Is anybody selling a Blind Justice?

My friend Naluc wants to buy a Blind Justice but he says that nobody is selling it. Help my friend!

It takes patience with the Exchange, as the items that are being sold change with time. There might not be any Blind Justices for sale at the moment, but there might be one available later in the future.
