sighing a frustrated sigh, William whispered a spell and Josh fell asleep. " Tzal love I know your trying to snap him out of it but he is still in shook." he stood and walked over to Tzal. "sorry, to many memory's from my time, we will let him sleep till he is ready to wake. do you want to help me carry him to the nurses station or should I carry him like I do you?"

"right now I don't think Josh would allow me near him, but if you would like to help me figure out the spell we can go down to one of the practice rooms. it would be best there just in case there are traps on the spell." Angelo stood and waited for Lawrence to fallow.

"...I think you will be fine carrying him. I am going to find Vinny. He should be able to help with locating Adam, at least. Where do you think I could find him at this hour?"

Lawrence nodded, sniffling a bit, and stood up, ambling over to him. He was still tired, but he wasn't about to go back to sleep after this.

"most likely you will find him in his dorm room over in the collage." he said as he pick up josh. "I dont know which one is his room but it should not be to hard to find out."

"come then, we do not have to much time." quickly Angelo walked out and down the stairs, glaceing back one in a while to see if he was still fallowing.

Tzal nodded and headed off, keeping his guard up the entire time. He trusted William with Josh. ~If anything happens, don't tell me. Tell Angelo, since he's the most powerful out of all of us at the moment.~ Tzal hurried on back to the college and explored, sending out mental signals and attempting to locate Vinny.

Lawrence followed him with ease, still in a state of shock over this.

carrying Josh down the stairs William made sure that he would not be seen by any one. he did not need for Josh to be told of how William carried him down the stairs like a little kid, also he did not think that the school needed to know about what had happened.

feeling the probes looking for him Vinny stepped out into the hall almost running into Tzal. "you looking for me?" he looked worried. "I have not found a match for Angelo yet."

Angelo sigh as they reached on of the larger of the practice rooms. it was a room that no student was allowed into unless Angelo was with them. he had never allowed Tzal, William or any of the other younger students in here. unlocking the door he sighed. "do not tell any one of what you see in here. this is my privet room and I do not want others trying to get in here." he had many different spells running at the same time all around the room as they entered. "also don't touch anything unless I tell you you can."

Tzal, without hesitation, explained what just happened. "If that is not your brother's normal behavior, then something is controlling him. But we need your help. Please."

Lawrence was visibly uncomfortable in the room, but he stayed put, nodding. "Okay..."

"I knew he was up to something but this." Vinny shook his head in disgust. "I had tried to find him since you and William talked to me about him. he has been avoiding me so well that I had thought he was out of the school at one of his loves houses." waving Tzal into his room he walked to where the window was and the desks. "I had this made up from me to track him in emergency but I am not sure it will work now."

the room was cold and had no windows. there was a simple slate bath tub by the door with was filled with water. the floor and walls of the whole room was also covered in the slate. in the center of the room was a chalked in diagram that some parts of it went to the walls. grabbing a cloth that was hanging near the door he handed it to Lawrence. "wipe down all the chalk that is on the walls, please."

"Anything is worth a try. If someone or something is controlling him, he may be in danger," Tzal informed him. He wasn't sure this was fully Adam's doing, but if it was, he had half a mind to strangle him.

Lawrence looked at him like he was insane, like this wasn't the time to play hopscotch or whatnot. But, he did as he was asked, wiping away the chalk.

"yes your right anything is worth a try." pulling out of the drawer a small glass vial that glowed he broke it on the desk. the glow hovered there and blinked. "great its a dud. the stupid light was to go out to where he was and sit on him." the light slowly faded into nothing. "or he knew about it and had a counter made so that he could pull a dirty stunt like this. damn, my own brother. how is Josh taking it?" Vinny turned and looked at Tzal.

grabbing a second rag and a piece of chalk Angelo quickly wiped down the floor. he know that they did not have that much time to figure out the spell before it went dormant or died. starting from the middle of the room he chalked in a new diagram as he wiped out the old. "do not step on the new lines, any one of these wrong the spell wont work."

"He is sleeping right now. If Adam used his power to pull their hearts away, that's certainly something you can help with...if you want to go see him, I can take you to him." Tzal was frowning.

Lawrence shuffled to a far corner of the room where there weren't any lines. If he needed to move, he would.

"from what I know of my brothers powers he cant pull harts out of their chests. and if he could I would think that I would know. " thinking back he remembered the way his brother had been angry at him earlier today. "oh yes very dead." nodding Vinny walked towards the door. yes I would love to see him. maybe I can do something to help."

after finishing the last symbol Angelo looked over at Lawrence and laughed. "I did not mean you had to hid in the corner there. come I need you to go to the center now." he pointed to a lane that was free of writing down the center of the diagram. "normally you would be in robes and have taken a cleansing bath but since that will take away the spell I need to find out what it is we are not going to do that."

"It was a figure of speech, Sir Literal," Tzal teased, playfully, before heading out of the door. He barely remembered where the infirmary was, but he was able to lead Vinny to the general area by himself.

Lawrence carefully made his way down that lane, stopping at the designated spot. "Now what...?"

fallowing him Vinny tried to find where his brother was. some times when his brother was with a lover that Vinny had met he could tell, because their feel for what they would need for love changed. but he was not feeling and differences. "I am running out of ways to find my brother."

"you just need to stand there, no matter what happens do not step out of the line." picking up some candles from high shelf's Angelo set them each down one at a time and then lit them while chanting. the smoke and flames changed colors as his voice changed pitch. images started forming in the smoke that gathered. watching it Angelo tilted his head to the side. " not one that I teach, it is to much to the black for me to teach."

