Temperance watched Constance disappear from view, before blinking Aleck. "You do not want to be making offers like that.." She smirked, as she crawled to him, so that she could read over his shoulder. "Who knows what kind of madness I'll get you into." Her eyes danced over the words, they were written in cursive, and barely unstandable to those who were not familiar with the author's penmenship.

He felt that Tempy was looking and chuckled but his smile turned to a small frown as he read the letter.
"Oh wow..."he said and closed it slowly before putting it away. He didn't understand but was shocked at what he read. "Now, how about we start those horse lessons?"he asked Tempy. |
Temperance was shocked, maybe even more so than Aleck. "Wh-What..?" She brought herself back to reality, before she had a chance to truly lose it. "Oh, um.." She nodded, a dazed feeling washed over. "Yeah.." She slowly got to her feet. "What are you going to do about her?" She asked quietly. "Alyson was a bit of a shrew back then."

"Get on the horse Tempy..."he said and lifted her and himself on the horse.
"Okay, now...let's make him walk."he said then shrugged. "I don't know...I don't think I'll do anything..."he said. |
Once on the horse, Temperance felt herself shiver, the horse's fur had come in contact with her legs. "This is.. Rather uncomfortable.." The breeze grazed the upper part of her thigh, causing her face to darken. "Maybe you should teach me later? When I am dressed prop-" She gasped, when the horse made a sudden movement. "-The proper attire!" Temperance struggled to finish her sentence, as she was hid her flustered face.

"Good, you made it move, now let's see how you do when it walks."he said and made Abel walk.
"Okay...to make him stop tug on the reins softly, to make him run tug On them hard. When he runs, to make hi stop, tug on the reins hard."he explained and handed her the reins. |
"Uh.. Right." She nodded, trying her best to focus. "Pull on them hard to make him run.. Okay, I think I can do that." She thought, before giving the reins a rough tug. "Nothing is happening?" She spoke, her voice laced with disappointment.

"Maybe he doesn't want to run?"he said but then Abel began to run around at full speed.
"Okay, now make him stop." he told Tempy and smiled. "You're doing great so far!"he added smiling at her. |
Temperance yelped. "I'm doing good!? This is a horrid experience!" She cried, tugging the reins as hard as she could. "Make him stop! Make him stop!" She shut her eyes, unwilling to face her new found fear of Abel's speed.
Giving the reins one last tug, the blonde felt her stomach do a flip. "Please! Just stop!" Unbeknownst to Temperance, she had infact stopped Abel from running, just not the way she had planned. And after a few moments of standing still.. "Oh, my.." She looked down at her arm, a small burn had appeared right below the bend of her arm. "I used magic on Abel!" She exclaimed, glancing around to make sure she hadn't killed him. Luckily for her, he was fine, she had only used a simple charm that made the horse follow all commands. |
"Cheater..."muttered Aleck.
"You okay? he asked her. "You're trembling..."he added and looked at Abel. Abel was calm and had stopped in his track waiting for the next command to be given. Aleck quickly got off Abel, and lifted Tempy off of Abel as well. "Let's put some water on that burn..."he said softly. |
Shaking, Temperance let Aleck guide her. "T-The burn is only temporary.." She breathed, in an attempt to calm down. "W-Wait.. I'm a cheater?" She frowned. "When did this -- become a game!" Temperance laughed, shoving Aleck softly.

He laughed with her and shoved her playfully back.
"So, will you ride the horse with us on out travel....don't worry...just stay in the middle and I'll control Abel and the ride will go smoothly."he explained and tossed some water at her like they used to. "It was never a game, it was a test and you cheated."he said later. |
"You such a child!" She fussed at him, tossing a handfull of water in his direction. "I did not cheat! I only did what came natural to me." She stared down at the water spots on her dress. "You know.. I should get you back for this." She schemed, her voice oozing with amusement.

"Oh really? I'm the child? and how will you get back at me?"he asked curious to see what she would do. He then threw more droplets of water at her and Abel moved away from there. the sound of her voice was scary enough and wondered what she would do to him.

Temperance scanned the area. "How 'bout I teleport you into the drink?" She motioned to the water. "And-! Stop doing that." She spoke firmly, as she rubbed the moist areas on the fabric. "This dress was a gift. I wouldn't want to ruin it.. Yet." A smile lit up her face. "I'm rather fond of it's color, anyways."

he glared at her.
"You wouldn't dare!" he said stopping since she seemed pretty angry. "The color fits you..."he said nodding. It stood out and then her light blond hair just added to its adorable appearance. |
Happy with the results, Temperance grinned. "I would.. Oh, I would." She wagged her finger at him. Though, all the fun she had teasing him was brought to an end, when he complimented her. "Oh, thank you." She adverted her gaze. "Blue is one of my favorite colors.."

"It fits you well, and your hair color helps it bring out you eyes!" he said and was relieve that she didn't drop him into the water.
"So where have you been hiding my friend for such a long time?"he asked sitting down on the soft grass. It was getting dark and Abel had fallen to sleep. |
"Uh! You sound just like Nana!" She joked, covering her ears. "No more color talk." Temperance giggled loudly, before finally clasping a hand over her mouth, though a few muffled noises escaped. "I hid her at the academy.. With all the nice little noble children." She spoke after she got her laughter under control.

"You are an odd one aren't you..."he said before laying down.
"Well we need to rest...I just hope Constance is okay..."he said and looked at Tempy. "You better sleep too Tempy."he said and yawned. |
Temperance smiled. "Oh, I'm odd? You are really one to talk." She crawled to a suitable spot, before settling down for sleep. "I'm sure Costance will be fine." She reassured.

"Whoa! wait, how am I odd?" he whispered. He looked at her with a surprised look on his face.
He crawled a little bit closer to her and waited for her to answere. "Do you really think she's okay? I mean....she should be back by now..."he added. |
Blade laughed and shrugged slipping off his shirt and pants revealing his bare chest and his shorts that had been underneath the armor and shirt."Okay i'll go first."He said jumping in as he slipped on a rock and slide under the water.He laughed coming back up."You comin in?"He asked hiding the smile that wanted to form on his lips.The water was slightly cold but he didn't say anything.

Temperance giggled quietly, before resting her eyes. "Oh, nevermind.." Her voice was barely above a whisper. "I'm sure Silver's a big girl.. If I didn't get in trouble.. She certainly won't." Rolling over, the blonde noticed how close Aleck was. "Sweet dreams.." She smiled, covering his lids her hand.

"Sweet dreams..."he answered and closed hie eyes and fell to a deep sleep.
