, the whole freezing over a whole city and having his ice-powers bound is pretty old =P I'm not sure if he's a celeste or not, he could just be one demon that learned one hell of a powerful cold-spell. >=3 I can make him part Celeste if you like. It was going to be either Kaz or Devil Man.. I was going to work on Devil Man a lil more though and talk to you about the story of the celestial birds. If you have a huge issue with Kaz having frozen Asoch at one point you can let me know and I'll tweak it. >=P

I do have a huge issue, because unless Kaz was a Celeste, then he couldn'tve frozen Asoch. >.<

Plus, i was planning on making a Celeste later.

And you can't have a 'half celeste' like you can't have a 'half phoenix'. Eother you are or you aren't. Even if the mother/father was human/vampire/whatever, the phoenix/celeste genes would totally override the other parent's genes.

Oh! I also popped Stress a PM, giving her permission to move Ruarc however she sees fit so that she doesn't have to wait on more people for the time-skip. I believe that she's a competent RPer so I wouldn't worry about her neglecting the time-skip. She just has to wait for Debris and Azu to help her move along.

...You know, actually, it'd save me the time to make a profile if he WAS a Celeste.

Although a Celeste's power can't b sealed, because if they were, his memories of his life before sealing would go.

xD actually, that would work... Really well. I forgot to jot it down because I did Kaz's profile around 4am.. Meh, he has the ability to tinker with memories, and has a whole crud-ton of amnesia himself. He just refuses to tinker with memories unless he's ordered by the High Council to do so, and even then he usually creates a loop-hole.

That Kaz knows that he used to control ice, and whatever happened before it are just slivers of memories or what other people have told him.

Awesome! So.. o.o;; I'll tweak his bio when I have time.. How's it sound if the Council actually keeps him as a lower-ranked member so that they can keep an eye on him.. Hoping that he won't revert back to being a Celeste casue they don't want him to freeze over half of the Earth or summat? ...Also depends how long the previous High Council members have been in the council.. That could have been mandated by some hella old -currently dead old high council members.

Well, Ynyr's been around for a while, but i imagine Gabriel and Levi know both because they're older than anything and because the old councilors told them.