"We will find him somehow," Tzal murmured. "For now, we will just do what we can." He stepped into the infirmary, scuttling over to William, who was by Josh's bed.

Lawrence stayed still, as instructed, and watched, quite curious. He wanted to know what was going on.

William smiled and wrapped his arms around Tzal as he came up. he had been sitting in the chair next to the bed. "he will be out of it for some time, I cast a spell that will help him get through the mental pain. I dont know when he will wake up from it though."
"would my looking at him mess with the spell?" Vinny's face looked full of worry now.
"no it should be fine."

"now to see the caster." Angelo said a few new words and the whole room went black and the candles burst apart hot wax flying everywhere. weather he had been expecting this or not Angelo was there and pushing Lawrence to the ground so he was not hit with wax. "damn." he helped Lawrence up as he called forth a ball of light. "he had a booby trap. you ok Lawrence?"

Tzal snuggled up with him. "Let him rest. But, go ahead, Vinny." He was feeling strangely paranoid.

Lawrence squeaked, like a mouse that had been stepped on, and then stood back up, shoulders to his chin. "Yeah..."

pulling out his pad of paper from his pack, Vinny flipped to a new page and sat down on the bed as William nodded that it was ok. his pen flew a crossed the pad of paper as he went to work reading Josh. "first to see if my brother really messed up with who he is meant to be with."

"well the bad news is I did not find out who put the spell on you both, the good news is that it is no long on you." looking around the room Angelo grunted, it was going to take some time cleaning the wax off everything. looking up at the ceiling Angelo noticed that there was something in his hair, on top of being on the ceiling. "just great, not only do I have it all over my room but I have it in my hair too. this is not going to be an easy night for me." he mumbled.

Tzal watched, interested. "If he did, is there a way you could fix it? I would hate to see Lawrence and Josh separate because of this."

Lawrence watched him, silently. He was beginning to feel ill again, like he had another vision coming on, and he tried not to let it show.

smiling Vinny looked up. "I am called a cupid, I can fix any love that was meant to be." looking down at the papers he had filled he sighed. "now lets see." digging into his bag he pulled out a notebook and flipped through it. finding the page he wanted he compared the two. "only different is the stress this is going to cause him, Adam did not change him permanently."

suddenly looking strait at Lawrence Angelo Frowned. "your not well, what happened?" he waved his hand and a chair appeared behind Lawrence. it was a very comfortable looking chair, with arm rests. one could fall asleep in it and not know that they had.

"Good. By the way, when we do find Adam--and I assure you, we will find him--do I have your direct permission to kick him where it hurts, with a pointed, possibly steel-toed shoe?" Tzal tilted his head, innocently.

Lawrence grumbled under his breath and then reluctantly sat down. "...I don't...I don't really think it's normal for me to keep having these weird visions so often..." he murmured.

William snorted at Tzal's comment. "trying out for the part of protector of our group are you?" he kissed Tzal's cheek.
"as long as he is left alive, I do not see a problem with hurting him for what he did to Josh." gently pushing a strand of hair out of Josh's face. "I am getting sick of my brother playing these games without leaning that others will hurt him for it.

"no its not." Angelo sounded concerned. "how many have you had so far?"

Tzal snickered, snuggling William. "I am no guardian. I simply want to kick him where it hurts for his violent act." He eyed Vinny pointedly. "Perhaps you should find a powerful enough mage...who can shut down your brother's powers. There aren't many in the world and it doesn't happen often, but if there is enough to warrant it, a powerful mage may agree to try and shut his powers out."

"Three...including this coming one..." Lawrence reached up and held his head, chewing his lip. It was beginning to pound.

"love you are trying to be a guardian, only the guardian would want to cause pain to the one that hurt our group." he leaned in and kissed him. "but I do not care if you want to be the guardian, you would make a good one I think."
"the problem with locking Adams powers up is that there are times they are needed." getting up he walked over to a chair that was next to Williams. "there was a time when we were younger that some one made a batch of love potion and then sold it. he went around and broke off the potion's work so that they could get back to their true loves." Vinny sighed, this was getting a bit more complicated then he had thought it would be.

"all since you talked to me? your body is not making up the energy that your needing for these if they are coming this quickly." getting up he walked over to the wall near the door. he tapped on it in an odd pattern. it opened to reveal a small cupboard filled with items that went from the every day to the most bizarre. pulling out a cookie tin he walked back over, opening it he held it out to Lawrence. "these will help with the energy problem and until we can tell what these visions are it would be best if you had two of these after each vision." the cookies tasted like ginger snaps.

Tzal snuggled him. "Mm...all right, all right. I surrender--I'm a guardian. Sure." He eyed Vinny. "Perhaps there could be a way to suppress it, then, until it is necessary..."

Lawrence nodded and took the tin, setting it on the arm of the chair. "Okay...I'll just wait until this one comes and goes...then I'll eat two of 'em..." He seemed to be close to this particular vision--his body temperature had gone up a few notches.

"of course you are Tzal, just like it seems that Lawrence may be our seer." nuzzling Tzal's neck he wished they had the place to themselves.
"it looks like we are going to have to do that." Vinny said blushing at how close these two were and how they were acting. it was one thing to know it was another thing to see.

"no you should eat some now if you can. I don't want you draining your self because you don't want to eat them now. you are my student and it is my job to make sure that you get what you need to live a good and full life." picking up the tin he took on of the cookies and ate it, before holding it out again for him to take one.
