Because it was always celebrated on that day o-o And everyone (the people in charge of holland) agreed it would still be held on that day in remembrance of her =3

So what happens when you get a new queen? Then would the date be changed to the birthday of her mother?

Dia, I get what you mean. That is why I like making ethically complex characters to make it easy to play and have long, detailled posts. Or maybe I just think that. :3

I like making characters complex, but this is my second character for this roleplay (my first is a bit more extraordinary, and needs to be accepted after a small trial) so megumi was more of a quick made profile, instead of an over detailed one....
Though I do make sure that Megumi still has contact with people from her own world, or at least thinks about them before she does something. That way I can write two lines about one thing she does... And post without actuallly doing something with her :P
But I made her irrational too, which is quite hard to make something with.... ^^;
I dont make 'too' complex characters, I still need to be able to live in them ^-^
But Just wait untill I get an action scene >O Ill use a whole paragraph to describe a magic attack of hers ;P Maybe even a photoshopped picture XD I'm bvery detailed at fighting scenes ^^

And a small question:
I have made Megumi grow up all dainty and everything, but not weak.
Your character though has more Defensive power, how is she going to battle? Does she have an awsome weapon somewhere? o.o
