Ketchup or mustard?
 

So last night, I got into a quarrel with a friend about what belongs on a hotdog. It is all because I started putting mustard on mine, and she said that is was gross, and started putting ketchup on hers. I told her that ketchup doesn't belong on hotdogs, and that she was gross :lol: . So here is the point: I'm am putting up a debate - what do all of you think belongs better on a hotdog? Ketchup? Or Mustard? =3 My vote is on mustard :)

I put ketchup on mine :3, though I know that there are people out there that put both on hotdogs. As long as relish, and all that o.O

I like mustard (:

Ketchup, Mustard, Green Relish, Banana Peppers, and some Cheddar Cheese. Thats what belongs on a hot dog...if you boil it on the stove top. If its BBQed, well, add BBQ saucec to the mix. Then Im happy.

OMG totally ketchup. i HATE mustard (no offense to ppl who like it :) ) but uh... yeah totally ketchup.

um... no offense to Draciolus but PEPPERS and CHEESE???? and btw isn't all relish green? not to be offensive but just to clarify XD

Mustard is awesome! It's ketchup I think tastes wierd. lol

There are other kinds of relish. Like Red Pepper Relish, or Zucchini Relish. Though, I only really like the sweet relish(Green Relish).

I use both ketchup & mustard. =/ I think they balance each other out.

I think it is my responsibility as the resident cook to point out that anyone who likes BBQ sauce, likes both.

Mustard all the way. D= I really only like ketchup on hamburgers and french fries. And on hamburgers there has to be mustard with it or it doesn't taste right.

And I HATE flavored mustard's. Just give me plain old regular yellow mustard.

I put both Mustard and Ketchup on my hot dogs, as well as Mayo.
I'll also add cheese and beanless chilli if they're on hand.

both they make orange :3

originally, ketchup wasn't on a hot dog.. it was only mustard! so you're a wiener! <3

i prefer mine with pork and beans, mustard, and finely diced onion on top. :drool:

Pff, condiments are for noobs. I like swiss cheese on my hot dogs.

As someone who is also a cook, and the daughter of someone who barbecues often, I should point out that I love BBQ sauce and ketchup, but I hate mustard.

Haha this topic is amusing me. I tend to not like mustard, so I stick with ketchup.. on top of everything else I put on hotdogs! A normal hotdog for me has avocado, chopped up tomato, a bit of mustard and some ketchup.

My vote is definitely ketchup because mustard taste gross!
