Well, they are still trying and Yusuke's ideas are a lot more likely to cause a big fight. If someone doesn't stop him from going through with his new brilliant plan consisting of wallop them until they fall down and stop moving. Of course that is really what most of Yusuke's plans boil down to, with a few innovations thrown in when that first plan inevitably doesn't go so well. Although a fight was what I was hoping for. We haven't gotten to fight anything yet in either RP. T_T Except in Hiei's dreams. O_o'

The thing to remember about RPing is that as the story teller you have to be prepared to bend your story if the players don't go the way you plan for them to. I know it can be hard and I try to be an easy going sort of player to make things easier but it gets frustrating to have your characters suddenly stuck in a situation and be told they can't win because it doesn't fit the plan. It makes it harder to play them because in this case they are all fighters and knowing they can't win no matter how creative I get leaves me with little to do with them. I think if they can come up with a good way of fighting back they should be allowed to fight. You could always have let them beat the stupid spider chick and then had them captured by the newcomer. O_o' *sighs* I'm whining. Sorry, don't mind me.

please go with me on this... we will be fighting the spider woman shortly, I promise... and then it's on to fight Ixion... Morcana doesn't take in the fight because she's not stupid, she knows how powerful Yusuke is, so she's not going to take him on, but leave them to fight Ixion... I am planning on Natsien dying soon, as well as another NPC.... but that's not until the Princess is rescued... >.>
I mean, you can still try to fight Natsien right now if you want, but I don't want her to die just yet... o.o

yeah, she kinda wasn't interested in monologuing, in fact, she barely had time to think about talking before she fell apart... only her instinctual reactions like preparing to counter-strike, her fastest reflex, was able to kick in... xD

yes, yes, quite literally... and it's fun... I mean, as much as I could picture her having a sort of decent battle scene, it works with her not getting a chance... She's the weakest of the three... Natsien was class A, Marcana Class A+ and Ixion the strongest by far... >.>

Now he will not be easy to beat... I'll probably let him take a few hits, but it won't be anything like Natsien's complete and utter failure.... ^ ^

Ah well. It made Hiei's day suck less so it is all good.

Oh yes, of course, let the fire demon be happy about something, and if not that, let him accomplish something that he enjoys, slicing up obnoxious spider demons... xD
