Kagerou
Kagerou, by Luka Delaney is a comic about a guy in a mental hospital who is sucked into another universe and told he is to be the savior for a goddess. To complicate things, he has several other personalities inhabiting his body, and one of them becomes the "chosen one" of the enemy.
I don't want to spoil it so I'll stop there. But it's a totally awesome webcomic! It's been updating kinda slowly lately, but it's still active and, if you haven't read it already, it has 47 completed chapters to keep you busy for awhile. So has anyone else read it? What do you think? I love it! It's insane, crazy, and so wonderfully colorful! Love all the bright colors. ^^ |

Kagerou is so interesting. A little... well, really, kind of messed up. But I think it makes it more intriguing. And Kano! Poor little guy, but I really like him. The best part about the characters is that you can sympathize with them. Well, except for Red. He's just a bastard. |
From your synopsis it sounds a little too much like a webcomic version of Fushigi Yuugi.
*ETA* Damn, started to read it and just.. damn that is an amazing story going on there. |
I just started to read it. I love it! I think the world is so interesting, and I think it's written really well.

Oh man, I love Kagerou! I got into when someone I used to talk to started roleplaying as Kano. The sad thing is, I haven't read it in MONTHS, so I'm probably really, really behind.. I keep meaning to get caught up but I keep putting it off. I'll have to try catching up soon. I remember most of the story, so it shouldn't be too hard. :)
