It's interesting - the entire last season has been really sub-par, and I wasn't expecting much of the finale. But I'm about two thirds through, and it's really beautiful. I've teared up twice. xD

When I worked retail, the boss was always getting on me to smile. Smile. SMILE. I am just not the sort of person who walks around with a big grin across her face unless there's actually something to smile about.

I'm nice enough, but geez.

It makes me think of a girl I went to school with who always seemed hyper and happy even when she was upset.
xD And she did have that squeaky voice. xD


Doomfishy- The floor manager at the restaurant I worked at was like that with me. xD But the reason why I did not smile is because I was bored out of my mind and no one hardly was in the place. But I was always chipper to my tables. xD

I worked at a pet store that sold really, really expensive puppies. So I dealt, on a daily basis, with all of the following:

- People getting pissed off when they were finally told the price. And their children crying when they were told they couldn't get the dog they'd just been promised.

- People going on and on about how they couldn't afford a puppy, couldn't afford vet bills, couldn't afford the upkeep... and then financing the puppy on a monthly plan (like car payments, but for a pet).

- People playing with puppies until they defecated/urinated all over the place, then acting almost as though I'd handed them some defective product or something. And demanding I clean it up, because ew, look what that animal did!

@Doomfishy: That's disgusting. I'm starting Veterinary School in a few months and I have spent so much time during undergraduate working on solving problems like this. Why would you get a pet if you couldn't afford it?! If you can't pay a vet bill, then you're retarded and cruel to adopt or purchase a pet.

At our local shelter, we had a woman try to adopt two cute little dogs. She said she had some financial problems, so we wouldn't let her adopt. Then she came back later asking for them again because things had gotten better for her. We obviously didn't believe her and let her adopt one of them. Afterwards, she was still trying to get the other dog.

When we called her to let her know that her dog (that she already had at home) needed some medications, she was really upset because we asked for a $20 donation to cover that cost. She refused to pay. What the hell, right? She refused to cover the medication cost (which, by the way, didn't cover the entire cost of the meds) even though the shelter is a non-profit organization and depends on donations to function! And then she came back again to try and adopt the other dog. D:

I'm personally just a Gardener because I enjoy gardening. I dont join groups just for the NPC that represents them.

Same here. I joined the engineers, because it seemed like something I'd rather be doing in real life.
I hate gardening/going outside in general, lol. And I don't like destroying things either. Xb
