So on the majority of the sites I use, when I'm talking to someone, I have a habit of calling them darling, honey, or babe - depending on how well I've come to know them or whether or not I like them. I was bored the other day, so I was reading one of my RP partner's blog on the site, and found that he cringes whenever people say any of those to them.

Discuss:

- How do you greet / refer to others online?

- Do you find it degrading to be called 'Darling', 'Honey', etc?

- Whatever you feel is relevant to the discussion
