You guys will just need to keep in mind that you can pick any prizes but only up to 20k.
Actually I know that it is more now. I think each contest will get 22k right now.

So if you two want to look now and talk about what prizes you want to get that is fine.
And if you guys think you want any different prizes that we don't have now I can work on getting them for you. ^^

Well I would like to get art of all the hosts to put it in the opening banner of each thread. So that means if there is co-host for the thread then the banner will have two people in it.
I would like the art to be waist up.

And I don't care who you guys draw really. We have three artists volunteering to help with this. So if you guys want to split the load that is fine and if you guys have specific people you would like to draw that is fine too. It would probably be easier if you three talked it out instead of me pming everyone and then you all pming me and back and forth that way. But I can do that if you would prefer.

And all the avis (that we have so far) are on the front page under secret. It is the last post of the planning part.

Well, really at this point we are just down to needing the hosts to finalize outfits, get the artists working, having the banners made, and the threads planned out. Which we have under way.

As of right now I believe the only thing we really need help with is funds and advertising.
If you would like to put something (following the site rules) in your signature that would be nice. It could be a simple link or even one of the banners we have on the front page.

We really need to get people to know about the event because I don't think alot of people do.

And as of the plans for the day.
Everyone should have their outfits in by today so I can start talking with the artists.
But as of right now we have two people that have not gotten me their avis. One of them pmed me when I sent out the first pm saying they were working on it but the other has not gotten back to me for awhile.
So that means if I don't get an outfit from them both today then we will be making the outfits.
So if anyone wants to start making avis that would be nice. We will want to keep it cheap so they can actually get the outfit.

Alright i'll help spread the word of this marvelous event. By artists do you mean pixel artists?

If you could fill me in on the details of the photo contest, I could consider possibly stepping up to the plate if that would be all right. :) Or I could try adding to the idea plate. Whichever would work.

I really don't know anything about the photo contest since the person who was going to run it never got in contact with me.
